Dustin came to evaluate the damage to my roof and put a work order immediately. Dylan expedited the repair and made sure our roof was repaired the next day. The men who made the repair gave us a seamless repair.

Our experience with ELO Roofing was absolutely excellent.They were recommended by our real estate agent who has always had great success with using them. Wow,from our initial meeting with Travis to their general field superintendent (Robert)who orchistrates the roofing scopes of work...and then to their office manager Laura who all worked together seemlessly for a perfect roof installation. They responded on a very short notice to complete job,with inspection in 2 days which was imperative to close out with the city prior to our closing.They really came through big time!! Closed on time with a beautiful new roof.Professionals all the way!

Had a roof leak that was very to locate. Eric and his team was able to find the leak after only one visit. Within a week his very professional had the problem under control and no more leaks.

Elo roofing is great. I called with a repair and within 2 days, we had something scheduled on the books. Took the guys a little over 2 hours to repair and they did a great job. From calling to completion of the job was around 1 week. 5 star treatment from the elo roofing company.

Excellent job of identifying where the roof was leaking. Said they get me on the schedule in two weeks. However, call me the next day and said they could start the next day. Excellent job of getting the roof repaired quickly. Allows me to go ahead and put the house up for sale..

Elo was very professional, communicative and helpful from start to finish. The roof turned out very nice in record time since we were on a deadline with insurance. Special shout out to Mark & Nicole for making the process easy. I wasn't even at the install and all the pictures and process were uploaded to a link in the cloud which was nice to see when traveling overseas for peace of mind.

Dustin Richards of ELO provided great customer service. We had to make a few changes in the tile selection which was a bit frustrating to me but he worked through those issues smoothly. He always responded to my questions and was always available on his cell phone. Kyle and his team of workers were all polite and did the work on time. I felt like my roof is a quality job and this was confirmed by my pest control company. Would highly recommend ELO.

We just had a clay tile roof repair done by Elo roofing, Dustin Richards was our contact, and the crew was amazing. Dustin found the problem, and it was repaired promptly for a fair price. It's rare to find a company that really cares that their customer is happy, but Elo is one of them. I don't usually write a review, but this company is deserving of a 5+ star review. Great company, they literally called me 10 minutes after I requested an at home estimate online. Jared was walking around my roof a few hours later fixing exposed, rusty nail roof leaks. All around great experience. No one wants a roof leak but, if you do call Elo. They will take care of you.

Jared Householder Project Manager was awesome. He was there from beginning to end and made sure our questions were answered and that we were happy with the job. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine. Our roof looks great. Also had them install a sun tunnel, so pleased with that as well. We highly recommend Elo roofing! I too would not recommend ELO Roofing for replacement of a roof.

We went to the local office in Palm Coast to see about hiring ELO to replace our roof with a metal roof. We asked Sam, the salesman, what the amount due from US was so that we could pay our share in full. We were given a total amount due, right down to the exact cents and wrote a check.

We also had new gutters installed last year and asked if the gutters would need to be removed. Sam told us NO, they did not need to be removed. So we signed a contract, paid our FULL share and left.

Needless to say, there were a lot of issues during this roofing replacement. We many times had to have panels redone because they were done improperly. This whole replacement took over two weeks.

Best of all, all our gutters were damaged. They were dented and scratched. We told ELO that we wanted them replaced not repaired since they were only a year old. ELO agreed but we had to use a gutter company that they sent instead of the company that we used. There were issues with the gutters also and we are not fully satisfied with the work.

Now ELO is saying we owe additional money or they will put a lien on the house. The day we signed the contract we were given an exact amount due and thats what we paid. Now, the amount has changed according to ELO.

So in closing this review, we will say that if anyone asks what company did our metal roof, we will say ELO, however we will also say DO NOT USE THEM.

Dusty Richardson was very knowledgeable and treated my property as if it was his own. Would definitely recommend him doing any project on my home.

If you’re in need of roof work I would highly recommend Elo roofing and Jared in particular he was knowledgeable and there to answer any questions I had. Nicole in the office was great as well!

Best company ever! I had a really bad leak in my living room that made the worst stain on my ceiling. Elo was able to get me on the schedule and have it repaired the next day. The crew was polite and respectful and they did a great job touching up my ceiling. I highly recommend!!

