Michael and team were very professional. Pricing was competitive. Quality is excellent. Time between estimate and completion was very quick. So happy to have a dry garage. And…the completion of guttering looks fantastic! Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time I have had Elliott Roofing repair my roof. Both times they have provided excellent customer service and done a wonderful job at a reasonable price.
This last time I called a few days after a tornado and high speed straightline winds blew a large section of shingles off my roof and of course Elliott was booked out for over a week before they could get to me and another round of severe weather was forecast for the next few days.
Two days later Brayden called me asking if they could get a crew here would I be open to having them do the repairs later that day. Are you kidding me? Of course, please.
The crew showed up as promised. Very nice people, went right to work, completed the repairs, it rained in the middle of the night and NO LEAKS. Before the crew left that day, they cleaned up after themselves so you'd never know they had even been there.
I have to also tell you that when it comes to home repairs, I am very nervous because of all the stories you hear about contractors ripping off people.

We reached out to Elliot Roofing end of August based on its reputation and being in the business quite a while. We have come to conclusion with the project at our residence and the project execution and quality of work and workers that were there to do the work on our home exceeded our expectation and thank them for their support. Although I will say the Sales rep that was assigned by Elliot Roofing for requested work was rather disappointing. There were times during the contract process and working thru the insurance that communication was very lacking and was not transparent. We requested a certain date for completion of the work but there was a lack of communication or follow-up. Sales rep made promises and gave assurances that were not made and left us disappointed and frustrated throughout the process. A lot of passive aggressive approaches to dealing with difficult situations rather than staying in constant communication on schedule and status of executing the project to our specific scheduling needs and requirements. It required a lot of following up and efforts on our part to move things along in executing the work and not have further delays. Instead of taking accountability there were a lot of excuses and unsympathetic answers to our inquiries. On the flip side the project execution which would be Ethan - project manager and Austin - site lead they were exceptional in responsiveness and communicating status and following-up on open items. Anytime I reached out with a question or to get further information they were their to show me on Facetime or discussing it over the phone. When there were questions from my parents they made sure they answered it and would come to our residence to ensure the work was done properly and cleaned up sufficiently. I further appreciate when there was an issue with the vendors work on the garage door and site PM Ethan would come out himself to help fix/correct. When working with the owner and GM, they listened to our concerns and researched and came up with a plan to make sure all of our needs were taken care of and worked to make sure we were satisfied as it was important for them and the business and it was important for us coming away from this project. Thank you.

From the beginning, when I first contacted them, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I can hear the smile on them while they spoke. I understand how difficult customer service is, so I know when to appreciate it. They were able to send out a salesman to inspect my roof fairly quickly, despite them being backed up after a hail storm. Drew was the salesman who assisted me through the whole process of my roof repair. He worked with me and gave me a fair and honest estimate. Once the project began, I was very impressed on the quality and haste the crew displayed! Peyton was the project manager who overlooked everything and even threw in extra small details that I thought were nice. 1 day, was all it took to finish two roofs and the redecking! That seriously impressed me. After everything was complete, Elliott Roofing sent me the final invoice, but I noticed a discrepancy with it. I was being overcharged...It had me worried and stressed over it for about a month. Once I scheduled a meeting with my initial salesman, we looked it over it and we were able to address the problem, it was finally fixed with the help of Amy. Turns out, the claims department that they contract made an error, and it honestly costed me alot of stress. Thankfully, it was caught, fixed, and made right. It revived my hopes in the company again. Elliott Roofing is full of hard working and professional personal!

From the first phone call they have been responsive to my needs and have worked diligently with my insurance company to get my claim approved. When my home needed a new roof, my first choice was Elliot Roofing. They earned my trust at my last home where they not only did a stellar job on the roof, but also customer service. The work on my current home was also great as was customer service, until the end of the installation day. When I left my home for the day I was given an estimated time of completion and was told I would be contacted with an update. I was never contacted but, an hour after the estimated time I was given, made a phone call and was told they didn’t know when the job would be completed. After another hour had passed I drove to my home to find workman still on the roof. I continued to drive by every half hour until 9:00 pm to find the workmen gone and a trailer along with bundles of shingles blocking my garage door. Due to some physical difficulties, entering my house through the garage is my safest option, especially in the dark. The mess in my driveway wasn’t picked up until the next day. I had no problem with the length of time taken for the job but the lack of communication was totally unexpected. It seems customer service doesn’t hold the importance it once did.

