I was referred to them by a friend in my golf league. They came out for a roof leak and I thought they were great at first, but then the roof started leaking again. When we followed up, they said they don’t know what else to do if they already looked at it once, don’t want to do a water test, or “damage” the roof further in an effort to figure out the problem and recommended we call someone else. So, I don’t think they wanted our business. I’m surprised because my friend said Brock was great, but that’s not the experience we had, so I can’t recommend and will advise the ladies who were taking their contact info not to waste the time.

Brock and his team were great! Extremely responsive, answered all of my questions, got me on the schedule fast, and did a great job! They will give you an honest professional assessment of what you really need and made my insurance claim extremely easy!

Elevated Exteriors performed a miracle with our home. We came across Matthew Rush, a sales representative for elevated exteriors when we were just about ready to pay for a roof out of pocket. He assessed our property and helped with a claim process. Our home is now unrecognizable with brand new roof, gutters and siding all for the price of our deductible. The professionalism and attention to detail of this company is beyond measure.

We had Elevated Exteriors replace our roof and gutters. What a fantastic experience. So many contractors seem to let you down these days. This was not the case with Brock and his team. They handled all the details related to our insurance claim. They coached us through the filing of the claim, and handled meeting with the adjuster so we wouldn't get taken advantage of by our insurance company. They were on time and removed and installed the roof in only 1 day. They left the yard clean and were very careful with our landscaping. I highly recommend using Elevated Exteriors!! They made this an easy process from start to finish.

Matt and Brock provided excellent pricing and service to replace our roof damaged by hail. There were minor issues that needed to be resolved after the installation and they promptly saw that it was done. When we decided to have our gutters and downspouts replaced and trim painted, we went back to Elevated Exteriors, who again had the best price. Again there were a few minor issues which have been quickly addressed.

From beginning to end, this company exceeded every expectation. The insurance company came out and denied our claim after receiving severe storm damage. We then contacted elevated exteriors for a second opinion. Long story short, within the next week we had a different inspector from the insurance company out. Elevated exteriors represented us marvelously. From intervening for us to the completion of our roof, it was an amazing process. After they came on board I didn’t even have to worry about dealing with insurance, they take care of every aspect. I highly recommend this company

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ignored several emails and just avoided answering my questions. When I finally received an answer, they would not write a quote and just expected me to sign over the entire insurance check, even though the check covered more than the work they were doing. From the start, I made it clear several times that I wanted a quote, but instead they were deceptive and strung me along for weeks before saying they would not do so. There was never any sort of apology. Instead I was just treated like another payday, rather than a paying customer. When people ask me in the future who I recommend, I'll be sure to tell them whatever you do, don't use Elevated Exteriors!

Elevated Exteriors replaced my roof last year after a hail storm. Matt Rush worked with my insurance to get the entire roof replaced, new skylight and gutters. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience replacing my damaged roof. From the initial inspection and insurance claim initiation to completing the job it was an easy and pleasant experience. They worked quickly, and minimized the disruptions at the residence. The crews were professional and polite and incredibly competent at their profession. Brock, the foreman, was very courteous, helpful and responsive. He ensured everything was done correctly and well! I can't recommend them enough and will use them again should any other roofing/gutter need arise.

I am beyond happy with Elevated. I was having a heck of a time with my insurance to get my roof replaced and all other companies wouldn't fight the insurance. Well along came Brock with Elevated-Roofs. Wow is all I can say. He helped me fight and get the roof replacement. It was danger with a hail storms months previous. I cannot say enough about this company. The roof is gorgeous. They have done 4 houses on my street and each one is exceptional. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!!
