We had a tech named Trevin come out to fix our custom texture in our ceiling post having a roof leak. We had been scammed by armatures and people who said they knew how to custom texture and would match out texture but lied so we were more than skeptical. Trevin put our minds at ease, showed us work he had done previously and asked for input! It was amazing! Our ceiling looks like nothing ever happened! I had a water main break in a crawl under my house a couple of months ago and had standing water several inches deep in the basement. I searched online for a company to help clean up the mess and dry things out and came across an ad for the Utah Flood Guys. They responded to my calls in 10 minutes and came out within an hour.
I first spoke with Dallan who assured me that he would be able to not only clean and dry up the crawl space/small basement but he would also help me get things filed to the insurance. Spencer was assigned to work on my house and get things dried up and he did an amazing job. Both Spencer and Dallan were at my house multiple times making sure that things got dried up and equipment was working. They even carried everything out of my basement for me and set it outside to inventory so I could submit it to the insurance for reimbursement.
When my insurance kept requiring additional information Dallan made sure they had everything they needed and followed through until payment on my claim was paid to me. They are a great team to have on your side when disaster occurs.

My stop and waste valve failed right up next to my home, and I had water in several rooms in my basement (family room, and a bedroom). I contacted the insurance company, and I was expecting to have to replace walls and carpet.

They put me in touch with Utah Flood Guys, and told me that they would be able to handle the water, and just to let UFG do their thing.

They knocked it out of the park!!!

They arrived right on time, and were super calm and collected while I was peppering them with a whole bunch of questions and opinions.
I was concerned that just a few fans would not do the job, and id be worrying about a musty smell and possibly left over water. They understood my concerns and took the time to explain the process, to put me at ease.

Their equipment was quite impressive, and it was very clear early on that these guys weren't just placing fans. They knew exactly what they were doing, and they were coordinated, clean, and quiet. I can't stress enough, the piece of mind I felt while watching them work. It was super reassuring.

They saved me thousands of dollars of repairs, and increased insurance claims. It has been a few months, and I can tell you that there has never even been a whiff of a moldy and musty smell. They left me with a bone-dry basement, and that is all I could ask for. They just nailed it!
Utah flood guys did a great job, and I want anybody in the same situation to hopefully see my experience, and know to call these guys, because they will take good care of you.

Our boys (who usually take showers) decided to take a bath and had a water fight within the first few seconds. By the time we ran in, half an inch of water was on the floor and it had flooded our garage. Dallan got his guys out really fast. They pulled down the sheetrock and insulation and set up fans all over the place, drying everything for a few days, then they replaced it all and it's as good as new. The price was perfect and we're very happy with how everything went.

Dallan and his team at flood guys are the real deal. They came immediately after multiple leaks from an upstairs neighbor from multiple different incidents. They are super reliable and Fair and work great with insurance and making sure that you and your items are cared for. If you ever have a leak, mold, or any other damage or need a flood repair, they are your guys!

Jaret and Justin were amazing and quick. They efficiently covered the floor with plastic to protect it, which was much better than the approach others took. They worked non-stop for long hours to complete the job. I initially reported only a problem with the sink regarding the mold, but they discovered that more mold was hiding underneath my flooring due to the dishwasher, something I had never noticed before. They were able to identify and remove anything that could cause damage to the house, and I appreciate the time they spent on this. I doubt anything like this will happen again in my house, but if I encounter any issues in the future, I will definitely reach out to these two for help!

We were dealing with mold and health issues from our attic due to a swamp cooler that was removed after we put AC in and the company that put it in did a horrible job creating an issue that came about years later. Jaret and Miguel came to the house that morning and communicated their plan and how it would work with our insurance. They took lots of moisture readings and photos and had the basement flooring up and fans and dehumidifiers going that day to start getting the place dried out.
