He went out of his way to accommodate us, quick responses to every question, etc. The company was true to its word, getting the entire roof replaced in one day with awesome clean up. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

We previously worked with two other roofing companies in an effort to secure approval from our homeowner's insurance provider, but both attempts were unsuccessful. That changed when we partnered with Zack. Throughout the process, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, persistence, and attention to detail. We just had our roof replaced this month (house was built in 2003 and the roof was replaced one time already) and we had an excellent experience with Emerson. Cameron was our rep and great with communication and follow up. Our superintendent on site was excellent. They were able to complete the roof in one day (as per what they told us to expect) and had a slight rain delay but finished until the work was complete. No issues, fair pricing and professional workers. Did a great job on clean up and not damages to landscape, etc. That is not always easy to do with all of the supplies and equipment so JOB WELL DONE!!! We highly recommend them.

Had a bad experience with one of their high pressure salesmen. I saw someone I didn't know talking to my 91 year old dad on the security cameras, when I went outside to see who it was he was trying to talk him into a roof inspection and wanted to go into the attic and take pictures. When I pointed out the no soliciting sign on the front door right in front of him and the ones on the mailbox he said he wasn't soliciting he was offering a service. I had to tell him to leave four times and he even asked me if I was sure. I called their office to complain to the manager or the owner about him the receptionist wanted to know what it pertains to. I was placed on hold for a few minutes then told they were not available. She did say that she would place us on the do not knock list. I don't know anything about this company other my experience with this salesman who needs to learn that NO MEANS NO especially when someone is trying to look out for an elderly parent.

I can’t recommend Emerson Home Services enough! I am a new homeowner of an older home and am relatively inexperienced with all the details of replacing an 8 year old, storm damaged roof. The entire process, from first contact to finish product was professional, easy and affordable. Cody worked with my insurance company and dealt with the adjuster. They communicated with me each step of the way and answered every question I posed.

On the day of installation, “other Cody” and his team of installers were respectful and available for questions. They encountered some rot when they opened the porch roof that was unsafe. The team dealt with the issue quickly and professionally without hesitation. They were experienced and knew just how to ensure the project would be done successfully.

I worked with Luke to get my roof replaced he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient and helped us through the whole insurance claim process. A few weeks ago I had my roof replaced by Emerson Home Services, Lauren was the Rep that assisted me. Cody McCain , Cameron Marx, Chris, and the roofing crew at Emerson Home Services did an outstanding job in providing us this new roof! Cody went above and beyond helping us work through a huge hassle with our insurance company for 7 months in order to get the insurance company to honor their contract with us. Alan was amazing!! He stuck with me start to finish, dealing with the long drawn out insurance shenanigans they tried to pull. He walked me through ever step explaining everything, which I love all the information and feeling involved even tho I know nothing about roofs.
When roof day came Adam and his team did a great job. He was also very good about keeping me up to date and even helped me get kids to and from the house safely. They took extra care checking for nails in my yard and flower beds because they knew my kids played in them. Ron made several visits with the insurance appraiser guiding and collecting damage information and Josh, project manager, was here for the day, nice to talk to and kept us up to date on progress. Emerson Home Services did an outstanding job on my recent roof replacement! For starters, Shay Downey really went to bat for me with my insurance company. Initially, the insurance was only going to pay for a partial roof replacement along with some ceiling repairs, but after Shay worked his magic, they not only agreed to reroof the whole thing, but they also agreed to redeck it as well.
The roof replacement actually took place today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! First of all, Adam Chastain, who oversaw everything, is awesome at what he does. He’s great at communicating and was easy to get in contact if I needed anything. Best of all, he guided his team to do top-notch work for me at every phase of the job…from the decking installation, to the drip edges on the rake edges and the eave edges, flashing around the dormers, to the actual installation of the shingles themselves, and more. Additionally, Adam had his team do a couple of things that weren’t even called for in the contract like replacing the decrepit flashing around my chimney and having them seal and repair a leaky attic window that had been the source of a lot of water damage in the past. Furthermore, the crew themselves were hard working, skilled, and super friendly.
I genuinely couldn’t be any more pleased with my roof replacement. I’m really glad I went with this company, and I’m now recommending them to a good friend of mine who’s also in the market for a roof replacement.

I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience with Emerson Home Services. Beginning with Cody on the sales team, the office staff (Chandler & Jocelyn), the installation team, and the gentlemen who took care the paint from our interior waterspot damage. All were consument professionals and delivered best in class customer service. They were extremely accommodating in dealing with my insurance adjuster and claims process.

During the installation process a window screen and window was damaged. They quickly took action to rectify/replace the damage items. Additionally, they were great about not requiring any final payment till the damages resolved and i was fully satisfied with their work. Not being hyperbolic, this has been the best experience with any trade/contacting company i have ever had. They are a great team and really strive to treat their customers as they would like to be treated.

I really can't hardly say enough about how great these guys were. I had worked with at least two other roofing companies who had gone as far as to bring out the adjuster to meet. Both of those times, we ended up in a scenario where the roof wasn't ready to be covered by insurance. I worked with Josh at Emerson and he was very knowledgeable and super responsive and friendly. They did all the due diligence so when the adjuster came; everyone agreed it was time for the insurance to replace the roof. The crew was in and out in one day. Very little debris, given what they replaced. It ended up needed pretty extensive decking replacement due to some leaking roof ridges. I could go on.... but it really was a great experience. I was really starting to get worried since I was starting to have some leaks in the house. They really exceeded my expectations which is why I am happy to write a very positive review. I will recommend these guys to anyone who needs roof work.

