Did vary fast work and beat the heavy rain. Did a very good job and worked with our insurance company and our HOA. Please that we chose them.

I would highly recommend Contemporary Exteriors. They replaced our roof and gutters and did an excellent job, all at a price much lower than others. Bob Columbia was incredible to work with…very honest, responsive, organized, transparent and was always looking out for me instead of trying to make an extra buck. I would highly recommend.

We are very pleased that we chose to get our new windows from Contemporary Exteriors, Inc. The windows are of a good quality. In the first week that we had our windows installed, we already noticed an improvement in regulating the temperature in our house.

Bob is very helpful. He always made an effort to be available and answer any questions or concerns we had. John did an excellent job installing the new windows and they look great.

If all of that was not enough, their prices are the most fair you will find today. Before chosing them, we got several quotes and no one else even came close.

We chose Contemporary Exteriors several years ago to replace our roof. They were affordable, courteous and prompt! What more can you ask for. Fast forward to to this year when bad storms ripped a few rows of siding off of our house. The company who did our siding was no longer in business so we called Contemporary Exteriors. They worked to find us matching siding and then replaced it. it is a perfect match and they did outstanding work!

I have never left a company review before, but I was amazed at Bob's focus on our satisfaction.
We had some siding damage from the wind blowing the shingles when they were removed. Bob fixed all of the damage and some that was existing before they came. I will strongly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Wow, I just called to ask if they do siding repair, Cindy who took my call was rude and hung up on me. All I asked is if they do repair on siding, she asked how old my siding was then said “I don’t think we do repairs now.” And hung up on me. Even tho it clearly states on google that they do repairs. Not happy

Highly recommend this company! Hired them to replace several windows on my home. They were out within the first day to take measurements and had an estimate shortly after. On the day of install they were there on time and did amazing work in one day. The owner was personally there to inspect the job and assure things were going as they should. They also came in way under two other quotes I received. Very professional and efficient with great quality windows.

The best roofing company to deal with, honest and very attentive. Marty was awesome, professional, listened and answered any concerns. No shingles sitting in the driveway for days on end. The day of the install, shingles arrived at 6:30 am, dumpster at 7:00 am and the crew at 7:45 am. Worked long and hard, cleaned up everything and were gone by 5:00 pm. The only thing left was the dumpster that was taken away at 7:00 am the next morning. Super efficient and organized, easy to deal with. Highly recommend them, you won't be sorry.

We own several rental properties in the area along with our own home and he has done several roofs, siding, gutters and window installs for us.
