Chaney inspected our cabin twice. Left it unlocked the first time. Also stood on a bed & left it messed up. Didn’t put things back the way he found them & then failed to return keys to our realtor. Our plumber needed to access the cabin after Chaney left, but was unable to because Chaney took the keys home with him 100 miles away.
He was pleasant though and his assistant was very nice.
Our house is adobe with a briar roof and radiant floor heating. Chaney was very familiar with all of these. He was great about answering our questions and giving us advice about issues with the house and what to watch for in the future. He spent considerable time doing the inspection and answering questions. We did not feel he rushed his inspection. His assistant was also very helpful. His final report was complete and easy to understand.
In the Land of Mañana, where mediocrity is the norm, Chaney is the one guy you can count on to be consistently polite, pleasant, thorough, and responsive. He did a pre sale inspection for me and even found time to come out and do a re inspection a few weeks later. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Chaney!