First thing is Cesar Martinez is awesome! My insurance company was trying to get by without having to pay for a roof. Cesar during these negotiations was professional and cordial. It took bringing in an independent adjuster to finally get the roof replaced. The best advice gave me was do not take this personal. He was right on. He was persistent and always returned phone calls and text. He also was transparent and let you know what was going on. Emerson Home Service did the roof in one day. The crew was professional and very easy to work with. The project manager, Adam was so easy to work with. He was on top of everything and showed he really knew how to put on a roof. The crew put the roof on and there was no damage and did a great job cleaning up the job site.

From start to finish, EHS performed in an outstanding manner. Kevon Mack and Levi Daniel walked me through every step of the process to repair my storm damaged roof. From helping me to contact my insurance carrier through the entire installation, Kevon and Levi were in constant contact to ensure the job was done correctly and on schedule. From there, Kevon met with my insurance company and together they checked my roof.
From there, I was told I could get a new roof and what it would cost.
Next, someone from your company sent me an email about everything that would happen, and when it should happen, and Austin Wright would be the project manager.
On the day, my roof was installed , everything went better than I expected due to Austin doing such a super job.

Apologies in advance cause you probably ain't gonna want to read all this. If you want the short answer, skip to the end. For those still reading, pull up a chair, it's story time...

My house used to belong to my grandparents. I purchased it in 2014 when the last one passed away. It's been a home full of wonderful memories of my entire lifetime. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to own it and keep it in the family...

With it being 119 years old, I knew it was going to take A LOT of TLC. Numerous projects were undertaken, a lot of money was sunk into it, and I knew that 3 things were going to be the biggest upgrades/issues.

1. Rewire the home from knob and tube wiring and fuses

2. Install central heating and air (somehow it was never done and we survived.... barely)

3. Install a new roof.

Happy to report the first 2 were completed in the last 4 years or so, which only left the roof. I had gotten a quote before, but the sticker shock put me on hold, as I was going to be paying it all myself.

Then we had a storm roll through my neck of the woods, and I needed to get something done, as I started to have a few leaks. I was referred to Emerson Home Services, whom I'd never heard of, since they're nearly 2 hours away. I spoke to them, they sent Ron to my house, who then walked me through everything involved in the process of inspecting for hail damage, filing a claim, and setting up a potential repair/replacement.

Ron didn't just come take some pics and run through the shtick really quick. He took the time to explain everything. He answered questions even long into the late hours via cell phone on some days. He always made himself available, and also came back to be here when the insurance company came for their part. There was never a time I was left to wonder "what do I do now?".

Insurance came through for a decent chunk, but not all. Once they got me the money in hand, I explained where we were to Ron.

Here's where I need to expand a little bit... They knew I was coming out of pocket for a good bit as well. They gave me the fairest price I could ask for, never asked for a penny up front, and said they don't get paid till I'm happy. I had signed an agreement with them at the beginning, stating that if a claim was approved, I would use them for the work. Even though this was the case, they STILL offered me the option of shopping around to see if I could get it cheaper. You don't find companies like that anymore. It was on paper, but they treated it like a handshake.

I had already decided they would get my business, just for the attention they provided, the understanding, and willingness to go above and beyond. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't have made it this far in the process.

A week later, they showed up at 7AM, and were here till 8:45PM. Got nearly everything done with the exception of 3 ridge caps. They came back the next day, took an hour or so, and boom, what you see attached to this post is what I got.

Why did I tell you this long, boring story just to say they did a phenomenal job on my roof? Because you need to understand what this house means to me. It's everything... I wouldn't trust it to just anyone. I wouldn't take the time to write this if I wasn't vested in it. I'm picky, I'm difficult to deal with at times, I'm very particular, and a company that can do all the things they did for a guy like me deserves all the accolades I can give them.

Ron, Emerson Jr., David, Gary, the crew that spent all day in the heat, Amanda and Marjorie in the office... EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU that were a part of this process, I thank you. Ya'll have taken something I needed badly and made it affordable, easy, and lightning fast. This was something I couldn't have done on my own.

Am I satisfied? Understatement

Would I recommend? Any day of the week, twice on Sunday

I started working with EHS after somebody knocked on my door asking if we would like a free quote. I decided what the heck and went with it. Best decision ever. I worked with Kevon. He helped get a claim going with my insurance company. He did all the paperwork and communication with the insurance company. Short of a few emails and calls with my insurance company, EHS did everything. My insurance company said they would only fix the roof, but Kevon got more video of my roof and sent it to them. The insurance company came back saying they would pay for replacement minus deductible and depreciation. We upgraded our shingles and did a new skylight. Out of pocket cost was deductible, depreciation and upgrades. The roof was redone in a day and they left everything clean. I think I found less than 10 nails which is pretty good in my book.
Overall the experience was great. I had been dreading doing a new roof and dealing with my insurance company. EHS made it easy.

Emerson Home Services installed a new roof for us after the hail storm in 2023 and we could not be happier with their customer service and instillation. We worked with Cesar Martinez and would recommend him and the company to any family member or friend. Mr. Martinez walked us through the whole process including being on site when our Insurance inspector looked at the roof. We could not be happier with the new roof and working with a company that has such great customer service.
