Broke down Thursday evening called them to come out and look at the problem and he said he was going to get parts needless to say he never came back.so Friday morning he lied and said the parts store opened at 8am and he was headed that way to get the parts.he stop answering the phone and never showed up.they really deserve 0 stars don’t waste your time calling them they are bad business and will tie your day up with lies

Had a trailer failure that put us out of commission in a parking lot, called “Elite trailer repair” and the man said he’d be there within 30 minutes.

Five phone calls and 4 hours later he didn’t show up and strung us along, wasting a huge portion of time and leaving us inoperable at 10pm. These would be the LAST people I call for help!

Funny enough spoke to the owners mother at Tractor Supply and she said he has a history of doing these sorts of things.

We had an accident and our truck bumper and fender together with the headlight got damaged we were not legal to drive. Elite Trailer Repair did a great job, Son of the owner helped us a lot and repaired whole fender put the headlights back and made bumper, very proffesional work thank you guys.

This guys is the last company I will deal with, I mad a mistake calling them about trailer air issues because I cannot slide my tandems and this guy offers to replace a part on the rear axle, I took this sob 7 hours and finally said that can not find the part and the special order will come Monday, I declined that since I am on load but he refused to put the old part back unless we pay him $150 asked him to bring the part and he said pay me first. Now I left the parking he meet with me and when to Love’s to get my trailer fix. Trust me don’t deal with ELITE TRAILER REPAIR AT STUTTGART, ARKANSAS.

trailer was damaged by forklift from previous pickup. delivered the load and had to pick up the next load. facility refused to load because of the damage in the roof - Called Elite Trailer and they met my driver within 30 minutes had him fixed shortly thereafter. Trailer fixed and my driver was able to pick up the load. Thanks to them we were rolling in no time and back to making money. Very kind and professional service! 5 stars!
