El Piedra Plastering & Stucco

Called Sergio for a qoute to repair about 100 feet parapet wall along my roof. He arrived within a couple days to provide a price and was able to begin the next day. A great response and the end result looked great. Thanks again!

I got a few quotes for synthetic stucco and Piedra's price was competitive in comparison to others I received. It was not the outright cheapest, but they were people who seemed friendly and honest. They are a family business. One of the sons came by to give me a quote, the mother answers the phone, and the father in some ways is the foreman. They were able to accommodate a couple of requests I had which was really helpful for me. The quality of the work was great and I really enjoyed working with the various crews who came by.

The thing I loved the most about the entire experience is when the father, Sergio, came by when they were finished and I showed him a few punch list items I would like to have fixed and he said to me "no problem, I know people spend a lot of money on this stuff and I want it to be perfect". The crew came back and fixed the items I pointed out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wished all contractors were like this company. Not many people take pride in their work these days.

Too bad you can't give zero. First of all he told us "you don't have to stucco the whole house just where the stucco is peeling off". Then his qute said add stucco to match existing. Well, not only did the stucco NOT match the existing he said, no kidding, you should have stuccoed the whole house. Really. What happened to matching the existing?
When I pointed out cracks he just smeared on some white stuff and called it done!!on pop outs over the windows. On the double window he did not put a pop out down the center.
Then he wato addt11amo add insult to injury he told us we were responsible for disposing all the s trash which included all his workers lunch.We are in the process of respraying the stucco and fixing all of his mess.
He was paid $4200.00 for this job!!!!
