Home Pride Restoration and Cleaning

Our experience with Home Pride Restoration was nothing short of amazing! They were out same day to inspect areas of concern after a home inspection for a sale. They were honest and thorough. They even identified a couple of spots and spot treated them right there during their inspection as well as hooked up a vent hose that two other companies just overlooked. After detailing their recommended steps to move forward, they had us on their schedule within two days. The work was complete within a few hours and was extremely affordable. Dad and sons were professional and friendly, and just overall good people. Mom/wife helped with billing and was very pleasant as well. A true family oriented business who doesn't treat their clients like another paycheck, but rather, like a neighbor or friend!

I will always call Home Pride first, in a certain type of emergency. They must work hard to be available on such short notice, & they have come through for me in some very tight spots. One time, our basement began flooding from a clog at or near the sump pump JUST HOURS before we had to be on a plane for an important vacation that could not be rescheduled. We weren't even fully packed yet, & very worried about how this would play out. Not only was Home Pride there within the hour, but I believe they sort of coordinated work with the plumber & roto-rooter who were also on site for this mess. They had the doors removed, carpet & affected drywall stripped, framing studs sanitized, & dehumidifiers & fans placed, before we had to leave for the airport. It was a painfully hectic few hours, but far better than it would have been without their help. When we got back from vacation, insurance dragged its feet infuriatingly for months. Again, Home Pride came through, helped us with them, & completed an excellent reconstruction of the basement. I haven't worked with any of Home Pride's competitors, but really now, all things considered, why would I?

Tanner was very professional and responded with no service fee charge to our call of a flooded basement the same day in between other appointments. Knowing he was booked with other appointments, I tried to be quick with explaining everything and Tanner was so patient, attentive, and not rushing at all. He was fully committed to checking all aspects of the potentially damaged areas, was very thorough in his explanation, and even gave me a foundation company's contact information to follow up with on some suspicions to make sure everything was inspected rather than just some of the potentially affected areas. He took photo documentation of all his evaluation and called into his main office to have another employee provide me with an emailed photo album report, which I received the same day. He gave me his personal number and followed up with me the next day to let me know he was available for us with anything further we needed, but was not pushy. He even ended the text with "...hopefully you don't end up ever needing our services...(smiley face)" and "if anything pops up, please let us know, we are always here for you guys." Impressed with this company, and highly recommend!

Greg and Tanner are amazing. We had another company at our home to repair a leak, but they couldn’t remove the dishwasher to get to the problem. They recommend Home Pride Restoration to remove dishwasher. Greg and Tanner had it out in minutes. Very professional and wouldn’t even charge us because it was so quick. Water damage is always stressful, but Home Pride took away the stress. Greg was at my home in about 45 minutes. He gave me clear information on what needed to be done and how long it would take. He immediately started to move items out of the water zone. Shortly after Tanner and Scott came to my home with all of their drying equipment that was up and running very quickly. They were respectful of my home putting Duran plastic to protect my carpets, wearing booties for the initial inspection, and handling my possessions carefully. All of the Eddy guys were super nice and efficient. They checked on the process every day to make sure it was drying. In addition to courtesy and respect, restoration carried out promptly and efficiently. Work was preformed with precision and area was left clean and tidy. The only visible evidence of Work done was a business card. I call that spectacular. I'm more than happy with my encounter with Greg and his integrity in providing a much needed service.

Our review is of both the mitigation and restorations portions of Home Pride. We used them when we had a hose bib go *boom* and then there were inches of water in our basement. From the moment they showed up to start moving things out of the water they were efficient and competent. We never had a doubt that our home was in good hands. They made sure our stuff was safe from further water damage, ripped out what needed ripping and then, when everything was dry they put everything back together beautifully. They answered all of my questions and were very easy to contact as things changed and timelines got shifted. Not that I EVER want to have Waterworld: Basement Edition again, but if I do, I'd definitely be calling Home Pride again.

I want to Thank Home Pride Restoration for all the work they did on the Restoration of my basement. I had some extensive water damage that turned into more than we first anticipated. The team at Home Pride worked with my insurance company to promptly get the repairs fixed. I was impressed with their honesty, integrity, and frequent communication as to what they were doing next. Having had more than my share of poor contractors over the years. I have no problem recommending Home Pride to anyone needing help getting things restored after damage has happened.

Recently, we experienced a water line break in our downstairs. The water quickly damaged the textured ceiling and walls. The insulation and carpet were also soaked. As soon as the water line repair was completed, Home Pride Restoration and Cleaning went to work removing the damaged Sheetrock, insulation and carpet pad. They extracted water from the carpet and began drying the area using dehumidifiers and fans inside of a tent erected to contain the dust. They returned daily to check the drying process. When all of the moisture was removed, they began the restoration process installing drywall and insulation. They matched the texture and paint perfectly. Some cedar woodwork had also been damaged which they were able to replace match to perfection.
Overall, we are very pleased with the work they performed. The Home Pride team were all very polite and professional. We would eagerly recommend Home Pride to all who require cleaning and restoration services.

Greg and his team are very professional and extremely willing to share their knowledge about water removal, repairs, insurance process, etc. They showed up when they said they’d be there and did great work. They are the only water restoration contact in my phone now!!

They redid some of the carpet that my dog had chewed up and have done an absolutely fantastic job. It looks gorgeous, you can't tell that the carpet was replaced in specific spots, they even added little touches to the stairs like tucking it which makes it look significantly better than it did before. I cannot recommend them enough.

First let me tell you how much Greg and Tanner and crew care. They bent over backwards to ensure that we knew the what happened to our home, what they were going to do to mitigate the issues and repair the problems that occurred from the water damage caused by a leak in a wall from plumbing. They were open and honest about every aspect. They answered my texts and phone calls when we didn’t understand certain aspects of the process with them or with the insurance company and they were able to explain the way the process worked. They made quality time to do the work needed. They were prompt not only on phone calls and texts but also showing up when they agreed to do so to check on the progress of our home being dried out during that process. I honestly felt like they went the extra mile over and over with regards to the situation. They definitely turned what seemed like was going to be an extremely difficult and stressful situation and process into something that we felt we could handle with their assistance and support. I would never think twice about going to another company if we had issue’s again. As a matter of fact we are using their business for additional needs in our home as a result. They will be the first we recommend to our friends and family if they have a need or someone requests a recommendation.

Excellent service! Everyone was super friendly. We couldn't send our flooding problem to insurance and Greg was more than willing to wave fees and work with us on payment! He was fast and efficient and very thorough for no extra charge. He even let me husband do some of the work so he wouldn't have to and that helped with a lot of cost as well. Because you just experienced an unexpected water burst event in your home, a visit from the Plumber, then plumber highly advises you to get cleaning/ restoration done in your home (whether the plumber has referred you to a company or not) AND also, you MAY or may not need to involve your insurance. I’ll make it easy for you, call HOME PRIDE restoration & cleaning. I highly recommend them. 1st for me, their friendly demeanor made it so easy, approachable to relax and communicate all my concerns. They were very helpful with all questions, including the insurance ones. 2nd, ACTION, it’s impressive how quickly they contained the lower level of my home so that the upper level is not affected by the equipment. 3rd, TEAMWORK of father (Greg) and son (Tanner) taking care of my home.
