Jordan came out today to check out an issue I had with a leak in my ceiling with all the rain the past few days. He knew right away what the issue was and was very thorough in explaining what caused and what he did to fix it. Very kind and professional, I would recommend Elk Roofing!
Shoddy job installing new roof. Did not do all the work that we paid them to do. Did not: replace plumbing vent flashing boots, install gutter aprons, or install ridge vent. All of which are in the quote we signed and paid for. Gave us the run around with the vent boot (said it was a plumber's job, no plumber has said they do it). Left all nails exposed and did not do proper caulking (verified by indep. contractor, who will be fixing it). When Dusty did come when I told him about the missing work, he got on my roof without telling me. All in all, this company does the poorest of work. AVOID.
We have used Elk Roofing three times now and every time we have been extremely pleased. Dusty and Donny are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond to get the job done. Would highly recommend!
