This service was done for my Mom’s newly purchased house. With a heatwave moving through and air conditioning that stopped working, we called to schedule an appointment right away and they showed up within an hour of the call.

The condenser, which I didn't know what was, wasn't sucking the water through the pump cause the water in it was dirty. Dude, came out explained all that to me, cleaned it. Charged the minimum diagnostic fee, and explained how I could fix the thing in the future. Best experience with HVAC in ten years in the area.

We were clueless on how to care for an AC unit and had greatly neglected our system. It of course was not working as a result. Seth came out, cleaned everything up and explained what we need to do to maintain our unit. He was cheerful and gracious and honest. It was clear we were clueless and he could have quite frankly told us we needed sprockets for our sproctometers and we would have had no clue. We will most definitely continue to use Elite Comfort Systems and refer them to everyone we know.

Elite, installed a A/C unit and furnace for our home. I could not have been more impressed. Very professional and knowledgeable. I got another bid from a company we had used in the past. They could get to the unit installed for at least 10 days. So we decided to check around, not only did Elite get the unit in for much quicker, they were less money then our original bid. We have had them back several times for maintenance. Always on time and willing answer any questions. Annie, had been great getting things scheduled.

I called Elite Comfort Systems to check out my AC unit that has been tripping a breaker. They arrived on time and immediately started trouble shooting the problem. Mark was our Service Technician and he is superb! Mark did some initial, quick diagnostics and found the issue, corrected it, and our system is running better than ever! Mark is not only skilled and capable, he was open and clearly explained what was going on. He is affable and witty, yet always professional. Overall, a job very well done!

Today our forced air furnace system got a much needed update. Even though it was replaced in January, the lower floor zone was not getting heated adequately. The return air from the lower zone was not being circulated sufficiently. Hunter suggested he could install a duct directly to the return air plenum of the furnace. It did not affect the deign of the house but provided increased return air flow which was more direct. Since it is close to the floor it will also assist cooling from the lower windows. Thanks Hunter!

I recently had a mini split system installed. They did a very clean looking install. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They took care of all the permits/inspection arrangements and rebate paperwork. The units work great and put out great heat and cooling. I had a small mechanical issue unrelated to the install after I had the unit for a couple months. They responded to my issue very quickly. They assessed and corrected the problem. I am very happy with this company and I am a very particular/picky customer. Highly recommend them to take care of your heating and cooling needs.

Elite comfort systems always exceeds my expectations! Had a gas leak in my propane heater and Hunter was sent to inspect the problem. He was on time, friendly and professional. His "I'll get you fixed right up" attitude was so appreciated! He found the leak, repaired it and gave the heater a good inspection and even tested the the air quality! I know I'm in good hands with Elite!

Over the weekend we found our water heater wouldn’t work. A good friend suggested I contact Elite Comfort Systems. Hunter Kolbet was the technician who came to my home. He was vey courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem and did what was needed to get things working. As he was checking for any gas leaks, his work checked out great. He then took a minute to check my furnace and found a small leak which he also fixed. Great to have someone in my home that I felt we could trust.

Hunter was on time and ready to get the ac unit going. He explained what he was going to do. He notified me of what needed fixed. He made sure I understood the charges. Great service.

Elite installed a new heating unit and heat pump at our house and finished the entire project in just one day. Hunter is incredible to work with, and the guy (can't remember his name) that made the bid and worked with us was stellar. There were no hidden costs. They came on time when they said they would; then they cleaned up so well that we couldn't even tell they had been there. Except it was now warm!

The person taking my call was curteous and I received a return call quickly as promised. The technician, Hunter, arrived within the stated timeframe and was very knowledgeable. Our install of a garage furnace was a little tricky and the outside work had to be done in low teens degrees with wind. The installers kept at it until the job was completed.

I recently asked Elite to do a yearly furnace service across 91 properties. I have been so impressed with their level of communication as well as the thoroughness of their work. They have been so diligent in getting the work done in a timely manner. The biggest thing that I appreciate with Elite Comfort Systems is their invoice reports. They are just as thorough with their reports and always included photos for my records. I appreciate knowing that Elite will tell me what I need to hear and not cut any corners.

We hired Elite Comfort Systems to put in a brand new Gas Furnace. Steven Stockemer headed up the team. The team was very efficient and did a wonderful job. Mark from Elite Comfort Systems came for my furnace’s 6 month check up. He was super helpful and checked the efficiency of both my furnace and my air conditioner and cleaned off the outside of the air conditioning unit with a blower to get all the cotton off. He also helped me with some questions I had about the ecobee thermostat that was installed at the same time as the furnace.

Elite Comfort Systems is wonderful! They are very responsive and their prices are fair and reasonable. Nathan was my initial contact; Hunter is the technician who has been coming to do the bi-annual maintenance check on my furnace and A/C, clean the filters in the air purifier system that was installed by Elite Comfort Systems, and answer all my questions. I've had a very positive experience with this company and any technicians that have been to my house. I would absolutely recommend you give them a call when you need heating and cooling related work done. You will NOT be disappointed!