Where do I start. Matt and Holly (the owners) are a power couple. They offered to do a free inspection for a house I purchased, and did it on the same day they offered. I had a lot of repairs because of tornado damage. Elliott Roofing coordinated all the repairs and did a wonderful job. I had used them before and they did a wonderful job then and this was no exception.

We had a leak that we had multiple people out to try and fix. Finally contacted Elliott Roofing and they sent Drew Scott out to check it out and give an estimate. Within 10 minutes he identified the problem as not being with the roof, but a window. He then fixed the issue in about 5 minutes with some caulk, without charge. Ethical business is hard to come by these days, and I feel lucky that I picked the right company to do business with. I will 100% be going with Elliott Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Elliott Roofing just completed a full replacement of my roof and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process from start to finish. In May of 2023 we had a significant hail storm in our neighborhood and I had no less than 10 roofing contractors come by wanting to inspect my roof. I turned them all down and called Elliott for the inspection. The reason was that about 5 years ago I had a leak that I thought was from the roof but turned out to be AC condensation from an attic AC unit. When an inspector came out from Elliott Roofing, they determined that it was not a roof leak but calked around a couple vent pipes just to be sure and spray painted a couple faded pipes on the roof but said no charge. I kept this in mind for when I did need a roof repair. When I called Elliott this time, Michael Garrett came out, climbed on the roof, made an assessment that there was enough damage for replacement and stayed as I called my insurance company to help me report a claim. I paid Elliott Roofing the amount I received from my insurance company which was about 1/2 the cost of repairs because my insurance company held back my roof depreciation until I had the roof repaired. Elliott worked directly with my insurance company keeping them updated on the repairs until finally the insurance company sent the depreciation amount to me. At no time did a representative from Elliott pressure me for additional payment until I finally received the remaining money from my insurance company. Roof replacement was completed in one day, workers were polite and courteous and I have only found a couple nails in the yard after they thoroughly cleaned up the old roof debris. 100% would recommend their services.

Exceptional service. The tech, Easton, arrived on time and thoroughly checked inside, attic and roof to understand our problem. We had wind damage to a HVAC vent causing a leak. I had pictures, a diagnosis and the problem solved in about 40 minutes. Elliot Roofing has the most 5 star reviews for roofers in the area and they earned it.

Chris was amazing. It was good dealing with someone like him. This stuff is never fun for either party but at least we knew we were dealing with a solid guy we could trust. Great, quick response when a storm blew our trampoline into our roof, puncturing the shingles and sheathing! Crew got out there and fixed the damage promptly and in line with our budget! Elliot Roofing will definitely be my first call again!

Michael went above and beyond to help my mother source an issue with flooding in her living room. It ended up not being a roof issue but caused by old drill holes for treating insect infestation that weren’t properly sealed. She had at least 7 different companies and the city looking into it and he was the only one who found the issue.

These folks don’t work 9 to 5. I had a pretty big job. They showed up at 7 with their army of workers and did’t leave til after dark. They knocked it out in record time, did a great job and showed great respect to myself and my property. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Very happy in every way!

From the first phone call to Elliott roofing, I could see the professionalism. I spoke with Amy, who was wonderful in setting everything up for me. Drew came out to inspect our roof. Last summer, my family needed a roof on our small house that is near Arcadia, OK. I called Elliott Roofing because their advertising from High Five Media got my attention. After I called, Elliott speedily came out to take measurements. Next, Ethen quickly quoted us a new roof, new decking and new gutters. We opted to get the impact resistant shingles which could lower my insurance premium and also help when it hails. On exactly the day that the job was scheduled, Elliott installed my new decking, impact resistant shingles, flashing, and new covers for all the vents and pipes exiting the roof. Austin and Raul with Elliott made sure that they finished the roof in just one day. The work was perfect and they cleaned up the yard very thoroughly. We were pleased enough with the work that when our family needed a roof on our two story house in town, we called Elliott again. We opted for new decking and impact resistant shingles again. Elliott did the job quickly and flawlessly again. We couldn’t be happier with the timing, communication, professionalism and craftsmanship from Elliott Roofing. If we ever need another roof, we will call Elliott Roofing.

Updating this review as of 2025 called to set appointment for estimate, Bradenton came out did a quick review of my roof ,told me he would just email me over the estimate.I never received the estimate after sending an email and text message to him advising him of the issue. The estimate was still not received. Which is fine, but try no to waste a customers time.If you don't want their buisness it's a professional way to handle that.
