Elite Custom Contractors is a professional, courteous, and friendly company. Mr. Flores and his crew are the best. Prior to me signing the contract, Mr. Flores went over in detail what the job would cost, what the job would entail, delivery of the materials, and going over all materials that would be used and even provided samples of the materials. Mr. Flores and his crew showed up on my property the date he said they would and two consecutive days later I had a beautiful new roof on my home, showing me each step of the installation, and after cleaning up the debris from ripping off my old roof, my property was spotless! If you have a home or business in Northern VA and you are in need of a new roof or repairs, I highly recommend Elite Custom Contractors. I normally do not give reviews, but this company deserves a five star review for the work they performed on my home!
This is the most unprofessional, ridiculous company I have ever worked with. The owner, Jose, is a malicious liar who did the opposite of what I paid him to do, and he did not adhere to any part of our agreement. Jose and his novice teabroke my window, they got paint on my hose, hose-rack, porch, all of my lights & all over my newly sealed driveway. They did not clean up after themselves, and they left hundreds of nails on my porch, my driveway & all over my yard. They stupidly painted my electrical box, and they put the wood I bought for my fence onto my house. I removed the cheap wood that a different contractor put onto my house, and I hired Jose to replace that cheap wood with the correct, tethered wood that I just purchased. Instead, Jose’s team moved the cheap wood to a different area of my house. They used my water, and didn’t shut it off before they left, they did a terrible paint job, they made a huge mess and they did not clean up after themselves. They even used the wrong type of paint for my chimney, and they will not come back to fix any of their disasters.
Jose is great to work with, his team got our roof replaced in a day. The waste from the old roof was cleaned and nothing was left anywhere around the house. The price is competitive, the workmanship and end results are great.
