I had EPS do a project recently and they did an outstanding job! I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism of Tom and his team as well as the end result of the project. I also like to understand the specifics of the work that is being done. Tom was very gracious and patient when answering all of my questions with detailed explanations throughout the entire process. If you are ever in need of the types of contracting services that EPS provides, I highly recommend them as they are now my go to when I have a future project in their line of work.

I would recommend them. They came and did everything they said they would do.and on time. Very pleased with all they did.

SECOND REVIEW (work on June 19, 2024 at All Saints Parish) : Tommy from EPS and his gutter subcontractor did a superb job to add gutters to the church building and gutter guards to the parish hall. The work was professional and consistent with church historic appearance. They also addressed some unique features of the existing gutters to improve the water flow and appearance. See the gutter photos. The silver gutters in the corner help with increased flow.

FIRST REVIEW (work on May 8, 2024) : EPS handled a unique cedar siding replacement behind our home power meter. They also discovered and repaired nearby siding water damage. Tommy made the entire process seem effortless. They found cedar siding that matched, coordinated with SMECO to be available to the work. The price was extremely reasonable, including the additional work to repair the siding damage. They also added some water diverters to the siding to avoid future gutter overflow issues. All work was done in a few hours professionally. He even offered some recommendations for other contractors to consider for interior work that EPS does not do.

Thanks Tommy for your company’s work. I’ll certainly keep you in mind for future work we may have and I’d certainly recommend other customers to consider EPS for your roof, siding and gutter work.

We had a great experience working with Tommy and his team at EPS. They did a great job (at a very reasonable price) replacing the roof on my house, two sheds and part of a detached garage. They also replaced the siding on two peaks. Everything went very well, in a timely fashion, great cleanup, and Tommy's hands on management approach was awesome. We're very happy. Thanks Tommy !!!

Great SO MD contractor & top notch crew. Got to work on a crisp morning and didn’t stop until all the work was done - replaced 250’ of gutter with leaf guards and 13 downspouts - all in one day. Very fair price too! Highly recommend this contractor and his friendly crew.

Working with Tommy was great! He is super responsive and kept us in the loop at every step of the process. He followed up after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied and quickly addressed everything we identified.

Oh my goodness. If I could rate this company 500 stars I would. I'm trying to put my house on the market quickly, and replacing the 31 year old roof was a priority. The owner Tommy fit me in his busy schedule. His price was the fairest of more than 10 estimates, and he was able to replace my roof asap. After getting 4 quotes for roof replacement, we selected Elite Project Services. Elite Project Services' bid came in about 9% lower than the other bids PLUS Elite Project Services used a higher grade of shingle than was quoted by the other contractors.
The owner, Tommy Lowe, is super easy to work with and very honest. Tommy pointed out several items that he resolved with no additional charge. No high pressure sales techniques at any point.
His crew was very thorough, cleaned up afterwards, finished on time and performed quality work.

After collecting seven quotes for roof replacement, we were fortunate enough to request one from EPS! Their price was extremely competitive and comprehensive. The owner personally explained every element of the quote and was prepared to adjust to our custom changes real time, providing us with the highest value for our budget. The owner then carefully scheduled the material delivery, effectively communicating any schedule impact due to COVID. This resulted in our happily receiving all promised materials on time and in great condition. EPS then provided an expert installation team who removed our old shingles and skylights, identified and replaced any any damaged old sheathing and installed the new products. The entire process took two days!

Great service from a great professional. Recently had new gutters with guards and fascia covering installed. They rerouted one of my downspouts that was causing the garage to flood. Highly recommend Elite Project Services.

I found this company using google. I felt secure knowing they were verified. Best choice I could have made.
I am dealing with other contractors for other projects, so I was dreading this. But Tommy is great.
His initial response was fast. His estimate was very reasonable and pretty accurate. (I needed a few more sheets of new wood than he originally guessed under the shingles. ) He was always here when he said he would be. His team was frighteningly fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves better than any workers I have dealt with.
My biggest complaint is that he only does roofs. I still need work on my property so he helped me get in touch with a general contractor I will be using for other projects.
Call him. You won’t be disappointed.

They solved an awful roof leak and repaired it in the morning just in time for a severe thunderstorm the later that day. I had no problems during that storm. They are very nice and professional, in addition to having reasonable prices. I didn't know they did gutters which I am in need of replacing. I will be getting the new gutters with Tom and his crew after my great experience working with them on my roof repair.

I noticed a couple missing shingles, and EPS was very responsive, scheduled something quickly, evaluated the roof / shingles, and recommended a cost-effective method to repair. From previous experience with other companies, the pricing on all options the team presented were VERY reasonable. I had an extremely pleasant experience with this company. The communication was outstanding, everything was explained in-depth, and they expertly worked with me to navigate the insurance process and claim. The job was done in one day (roof installation) and my complete gutter installation was done the very next day. The ending result was fabulous as expected. Thomas, was quick to respond back with my request and immediately had one of his guys working in the area come by the house and inspect the roof. He didn’t try to sell me anything and absolutely was transparent with repairs and services that would be needed if we went through his company or another. I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas and his company to anyone needing roofing done! I know in the future I will be calling him for all my roofing needs!

Although I did not end up using the companies service, I found the owner Tommy to be exceptional helpful and honest. He had the opportunity to tell me me a lot of bull on what needed work and so forth but he didn't. He not only was honest but went above and beyond and went out of his way to make calls on my behalf and found another contractor for me that was better suited for what I needed done. I highly recommend his services and professionalism to everyone!!

Contacted this company to obtain an estimate along with many other estimates .their pricing and timelines were great so I decided to give them a try.