Our skylight was giving us issues and we called Elo and they roofed over our skylight. Jared was great to work with, and came out multiple times to make sure everything was good. Nicole in the office was great as well. Don’t hesitate to hire Elo!

Dustin is fantastic.. We had property in Sawgrass that needed repairs. He and his team did such a great job that we had them connect to the homeowners association of not only that property, but another one where we have a rental as well. They got the work done promptly without damaging the exterior siding or plants... They were very careful.They cleaned up; there was no muss no fuss. Highly recommend Dustin. We have since sold the property.So i'm sorry I don't have pictures. But really cannot recommand Dustin any higher.
He came back and checked on the property several times to make sure there weren't nails or anything destructive lying around. They did a great job of clean up. They were efficient, great experience all around.

Elo Roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They arrived on time, finished the job in about 6 hours and cleaned all the debri in my property. There was a bit of issue though being billed twice for the warranty upgrade, but after I notified them, they were able to correct it and sent me a refund check.

We had our Spanish Concrete tile roof replaced with Metal Panel roof tiles by Elo Roofing. My first contact was with Dustin. He explained what the process would be and how long it will take. He listened and answered all my questions.
A week before, Dustin brought over Kyle who was going to be the project lead. They together sent me the whole plan on day by day activities for the roof tear and install steps. So I knew exactly what I was expecting every day.
Both Dustin & Kyle were very respectful, responsive and took care of any minor issues that popped up.
I was thoroughly impressed by their dedication. No matter day or time, they always got back to me on my queries. For that I am very thankful & appreciative to both of them.

I had a very good experience with ELO Roofing. The salesman was knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. He walked me through the whole process from what I needed, insurance coverage, and permits. He really made it easy for me. Once everything was scheduled they arrived promptly on the scheduled date to drop off materials. The workers arrived early the next day and worked tirelessly the whole day finishing up around 6:00. They were thorough in cleaning up all materials and debris. I’m so happy to have my roof complete!

Once shingles arrived they were here with bells on. Meticulous about cleaning debris. Whole process went quick. 1 day to tear off and new roof on!

Mark was awesome! he explained everything that was going to happen. Eric was wonderful also. I would recommend this company a million times. No one ever WANTS to replace their roof but I was forced to due to the hurricane. Under stress I put my info as a quote to the first roofing company on Google. For me it brought me to ELO roofing. I could have not been more lucky. I got a call back within minutes, they talked me through everything. Scheduled the estimate that week. Since it was dealing with insurance I figured it was going to be a pain. I figured wrong. Jarred was my contact and took care of everything. As a first time new roof buyer he answered every single annoying call and text….even while he was on vacation. When everything got approved it moved so fast I didn’t even know what to think. Throughout the entire replacement I was kept informed by Jay the on site foreman. Once the project was complete, the ladies in the office, (Nicole) was one but they all were super helpful, made sure all payments from insurance any myself were finalized. Over all, if I ever needed to have roofing done I’m 100% using ELO. I highly recommend.

The guys were here before the sun was up and wasted no time! They were professional and thoroughly picked up all their mess. I only found 4 nails around the whole house. A week after the install the project manager came by to see how I liked my roof and had a huge magnet to pick up any metal or nails the guys left behind. Great customer service! Typically dealing with contractors is a nightmare but nothing could be farther from the case with Elo. Working with Robert and team is always a breeze! After damage to 3 hurricanes I have used this company and each time was a great process.

Hurricane Irma took a toll on our home’s roof causing it to be completely reroofed in 2018. Then our house lost several cap shingles complements of Hurricane Milton. ELO Roofings phones are manned by a human (even during weekends). We explained our problem, were scheduled within a few days & were even giving the arrival time plus name of the person (Jared Householder) who would arrive at our home and help us with photos and repairs. He phoned us informing of approximate arrival time and he did arrive on schedule. Jared is courteous and efficient! He took photos of our roof and effected our repair. ELO Roofing and Jared are awesome! We recommend them for your roofing needs and will definitely hire them when our next need occurs.

Had a small leak around my fireplace after some heavy rainfall, called on a Saturday and they arrived first thing on Monday. The project manager, Jared Householder, was very knowledgeable and honest with his expert opinions. He performed the maintenance thoroughly and even went above and beyond what he had to and sealed some minor cracks on our chimney.
