Elite Exteriors Roofing & Siding Contractor

Elite Exteriors provided me a LS quote to perform flashing work on my house in Winslow. This was 3 years ago. They took my deposit and keep telling me they would perform the work. The latest update from them in 2023 was they would definitely perform the work in May 2024. Work is not done yet and they will not respond to emails or texts.

We had our siding and roof replaced by Elite Exteriors. Jesse and Melissa are great at what they do. Jesse's work is of high quality and very detailed. We did have to wait a little longer than anticipated for the job start day due to weather delays. However, the wait was well worth it! We highly recommend Elite Exteriors all the way around!

Elite Exteriors does very high quality work, very professionally. I am very pleased with how my house looks and we are getting many compliments from our neighbors. I recommend them based on their quality of work and reasonable pricing.

Nice people on the phone, but scheduled a time for an estimate and they assured me I'd have a quote by end of week. They no call/no showed up to quote and I called twice (once a week after and once two weeks later). Left messages and never heard back. Not very professional. Wasted my time waiting for them.

We hired Elite Exteriors to help with our home renovation which included a new roof and replacing the siding, soffit, and fascia. They also completed the exterior of a new addition to the house. It was a pleasure to work with Melissa and Jesse. They were very thorough with providing us different options for both the roofing and siding. Jesse is very knowledgable and takes great pride in his work, always willing to answer any questions that we had. Melissa provided very detailed and concise estimates and contracts. We would highly recommend them for any roofing and siding needs you may have.

We hired Elite Exteriors to replace the aging clapboards on our house with siding. Melissa, Jesse, and their team of workers are the best and we could not be happier! They take their time and don't rush the work; they are perfectionists. Jesse explains everything and answers any and all questions as the project moves along. Melissa handles all the paperwork and their contracts are thorough and detailed. We were kept in the loop at all stages of the work and notified if there were any issues with building materials, weather, etc.

Jesse and his team will be back in the spring to put a new roof on the house and then our home will look like it is sparkling new! I recommend, without hesitation, Elite Exteriors. You will not be disappointed in the team or their work.

We Hired the Elite contractors to reside our entire house. They arrived on time, worked long hours and finished the job on time. we were very pleased with the quality of their work and the attention to detail. From day one i was impressed with how professional, detailed, and prompt they were with our quote. Especially compared to all the other contractors who came by for an estimate. Jesse and crew replaced the siding on our home and shed. I could not be happier with the end result. The price was fair, and the work was done in a matter of days. They were very fairly priced. They even took before and after pics for me and text me when they were completed! Definitely will do business with them again in the future! Highly recommend.

Jesse and Melissa are exceptional!! We cannot say enough great things about them as people or business owners. Jesse took on a very large and complicated job residing our 3 story victorian as well as repairing and putting on a new roof over our sitting room. He offered recommendations to preserve the architectural integrity of our home and made modifications based on our input. It was an enjoyable team effort.

Reached out to this Company on several times with very little to no response. Definitely no customer service for folks like myself in need of a quality, professional Company. First impression is the biggest comfort level of hiring an honest Company because there are so many phony Companies taken good folks like myself to the cleaners! I'm not sure how they received five star rating. Read their review it's a lie. I DO NOT have a current Contractor working on the Roof! I had a Contractor butcher a new Metal Roof NOW in search of someone to fix the mess! Nice try to cover yourself up!

Went from a happy to an unhappy customer with these folks.Offered a gutter contract paid in full and didn't get my money back. Dealing with realtors, contractors, and vendors for the purchase of a new (different) home, this company was one of two that met my expectations.
This company actually exceeded my expectations.

The presentation of the contract, detailed and easily understood, and the price reasonable was impressive. Before we began, I was comfortable that I was dealing with professionals.

The actual work was timely, done with perfection and attentiveness, to home owner's property. They cleared bird feeders and solar lights to prevent damage and returned everything to original location when finished. Clean up was daily and these folks were excellent. Each of the three days on the job, you couldn't see any debris. Amazing!

My comfort level with these folks has encouraged me to have them do additional work. I have a beautiful roof and now looking forward to gutters installed.

Had all companies been as efficient as this company, I would have had an exceptional home purchase experience.

I am very pleased with the layover shingle job completed by Elite. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and address any concerns. The roof looks fantastic and the quality of the shingles seems decent. I hope it lasts for many years! They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I'm having them back to install the gutters. I would definitely recommend them!

We met Jesse when Elite did a job next door. We thought his crew did an excellent job , so we asked for an estimate on two roofs at the lake.
They were prompt , personable , and professional while installing architectural shingles on a pitched roof and also replacing roll roofing on a flat roof.They answered our questions thoroughly and addressed our concerns.They left a clean job site, two excellent roofs , and happy customers-all this over the Fourth of July! Everything about this company was professional. From the first day when we had talked about the roofing estimate of my home, everything was laid out in plain english and the estimate was clear, and easy to understand.
