We found J&M about three years ago and to say they've exceeded our expectations is an understatement. They do a great job with repairs and maintenance and they wash it before you pick it up. Super nice people that do what they say they will do. They keep you informed and a great to work with.

Jonathan takes great pride in his work and it definitely shows! He did the repairs as previously discussed and more while getting it done when he said he would. It’s hard to find that nowadays but that is Not a problem with JM camper repair. Thanks to Ashley also for being so Nice and quick to respond to my texts and calls. We used JM Camper Repair for some annual maintenance work and for repairs from a tire blowout. They were great working with us. Fare prices and quality work. The camper looks brand new again. They even recommended a tire and service center who would install the new tires. Our blowout happened on what was JM’s wedding anniversary and they took time away from their day to answer questions and set up an appointment for next day quotes. Definitely worth every penny and they will have our business for life.

Ashley and Jon, owners of JM Camper Repair were exceptional. We had a bad blow out coming out of Asheville, NC and messaged them through FB messenger. They were able to take it in and work with us through the process the very next day. They were honest about the length of time before they could get to us and they were worth the wait. I’d been following them on FB for a while. The quality of work is impeccable. I’d rather support small business and good people over big box stores any day. They have become our “go to” for any future need. Reasonably priced and great work!

I can't say enough good things about JM Camper Repair! They fixed my slide-in camper roof and even added a couple of accessories for me for a very competitive price. John takes an incredible amount of pride in his workmanship and quality and the end result was beyond my expectation! He quoted me 6 weeks to get it done and was done in 5, which was important because I had to use the camper for a surf fishing tournament and timing was important. Now my travel trailer is sitting in his lot waiting to get some repairs done, and to get my wheel bearings checked out and repacked. I highly recommend JM Camper Repair and I will be a customer of theirs always!

My family lives in our fifth wheel full time and just as the recent heat wave hit, the AC in the toy hauler garage went out. We use the toy hauler garage as our 3 and 4 year old boys bedroom and it was miserable back there. We had the worst time trying to get the failed AC unit replaced under an extended warranty, but JM camper repair went out of their way to help our family. I can't say enough good about them. They were awesome from beginning to end. They responded to text and calls very quickly, and are genuinely nice and caring folks. I hope we don't need any breakdown service again soon, but I can guarantee we will be using them in the future for any service we need on our camper.

Our camper had a bad water pump shut off and caused the fresh water tank to leak inside of the camper. We needed an estimate, and JM Camper Repair was able to quickly get the estimate back to the insurance company and move the process right along. Unfortunately, the insurance company considered it a total loss, and our home away from home won't be fixable. We would highly recommend this company due to their professionalism and promptness. We will definitely use them for any future RV services.

Want to share a second great experience with JM CamperRepair JM Camper Repair. Jon and Ashley are great to work with. They did such a good job on my camper work that when I saw them post a small 5th wheel for sale I jumped on it. They gave me a great price on the camper and did all the work I requested before delivery. The work was all top quality and right on time. I will continue to drive 2 hours each way past 5 service centers to have them work on my stuff. I’ve only seen them in person twice but I’m starting to feel like a friend and exchange messages and questions and the occasional joke. You will not regret going to them for any work your camper needs.

I called Jon for maintenance. He was very honest about how busy they were. We stayed in touch and he was able to do the job within the time frame I needed. I like the fact that my camper did not sit in the lot for days, weeks. In and out in 2 days. It is obvious Jon loves what he does and is proud of the finished product. The final cost was actually less than quoted (that's honesty).
I'm glad I found JM Camper Repair and now have a go to for all my camper service, maintenance, and repairs.

JM Camper Repair is wonderful! We have a 2010 camper that we purchased from a friend in 2019. We haven’t done much work to it and it’s held up well! Our friends took really good care of this camper. However, it’s 2024, and if we are going to continue camping (which i LOVE DOING) then i knew We needed someone to work on our camper. It was hard trying to find someone because we just didn’t know anyone and trusting someone to do a good job is just hard sometimes. Well, JM camper showed up and showed out! Let me tell you, worth every penny. The repairs, cleaning of our camper and roof maintenance. I cant Recommend them enough! It's been over a month now since I went to JM-CAMPERREPAIR to have my clearance lights put on and roof work and water heater properly hooked up.

My experience was fabulous a small company with two big hearts that would be the owners. I am a truck driver they worked with me around my schedule. No questions asked got my camper and did what needed to be done plus more and picked it up in only a weeks time.

JM Camper Repair did a great job of re-sealing the roof penetrations on my camper van. Prices were reasonable, communication was great and service was quick. They also found and helped replace a flat on my inside dually tire. Highly recommended.

First off I want to say what a great job JM camper repair did to my camper. It looks phenomenal. I would highly recommend these guys to fix/ repair any of your camper needs. Best RV repair service in the triad area and probably anywhere else in NC. They are understanding of problems and will work to get your camper back camping. We had a tire blowout with some minor damage to the trailer. They had it repaired within a week for a very fair price and we are back camping this week. They are friendly and know their business well. You won’t be disappointed!!

Folks-I need to give a big shout out to JM camper repair and their suggestion of Ken their mobile genius they suggested to fix my slide out problem.

I’m in the mountains of NC by the blue ridge parkway. I was stumped with my problem. I posted it here and JM reached out and even though they don’t have a mobile tech. They suggested Kenny.

I called him and he walked me through what I should do-I did it but still couldn’t get the motor out or to work. I was stumped-called Kenny again and made arrangements for him to come to my house on a Sunday. He came and within an hour we had it fixed. In my book he’s a genius and a great guy. What a treat it was to meet him.

Had a great experience working with them and easily recommend them to others. It's hard to describe the level of trust they earned from me in such a short time. I drive almost 2 hours to work with them and it's worth it. They don't hesitate to answer my questions, even those that don't pertain to my actual situation.

Wonderful job repairing our camper. Communication was great. Front end cap seal had developed a small leak. This was repaired and all seals redone professionally. Roof treatment done and new steps installed. Love our new steps!! Exterior was washed & shines like new!

Took my class A motorhome to them and had excellent communication. They changed my old rv tires and made sure my roof was clean and sealed. This motorhome needed a lot of things done and everything on my list was complete and fair priced.

Thank you for taking care of my motorhome. We use this thing more then our house and it's taken us everywhere!
