Roof vent leak after new roof installed causing wall damage, fixtures to be replaced and floor damage. They sealed the leak but would not cover the cost caused by the Leak around the vent. They told me good luck. This is my 86 year old mothers rental property. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Brandon with Alabama Roofing was thorough and professional. He examined the roof and explained each of the recommended repairs. The team completed the repairs quickly.

I had several recommendations to call Alabama Roofing LLC when my damaged roof, gutters and facial structure needed to be replaced and repaired. I made the call, and from the moment I spoke with Brandon I knew I was in good hands. Brandon handled EVERYTHING, including my insurance claim. Big Relief! His crew, including those who cleaned up, was outstanding, and my new roof and gutters look fantastic! The cost was beyond reasonable, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company for all roofing and gutter needs.

I worked with Jonathan Floyd and he done a great job of helping us get a new roof put on due to prior weather damage. It was a breath of fresh air working with someone that care for the customer and is professional.

Alabama Roofing was very swift and courteous all the way from the initial quote, to the cleanup after the job was complete, and they completely met and exceeded my expectations, all for a fair price. we couldn't be happier with the service they provide!

Salesman Kristian Folds worked with my insurance company the whole way and kept me up to date on what was going on. Crew was like a well oiled machine some on roof working while others were cleaning up as they went. I would highly recommend them if you are needing a new roof.

When I say 5 stars, I mean most professional, easiest, and quickest home improvement experience ever! They take care of everything at any time. Josh was on-call every, single day. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Alabama Roofing put a new roof on my home. I had the pleasure of working and talking with Justin, Trent and Kyle. There was a small miscommunication problem at the beginning, but Kyle was willing and able to resolve the issue with no problem. I believe that their goal is to deliver great customer service. And they provided just that. I thank you.

6 years later. I see that my shingles are bulking and I need for them to come out and inspect. But I can’t get in touch with anyone. The phone number is no longer in service. So sad.

I have waited a few months to see if the roof leaks, so that allows me to give at least a 2, because it does not leak. And honestly, that is a very good thing. I guess I will check back in to the review a couple of years from now, but like I said...so far, so good. I would like to be very positive, but honestly, the first issue came when roofing materials were thrown all over surrounding shrubbery, breaking shrubs, plants, etc. I called about that. It appeared to improve. Next, came the billing fun...I had to give copies of checks I had already written, etc. to ensure I was not double-billed for about 6K. They corrected the issue, but I am not the book keeper. I should not have to spend my time going back through multiple bank statements, making copies, etc. Just do it right. Finally, I have downspouts that pour into a main pipe and down to the street. This is my biggest issue, and it is related to the first with tossing debris wherever it lands and making a mess. Downspouts clogged up with roof debris, roofing nails, etc. No telling what is in the main pipe. Water backing up and pouring over gutters. I cannot count the roofing nails, shingle debris, and other that has finally washed out at the end. This clogging was not an issue prior to the roofing. There will probably be some type of question of "why I haven't just called to have these issues addressed". Well, I did originally about the first couple of issues and then the billing. Those incidents took multiple calls, emails, etc. to get any business done. I don't have time for all that. Letting others know via Google Review is much easier and maybe it will help someone else make a better decision. I could honestly have forgiven the book keeping error, because stuff happens...but it just happens to be the icing on the cake to a very sloppy job as far as clean up and handling debris, etc. I work in sales/business, so I get trying to be quick because the quicker you are, the more jobs you can do, the more money you can make. HOWEVER, there needs to be some major overhaul on how debris is handled, discarded, etc. I miss the good old days of craftsmen and making sure things are handled well...not fast.
