Ray was recommended to us by our realtor during the home buying process. Ray was quick to provide us a quote that we could use to help negotiate before closing. After closing, it was obvious that we were in good hands with Ray. He repaired the roof within a week of reaching out. Fast forward a week after the repair, we had some storms and I got worried that we were missing a shingle after we had just had him come and repair the roof. Talk about poor timing! But Ray assured me that he’d come and take a look. He sent me the drone footage to assure me the roof was intact and looking good! Ray went above and beyond to put me at ease. As a new homeowner, I’m so glad to have found someone I can trust for future repairs!

I highly recommend Elite Roofing & Restoration. They did an amazing job replacing my entire roof. Chris was our contact person and he was professional, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. If we had any questions he called or texted me back right away. I obtained several quotes and Elite Roofing & Restoration was very competitive with an excellent warranty. They were punctual and the work was completed in one day. The roof looks great and the work crew did an excellent job cleaning up. I noticed some minor clean up items a few days after completion and Chris took care of them within a couple of days. I am very impressed by their honesty and quality of work. I encourage anyone in need of a new roof to give them a call.

I was in a bind and needed some handy work done on a very short timeline. I posted on fb and Jeremy immediately responded. I called him and he came out to see what I needed the next day and then connected me to Eddie and he made sure everything on the list was taken care of and even made multiple trips to my home to make sure everything was completed and excellent.

Elite Roofing is so responsive! They have attention to details. I am a realtor and I love referring them. I was very satisfied with a job on my own property.

I was the buyer for this house. During our transaction, they were hired by the sellers to repair a leak. Overall they did a great quality job repair and seem fair in price. Reason why I am giving them a 3 star is because they completed the job with a mismatching shingle. This should not be acceptable in any circumstances from a “reputable” roofing company. They also did come back out to make the repairs with the correct colored shingles as they do have a customer relationship with sellers agent.

I would keep a close eye on them when they are repairing your roof as they do hire subs.

I actually did not get a roof replacement. My review is about honesty and integrity. Last summer many homes, in my neighborhood, had roofs replaced. I reached out to Elite to get an inspection. Blake and Chris came out to inspect my roof. When I spoke to them, I fully expected to be told I needed a new roof. But instead, they said my roof was in good condition. I really appreciated their honesty. I will definitely call Elite Roofing and Restoration when I need anything roof related.

I’d like to showcase an instance where Elite went above and beyond normal duties, I had a roof issue where didn’t need a new roof but Storm lifted some shingles up and away , Elite was there in the am fixing this issue without delay. They replaced our roof on our house. Catherine was great to work with. They Helped us manage interactions with the insurance company. They made sure to be there and actually climb the roof with the insurance inspector! Our claim was approved and we had a new roof within 2 weeks. It was a great and easy process. After dealing with 2 unscrupulous roofing companies over the past year, we asked our neighbor for a recommendation of a roofing company. We are so glad we did because he recommended Elite Roofing & Restoration. Chris Moore came out, assessed the condition of the roof, gave us the option of just fixing the leak or the full roof replacement. Since the old roof was 16 years old, we decided to go ahead with the full replacement. The crew started work at 7 am and was done at 6 pm. They were extremely efficient, professional and did a great job protecting our yard and bushes and cleaning up afterwards. Our new roof looks great and we have already gotten compliments from our neighbors. I had a few trees taken down because they were all over my house. The tree guys told me they could see shingles missing and damage due to the trees.

I called and scheduled an inspection with elite roofing on Saturday afternoon.I explained to them I was afraid my roof had extensive damage. They sent someone to inspect the damage on Monday!
(I live in Lake Arrowhead and am use to no shows or long waits.)
I couldn’t believe how quickly they came for an inspection.
It turned out the trees did cause damage but the rest of the roof was good! They sent guys out to repair the damage the next day!!!
This was a small job for them but a huge deal to me!!

Our experience working with Elite Roofing and Restoration was just so easy and worry free. From start to finish the Elite professionals worked with our insurance company and kept us apprised of the status of the claim. The Elite representative was very thorough explaining the process and quality of materials we selected for the roof.
They checked off their list and the insurance adjuster approved everything their detailed and extensive inspection revealed. Some interior ceiling damage in a bathroom that I thought was due to humidity was actually found to be caused by a leak in the roof.
The work crew took great care to ensure that there was no damage to the lawn and shrubbery. They worked very efficiently and very well together. We heard no yelling or vulgar language exchanged between them. The men were very courteous to us.
During the process the yard was kept very clean, and when they were finished, the yard was probably cleaner than when they arrived. We were also amazed that the job was completed in only one day.

