Broke down Thursday evening called them to come out and look at the problem and he said he was going to get parts needless to say he never came back.so Friday morning he lied and said the parts store opened at 8am and he was headed that way to get the parts.he stop answering the phone and never showed up.they really deserve 0 stars don’t waste your time calling them they are bad business and will tie your day up with lies

Had a trailer failure that put us out of commission in a parking lot, called “Elite trailer repair” and the man said he’d be there within 30 minutes.

Five phone calls and 4 hours later he didn’t show up and strung us along, wasting a huge portion of time and leaving us inoperable at 10pm. These would be the LAST people I call for help!

Funny enough spoke to the owners mother at Tractor Supply and she said he has a history of doing these sorts of things.

We had an accident and our truck bumper and fender together with the headlight got damaged we were not legal to drive. Elite Trailer Repair did a great job, Son of the owner helped us a lot and repaired whole fender put the headlights back and made bumper, very proffesional work thank you guys.
