Elo Roofing - Arvada, CO

I was surprised at the price, about half of other contractors I got quotes from some years ago. Expected lesser service given that price. They were honest, patient with my requests and changes, proactively communicated (rare for contractors), on schedule, even cleaned up after themselves.

Elo Roofing was amazing! Specifically Chris with Elo was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond and helped me with the insurance process. Chris was courteous and patient. I strongly recommend Elo Roofing and will use them going forward!

The roof is great. The service from both headquarters in Florida, and the branch in Colorado was profoundly poor. My recommendation for people in the market for a new roof, is go with another company. A company that is capable of communicating with its clients, and value the fact that someone is giving you copious amounts of money for a service.

Robert came out to inspect my roof what I thought to be a major leak come to find out it was a small leak from a bullet hole. Robert educated me on the proper steps to take to fix on my own because the hole was so small. Robert was so professional and courteous.

Joseph of Elo Roofing did a great job handling my claim. He was organized, very responsive and stayed on top of all the moving parts! I was most pleased by how responsive he was to my litany of questions. This is huge and a departure from many of my service experiences. Their accounting dwpart was also pleaanr? Professional and tesponsive as well! . I highly recommend Joseph and the Elo team.

I would not recommend this company. I had many issues with communication and hearing back from the company. I also handed a check in-person to Eric for over $5000 from my insurance company. We had scheduled a specific meeting for me to do this and make my deductible payment. Later on, I found out that they had no record of this check that I gave him, though my deductible payment was accounted for. It was months of pain of back-and-forth with insurance and getting this check and others re-issued to be sent to them again. I was told there was no one I could contact about this issue other than Eric, who then ignored my call about this matter. I never received any form of apology or explanation as to how they could lose a $5000 check and this was very concerning to me and would like to know what precautions they take to avoid this. A family member referred this company to me and that family member was supposed to receive a "bonus" for referring me. I was originally told $250 and then I was told it's only $100, but either way, they have yet to receive this despite multiple times of reaching out regarding this. Each time, I have been told that it will be sent out.

The work itself on the roof and gutters was very good (the only reason this isn't 1 star), but there were too many other issues for me to want to recommend or use this company again.

I called ELO because, per their website, they do roof repair. They inspected my roof and gave me an estimate. After 3 attempts to have them do the work, I still do not have a roof repair! They kept me in a wait state for 3 months. This is after I told them the job is urgent because I’m concerned about water damage.

I had the privilege of working with Nate when replacing the roof on my home! He was so sincere and really cared about taking care of me instead of trying to up-sell me like most companies had done when giving me quotes. The prices were fantastic and Nate surely made the whole process stress free! Thank you ELO for your unbeatable prices and thank you Nate for your fantastic customer service! :-)

After the hail storm last June, I saw ELO Restoration trucks in my neighborhood and I went out to meet them. The salesperson was very polite and friendly and one of the top owners/managers came inside my home with Jimmy and explained the process. They showed us the Grade 4 Roof material by Owens Corning and we signed a contract. The process is not fast but the roof replacement only takes one day. It looks great and we are very happy with the completion of our new hail and wind resistant roof.

We loved working with Elo after our mega hail storm! They were friendly, honest, and very quick from start to finish especially considering all the jobs they were working on. Would reccomend them to anyone!

My wife and I worked with Jimmy. He was not only easy to work with and quick to respond to questions, but he was willing to work with us to get the project completed while wading through multiple problems we were having with our mortgage company. Furthermore, Jimmy wouldn't have been able to help us the way he did if he wasn't supported by the company, so if you are shopping for a company to do your roof, give Elo Restoration a try. You will be glad you did.

They did a great job on our family's home. Explained how to go through the insurance process, and helped every step of the way. Jimmy was the contractor that we worked directly with, and acted like it was his home being worked on. Could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Our roof was finished in one day, and done amazingly. The gentlemen left our patio and porch cleaner than they found it. Very professional. Highly Recommend.

We had a very positive experience with Elo Restoration. They were very professional and got the job done in one day when they were reroofinng our house after hail damage. This was our first time encountering a project like this and we were very impressed with this company and their employees!

ELO was great from start to finish! Their communication was wonderful. We had some water damage that resulted from the roof damage, and they came out and put a temporary patch on until they could complete the roof replacement. The roofing crew itself was so courteous.
