We recently had some damage to our siding/fascia from the very windy storms that came through. I contacted Elevation on a Saturday night and had a response within the hour and an appointment set up 1 day later. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Communication was incredible throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

We had a tornado and Russell is the person to see at Elevation Restoration. He handled everything right from the beginning. He took the ball and ran with it. He worked out everything with the insurance company. We had more work done than just the roof. He had the soffit and fascia and gutters all taken care of also. He personally came out to ensure on the day of installation. He made sure that everything was taken care of as promised and on time. Write his number down and keep it.

Damage inspection of roof, gutters and window casings and estimate provided on site as well as immediate insurance claim filed. James was professional, extremely knowledgeable and has wonderful long standing relationships with major insurance adjusters. James and his team were fantastic, organized and left the property immaculate. I rate Elevation and James and his team 10 stars. Awesome customer service! As first time home buyers we wanted to ensure that someone that was trustworthy came out to make sure the mold issue in our roof/attic was taken care off! Called Russ and his team explained the urgency and they showed up that very next morning. Highly recommend and will deftly use their services again!

Omg, did I dodge a bullet!.. 1st noticed a rusty yellow mark on my ceiling in the kitchen area that had gotten bigger and started leaking on the counter the next time it rained . buddy of mine told me about Elevation restoration, called em. they came right away , inspected the roof , come to find out , the storm did a number on the roof , and come to find out the storm, it also damaged & dented up my siding . And guess what ... ALL covered on my ins. Even my ceiling! I'm kinda up there in age and usually don't do this posting stuff, but I also think that credit should be given when credit is due . Professional and fast, also thoroughly after. Awsome job guys thanks

Hands down I was impressed with this company! I had to have my roof replaced after the last storm with hail caused so much damage. I was a little nervous about the process because I had never had to deal with my insurance company for something like this. The gentleman that I worked with was so thorough and walked me through the entire process. It truly eased my worries and made the entire process and dealing with the insurance company so easy! Also, I assumed I only needed my roof replaced but they also replaced some of the siding and the gutters that I didn’t realize were also damaged! If you want to work with real professionals that are looking out for your best interest then you’re going to want to call these guys!
