We needed the front peaks of our house redone due to hail damage. Empire was able to get to me within a couple of days for a free estimate. They helped me choose a color that was as close as as possible, and it is and it looks so nice! The work was completed within a few hours and the team was professional. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Tim and Empire Roofing and Remodeling! I had an extensive job, including window replacement, 4 door replacements, vinyl siding removal, Hardy shakes installation, painting, and a new HVAC stand installation. At every step, I knew what to expect and what was coming next. Tim was professional and extremely good at communication. I highly recommend and I will use Empire Roofing and Remodeling again on the next stage of my renovation.

Empire Roofing did a wonderful job on my home. They installed siding that was damaged. My home looks great after the siding has been installed. My wife and I are very happy with the job they did.

The overall project came out well. The price for the work was competitive and reasonable. Tim, the owner was thorough and was responsive throughout the work. This was a very big reason for the 5-star review because while the job turned out well, there were frequent bumps along the way that required attention and touch up. At all times Tim responded and made sure the work met the standards we expected once the project was complete. I would definitely hire them again for future work on our home.

A storm caused damage to the roof of my townhome. I had three companies come out to quote. Tim was super responsive and the best quote received- and this was to upgrade my shingles! I was delayed on my end bc of approval from the HOA but Tim stayed the course with me the whole time and started the project pretty quickly after I received approval. I would absolutely recommend Empire to anyone needing roof repair or replacement!

I recently contacted multiple companies to address a leak issue in my property and provide me with an estimate. Although several companies visited my property, only one of them provided me with an estimate. Interestingly, the other companies assured me that they would handle the insurance process. However, being a contractor myself, I understand the implications of such arrangements, as they often result in overbilling and unnecessary supplements. Consequently, I preferred to negotiate a fixed price and handle the insurance matters independently.

Empire Roofing stood out from the rest by accommodating my preference. They promptly provided me with an estimate and exhibited a commendable level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Unlike the other companies, Empire Roofing did not pester me with follow-up calls or pushy sales tactics. They allowed me to reach out when I was ready to proceed.

However, Tim and his teams effortlessly turned what I dreaded into a smooth and rapid transition, seamlessly swapping out the old siding for the new James Hardie ColorPlus® Technology. Their work was truly exceptional from beginning to end.
Initially, Tim steered us toward ColorPlus® Technology, which is James Hardie’s pre-painted plank siding. This remarkable finish boasts a 15-year limited warranty covering both paint and labor, guarding against peeling, cracking, and chipping. I was unaware of this option before, but the prospect of no painting for 15 years was immensely appealing.

My exterior remodel went smooth and didn't hurt my bank account. Tim is so knowledgeable, personable and awesome! I wasn't overwhelmed with the amount of work that had to be completed due to the fact Tim handled everything. From Day 1, Tim was fast to respond to my request for an estimate, and return with a contract that was not only well presented but better than any other estimate I had received.

Very professional, showed up early and was able to replace my metal roof (18'x26') in one afternoon, it rained hard that night after they left and not a drop of water came through. I was happy to get rid of my drip buckets. I would recommend these guys to anyone, family or not.
