John and his team did a fantastic job giving my old house some much needed TLC! Will definitely be using some other services provided in the future!

John installed an attic ladder for us and he did a fantastic job! He took care of all of the details, even taping the doors shut on the rooms so they wouldn’t get dust in them. He came early and worked hard all day until the job was done. He communicated with us every step of the process so we knew what to expect. Definitely recommend him!!

People from this company are on time, very professional. They were able to problem solve remarkably. Prices are a bit to low for the work they do. They're very good with any work needed in your house.

I had crown molding put up, a ceiling fan installed and new blinds put up.
I could not decide on the molding and I left the choice up to him. He chose the perfect molding to match my ceiling.

I contacted John last week about replacing my kitchen faucet. He responded quickly and was great about scheduling a time to come out. While John and Leo were installing the faucet it was found that the hot water valve under the sink was broken. I assumed that it would be an additional cost to fix it but instead they went to their truck, took the time to find the correct replacement parts and then fixed it for no additional charge. I was so appreciative and the new faucet looks amazing and works great ! Thank you John and Leo ! I will be contacting you for the next project and referring you to everyone I know !

I have known John 10+ years and throughout those years he has always come through amazingly! Beautiful, professional, high grade and timely work is his standard! Integrity, being extremely polite and personable simultaneously, is a much needed "bonus." His knowledge of repair indoors and out seems unending! John and Leo did a fantastic job on a bathroom renovation for us. It looks great!! Repaired the sub floor, put down luxury vinyl flooring and baseboard, installed a new toilet and new vanity/sink. They were very thorough and made sure everything was done right. The price was reasonable and they were both very both friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them and use them for other projects!

He did a great job clean efficient took his time and made sure it was done and done right I'll have to head the photos later because I don't have them on my photo block kind and courteous knew what he was doing help me do some things that I didn't know what I was doing and I say he did a great great job for me and I am going to use him again in the near future thanks very much Johnny well job done I appreciate

Johhny came to our rescue when our A/C cut out. He inspected all of the equipment and identified the problem with the air handler. Despite being after hours, he handled the problem and got the A/C running quickly. Not only that, but he fixed the attic ladder before he left. We'll definitely be calling him in the future.

Johnny on the Spot LLC came to our house on a Friday night to replace a garbage disposal. He was on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. After he left you couldn’t even tell he had been there working. I will definitely use this company again for household repair needs.

I hired John to fix a dishwasher that would not drain. The repair ultimately required a replacement part, which he successfully installed. John's availability tends to fluctuate depending on what jobs he has lined up during a given day, so if you're looking for a precise appointment time, turn elsewhere. That said, he offers everything from appliance repair to roof/gutter maintenance to pressure washing, and his prices are hard to beat. Should you need a handyman, look no further.

Johnny built a 6 foot fence for us and we’re so happy!! He was very responsive and flexible, and worked well with coordinating what was needed. The fence looks great and is great quality. I would highly recommend him for anything!

Johnny on the spot LLC built an amazing deck onto my home. Mr. searcy had great insight when making suggestions on how the area could be utilized for best enjoyment when entertaining with our Covid-19 crisis ongoing. Our seating arrangement allows for social distancing while being sociable at a comfortable distance. Built in planter boxes where added too. I found him to be honestly and reasonably priced. His work is quality and timely. I had my deck in days not weeks with the diligent work ethic he possesses. I would suggest Johnny on the spot LLC to anyone.

He's a smooth talker. Johnny on the Spot, LLC is NOT a legally registered LLC so it's very misleading not to mention illegal to just add "LLC" to your company's name. Also, please note that Johnny is not bonded or insured.
Johnny did a few jobs at my new house and he was so helplful, nice and professional. He totally gained my trust. So I trusted him to complete a list of things I wanted fixed at my empty house in AF while I was quarantined. I paid his invoice everyday without many questions because our phone conversations were positive and he called at a minimum of 3x a day to check-in and let me know what had accomplished. By the third day I was worried because I did not think my list should be taking 3 days so I went to check on the progress. I was furious when I walked in and Johnny’s kid was painting my kitchen. Then I found out Johnny had been leaving him alone in my house while he ran “errands”. I was very upset when I looked around and saw that he had not accomplished anything! So I left and texted him to go ahead and leave and have a good weekend. I was NOT going to have him come back ever again and I wanted him out of the house. His invoice for that day was still paid. I tried to give him several chances to make things right Johnny made me feel bullied when I questioned the work. . I still tried to give him several chances to make things right but he refused to talk to me, he got very angry and defensive and then ghosted me He never gave me those receipts but I did find one in the trash. I hope he enjoyed all the food and candy on me. I'm sure I'm not the first to be used and played by John Searcy but I'm going to try very hard not to let my neighbors or friends have the same bad experience. I thought I was helping someone who really needed it. UPDATE: I was threatened by Johnny to take down my bad reviews. Someone put bullets holes in my windows and a rock through my bedroom window. HMMM Be very very careful when critiquing his work.

John gave us a really good price on rebuilding our living room steps and didn't go up on the price when the job took longer than expected. The steps turned out great. John was also very pleasant to work with.

I called John for some roofing and siding repairs that I needed completed pretty quick. I explained my situation and John was at my house the next day and had the work done before noon. I first used used John to soft clean my roof which kept my roof warranty valid. I also had John clean the gutters on a three story house. He showed up promptly and did a very thorough job including cleaning up afterwards. John is very professional and communicative. His work is top notch and his pricing very reasonable. Owning a home is great, but the costs of maintaining it adds up quick. It seems like something breaks every month, but I can’t afford to pay the high costs that big companies charge. For this reason, I posted on Nextdoor that I needed help with my dryer and John responded. He was very polite and personable. On his first visit, he diagnosed the problem, then ordered my parts. He came back, fixed my dryer, and now it’s working great! Best of all, his prices were so great that I have enough money left for him to fix my ice maker, which has been broken for 2 years. I was buying bags of ice to avoid paying the high price from a repair company. I am looking forward to his return and having plenty of ice this summer!! Quick response to my phone call and great service! Pressure washed house and a patio. Got all the grime and mildew off— made it look like fresh paint again! Was very careful with plants and other outdoor furnishings. Rates were very reasonable and the quality of the work was equal to higher priced companies. Highly recommend!
