EMC Company in White Oak replaced my chimney cap and did an excellent job! My old cap had rusted, and they advised a stainless steel chimney top for durability. Their staff also identified some damage to my chimney and used smoktite sealant to patch tiny fractures. They were really knowledgable and explained everything in depth. I like their honesty and high-quality workmanship. I highly recommend chimney heat shield installation as well!

Dave and Derek are rock stars! Our job included new roof trusses, a MBR bath renovation, and new drywall in another room. Finally - a contractor I can trust! With only a 3 week window for a total bathroom remodel EMC was definately the correct choice. They even beat my "had to be done by date" by a day. The results are nothing less than spectacular. David, Derrick and Larry were all professional, friendly, and hard working. EMC will be the first ones I call for all future projects.

EMC Home Improvements did a total home renovation for me to include installation of a new screened in porch and deck, a new addition/room, a kitchen and bath renovation, an additional bath remodel where they turned a powder room into a full bath and laundry, installation of hardwood flooring throughout, a fireplace reface, new overhead/recess lighting and window trim and baseboards. They took my 70 year old home and brought it into the 21st century. Even more impeccable than the work, it is absolutely beautiful, was their work ethic. Both Dave and Derrick, primaries for the company, were available and approachable. As with all major renovations, you will encounter hiccups along the way. The company owners were extraordinarily attentive, accessible and responsive to any concerns I had during the renovation. I am also a Pinterest fan and was thrilled to know that I could show them a picture of an idea seen online, and they could bring it to fruition. I am eager to come home every evening and am thoroughly enjoying cooking in my new kitchen and relaxing in my new addition. I recommend this company highly.

Contracted EMC to convert a master bedroom in our townhouse, into two rooms, giving us three bedrooms total.. They had to relocate a bathroom and configure the two new bedrooms for optimal size.
