The edge technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Solar installation went very smooth and on timely manner, highly recommend them.

I must say I am truly grateful for all the improvements EDGE Energy has done to my house. As a senior citizen, on a fixed income, they have reduced my energy costs significantly through their Energy Grant program. With solar panels, air and duct sealing, attic insulation and more. The process was effortless on my part with EDGE taking care of all the permits and red tape. The supervisors and workers were very professional and polite. I can't give enough praise/ gratitude their service.

Edge Energy did an excellent job on replacing my heating system and aerosealing my vents. It have made a total difference in my heating.

I will always choose EDGE over any competitor (including big corporations) ANY day! I’ve made that mistake once and won’t ever make it again! EDGE recently fixed a gas leak caused by a major corporation installing a HVAC unit 2 years ago and refused to fix. I’m finally SAFE and back in my home!

I would leave a zero star if I could. DEREK, was horrible. It was not a good experience. I still do not have the paperwork for the audit. He does not need to be hired to do anything for anything with energy. You asked for a review and i am going to be truthful! Run don't walk, far away from group! Do not trust them.

Highly recommend if you want to find ways to save energy and money in these times of rising power prices. It’s easy and BGE even picks up most of the cost right now.

The scheduling and installation went smoothly. I was able to get a great price with a rebate on an energy efficient hot water heater. The installers were friendly, professional and courteous. After the project was completed, the installers took the time to demonstrate how to use the hot water heater and patiently answered my questions. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

Wow! The service was excellent. From the beginning of the process until the end, I was always kept in the loop. I was also given a direct contact in case I had any questions. At no time during the process was there ever a time that I had a problem that wasn’t solved immediately. Also, the hook up was easy. Definite recommend for solar panel installation. I’m trying to figure out how to make you guys understand that I am a real customer. I utilized a grant and got 12 solar panels for free. They also offered to add some at a price. It definitely cut down on my electric bill significantly.

The application process was easy, once your application is submitted and received you are notified of your eligibility, an auditor is dispatched to your house to assess your home. EDGE ENERGY is very attentive to your needs and committed to providing you with products and services that lower utility bills, improve comfort & enhance air quality for seniors at no cost to you.

Installation was very neat, clean and professional. However getting through the Baltimore county inspection process and final approval from BGE took over 7 weeks due primarily to problems on the vendor side.

Came in and did a great job looking through my grandfathers house . Added carbon detectors and even let us know there was a gas leak. Called Washington gas to come repair the next day

After months of doing without an HVAC system including some of Maryland's recent, hot weather, EDGE Energy showed up on a Sunday morning and installed a Johnson Controls / Coleman TCE2 14.3 SEER2 Air Conditioner and life has been a lot more enjoyable since!

Great jobs. Replaced gas hot water heater with electric heat pump one. Tested and sealed leaks within the ducts. Made a huge difference. Air flow stronger and reaches third floor better.

Not knowing what to expect when they showed up at the house. The work took about 4 days to complete. What was included was a series of test to find where my house had leaks. Most of the insulation was in the attic area which was very difficult to maneuvering thru the trust. They covered all the places that needed to be fixed and did work sealing all air that came in through the basement. I would highly recommend Edge Energy to do work in my home and anyone’s else’s home. Quality work

I had solar panels installed on my roof by EDGE back in 2020. Despite delays due to lock down and subsequent short staffing they got the install done and I have been satisfied with the quality of the work and the panels since then. When I have had custoemer service mix ups or unexpected delays the team have gone out of their way to make it right. My system was originally designed to have some excess production which turned out to be perfect since our usage went up a lot due to work from home. Even with increased usage I have produced slightly more energy than I use for the past 3 years now. Installing solar was a good investment and EDGE was the right company to trust with the install.

Re-roofing job was made difficult with 36 panels on the roof - new roof looks great and panels producing more electricity than I use.

Edge energy is the best in the area at installing solar panels. The process was smooth and they worked within my budget. After a year the panels are far exceeding expectations by about 20%. A great company with stellar service.

Got a very straight forward and informational energy audit from Edge Energy. They spent 3 hours in my house auditing the energy situation and then wrote a huge report also!

The information in the report was invaluable and we were able to pick and choose the pieces we wanted to do and got our energy bill down more than $200!
