My last review didn't show up for some reason. I'd pass on this company. Can't speak for the quality of their work since I couldn't even get through someone to make an appointment. Correction- they picked up and I could hear voices but no one spoke and then hung up on me...Twice

I called and spoke with a Nicole who was extremely professional and nice. She sent Danny out to inspect our roof and provided their inspection, photos, and estimate all in the same day so that I may submit it to my insurance for a roofing claim. Awesome company to go with!

This was the biggest money deal I have ever done in repairs to my house so that was very exciting for me and my roof was in Ill repair not only that I was very scared because I had a great deal of malicious deeds in damages done to my house therefore I would be a pain in the rear anybody. Dave Baca and his team were very good to me, they were very proficient and professional at work in estimate, at office detail and performing the job, also Dave was very kind to me in email. When I was ready to check out from the job, I had to figure out what was bothering me which didn’t have anything to do with him and I grew to be a hassle but he continued to finish the job for me and I am pleased to have had a new roof put on by Dave at Enchanted. Thank you!

Freaking fast. Must have been 10 guys up there. Phone concerns addressed. Notified of non roofing concerns. At almost 1/2 of other estimates. Use them.

Follow up to my first review: I now would give zero stars. We have had them out numerous times but our roof is still leaking. A big puddle and stains on ceiling after yesterday's snow. Totally unacceptable. The thousands we spent are not woth it. This e is the most frustrating company to work with. Buyer beware.
First review: I would love to give more stars but when I keep finding large screws and other roof debris in my yard and driveway, I cannot. I even took a bag of trash to them but there was no follow up on the clean up. The roof work was good. I would give that 4 stars. The trash and customer service is what brings it down to an overall 2 stars. Disappointing because they were recommended.

Dave gave us a bid in a very short time when we were buying a house and had a lot of deadlines. After we bought it and experienced leaks, he and his team really quickly got us scheduled and got the work done, right on target with his estimated costs. His whole team, from roof workers to office staff, was professional, very responsive, and super helpful. They were so nice, and very easy to work with. They even scheduled a city inspection to verify compliance with code, and they have an excellent warranty. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. These are the pros!

Dave and his crew replaced an old gravel roof with new TPO on my parent’s older home. He and his team could not have been more professional and responsive. They built in a little slope and installed new drains. Before his crew left the entire yard was cleaned of debris and one young man came inside to check the area for debris as they also removed the swamp coolers. Highly recommend this company.

I made the mistake of hiring another roofing company to save a few bucks. Turns out they didn’t pull a permit, when I told them they had to get a permit it didn’t pass inspection. The unnamed roofing company was awful to work with. I called enchanted to fix my roof. Get it up to par so it would pass inspection. They fixed it. It passed. And now I’m happy. I should’ve called them to do the roof. Would’ve saved me time, money and headaches. Highly recommend enchanted roofing.

Enchanted roofing is the best in town. I use them for their roofing, roof repair, and HVAC at both my house and my business. They are friendly, quick to respond, and have competitive pricing. Especially, considering their quality of work is top notch. I refer them to everyone that is needing work done.

Dave and his team are the best you’ll find. They were on time professional and went above and beyond to not only fix what the wind had damaged but inspected the entire roof to make sure everything was in proper shape.