If you are looking for a company that is about as professional as it gets make sure and have Elite look at your roof. They handled everything with my insurance and mortgage company. I only had to pick my roof color and my paint colors. In a time where it’s hard to get painters to call you back. Elite was able to:
Replace my roof
Fix my water damage
Paint Extra rooms inside our house
Paint the exterior of our house
Not all of that was covered by insurance, but they agreed to stay and fix others issues I needed addressed. Definitely worth getting Elite involved if you think you need a new roof or have damage. Highly recommended!

Best customer service experience I've ever had. They came out immediately after I called about a leak and got my roof paid for by my insurance company a week later. Even better, it only took their guys 1 day to tear the old roof off and put the new one on. Very fast! 10/10 recommend Elite Roofing and Restoration!

Elite Roofing and Restoration recently installed a new roof on my townhouse. I think they did a good job and they are very nice people. But the owner said he was going to send me information on the warranty for the new roof. He hasn't done that and doesn't reply to my inquiries. So I'm not sure that I have a warranty. If he wins the lottery, closes his business and moves to Tahiti and my roof springs a leak, who do I call?
Jeremy called me and we had a good discussion about the warranty. It comes from the manufacturer and takes five to six weeks in normal times and probably longer in Covid 19 times. The warranty came today, April 6, just like the Jeremy said it would and I am happy.

While most of the work done on my roof was done well, the siding by my chimney was damaged in 2 places. I sent photos to Jeremy who acknowledged the damage and said he would repair it. However, after repeated requests, 6 weeks have passed with no response from him. I made the huge error of giving him the final payment before the repairs were made. Another problem is that it took him a month to get to my job even though he kept promising to come and do it. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially as he came highly recommended by my realtor. I feel like he took advantage of me.

Update 3/18/20: Jeremy contacted me on 2/29/20 after I posted the review above and we had a very nice discussion during which he apologized profusely to me. The repairs were completed to our satisfaction so I am raising my rating from one star to 3. If this incident had not occurred I would have given him a 5 as the roof looks fabulous and I found Jeremy very easy to work with.

Highly recommend Elite roofing! Their work is phenomenal and I am very impressed with the services I received. My roof had a horrible leak and with no hesitation at all Elite sent someone out to inspect the same day. They worked quickly to find a solution for my leak so that no further damage was done and then came back with a full replacement shortly after. I have never seen a company work so quickly and show such compassion for their work as well as their customers. I am impressed! Great job Jeremy and company!

Elite did a fantastic job of first dealing with my insurance company and then replacing my damaged roof. Nice, professional folks and the communication (especially by the receptionist, Kristen) was great from start to finish!

Dont use this company! They got a check from insurance company for $18000. Claimed to have finished replacing the rook and restore a sun porch. Gutters were not attached correctly or at least the ones that were not left in back yard. Leaves and pine needles hanging between the gutters and the house. They left trash all around the house. I have tried many time to contact them with my concerns and always get the recieptist who claims they just walked out the office. Customer satisfaction???what a joke. I hired Elite Roofing and Restoration after a tree fell on my house. They were very quick to help me with the removal of the tree and putting a tarp on my house to prevent leaks. Elite handled the insurance claim making the process swift and easy for me. I was very impressed with the high quality work and materials that they used on my roof. I would highly recommend Elite Roofing and Restoration.

Absolutely terrible...avoid at all cost. I called them because my State Farm agency recommended them. What a mistake. I had a simple leak around fireplace vent that I wanted repaired. The person who came out took this simple request and said that I had hail damage and should have my entire roof replaced. State Farm adjuster came out and said that the roof was fine, but I obviously had a simple leak that needed the flashing repaired. Elite Roofing had me appeal State Farm. I told the owner that I still wanted the leaked repaired and would pay for that while we waited on the appeal process two weeks later. Elite set up a time for a Saturday repair, but they did not show up. I have a voicemail from the owner saying that they would be there on this particular Saturday, but I digress. The following week, State Farm adjuster came out to meet Elite Roofing but they did not show up for the second inspection. The owner gave some terrible excuse about why they missed the appointment. I have called Dr. Roof to get real service. Elite Roofing and Restoration is basically your storm and hail damage chaser trying to scam insurance companies into paying for roof replacements that may not be needed.
