El Paso Paint Kings

In September 2024, I discovered that a section of my roof had not been painted. Initially, I was unaware of this issue since I did not have access to the roof, and when I finally went up, I overlooked the unpainted area that had not received the fresh coat we had purchased. To address this, I reached out to Paint Kings, as they required written requests for warranty issues through email.

Although they responded and assured me they would come out to complete the work, I did not receive any follow-up for several months despite my continued attempts to contact them. At one point, I even left the paint outside for them since I wouldn't be home some days during the window they said they were coming.

At one instance, two workers came to my home to perform the job, but I wasn’t present. They reported to their supervisor that they couldn’t access the backyard due to the gate, yet I later reviewed my security camera footage and noticed they hadn’t made any effort to enter through the gate. As of June 2025, I still have not received the paint I requested to complete the job myself, nor have I been contacted by the company. I'm always the one to make contact.

While Paint Kings does provide quality painting services at a reasonable price, my experience highlights a common issue with many contracting businesses in El Paso. Once their services are rendered, it can be challenging to get in touch with them for follow-up work or issues. This situation is unfortunate, as these businesses often take advantage of the limited options available to customers in the area.

Albert and his team did great work on our stucco! It needed some major TLC and the guys got it done quickly and efficiently.

Paint Kings is now my go to contracter for any constuction on my house. I am proud to refer them to other customers because they do professional work at competitive pricing with a talented and courteous crew. Call them first for all home projects!

Albert and his crew painted our house, and coated our roof this last summer. The entire crew was always professional, cleaned up after themselves, showed up on time and would let me know when they were leaving so I could let me dogs out. Highly recommended!

Albert and his crew did a fantastic job! He gave me a great deal compared to other estimates. He told me it would take 7-9 days to complete the repairs and paint the exterior of my house. They were done in just 8 days. He and his crew were very patient and nice. I was impressed with the quality of their work and their dedication to the project. Albert and his crew did a great job on our house!!! They were able to repair a lot of things (wood trim, stucco, and more) then prime and paint everything. Whatever it took to make the house look great they were able to do. It looks like a new house!!!

Highly recommend this company. We had stucco repairs and paint done in Las Cruces. This is busy season but we weren’t in a rush to get started. Took about 3 weeks for project to complete once started; very efficient for the amount of work they had to do. Crew was very thorough, professional, and cleaned before and after; they even put all decor back when job was completed. Whole experience with Albert & crew from the quote to work completion was great. They did a beautiful & excellent job!

Just want to say thank you to Albet his team on an awesome job they did painting my home mwy wife and I love the new look. And they also did little extras that we added. And his team was very detailed. And I will recommend they any family or friends that need there home painted.

With the paint job-- would give them a 5. But with follow up and working VERY hard and over a long period of time for Albert to make good on his warranty, it totally drips to 3 stars.
I had to text, call, and submit documents to get Albert to make good on his work. Initially he said it wasn't his responsibility. But I persisted-- sent photos of his warranty and comtinued to text and contact him. He acted like it was a burden. But he authored the warranty. I think it took well over 6 months for him to make it whole. And when he finished he texted "sorry it took so long"-- what a stand up businessman.

We can’t say enough good things about Albert and his crew. They told us every step of the stucco and paint job and never once didn’t do what they said! Albert’s team went above and beyond to make sure our house was done beautifully. Thanks for all you did to make our house look amazing again!!

This company did a great job. I just love the results. They sealed my roof and then painted my home. They were so mindful of not only my property and putting things back the way they were but also of my neighbor's property ensuring there was not overspray. All of the crew and their supervisor were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend !!

Paint Kings did a great job on stucco repair and painting our home. They showed up everyday timely and were very clean, paying attention to detail. Albert did great assessing our home and giving a reasonable quote. Danny led the crew on site and did great checking in with us and did great work. Our house was caught up in a crazy dust storm and they washed our house house again to leave the job looking nice and clean which was much appreciated! Would highly recommend!

Albert and his crew did an amazing job on our house. I would like to thank them again. His crew fixed cracks and extensive damage on the stucco on the parapets around the entire roof. Painted the house, doors, and trim leaving the house looking amazing. Had them do a complete color change. We loved the end results. The crew was very nice, polite, and did a wonderful job. Paint Kings did great work for us! We had extensive stucco damage, so they worked on our house for over a week in order to get it all taken care of. They repaired our stucco (and had to totally rebuild some portions), and then repainted the whole house/trim. Albert and his crew were always on-time and professional, with clear communication every step of the way. Our house looks great! I recently had my Southwest Style Stucco home in Las Cruces, NM worked on by El Paso Paint Kings. They repaired all of the stucco cracks, areas where the stucco had lifted from the home, and all of parapets along the edge of the roof. The crew was awesome. They were on time, professional, and did a wonderful job. The owner kept me informed during the entire process and was patient with me as I chose the two colors I wanted to use on the house. It was super exciting to see the finished product, and a bonus to have a beautifully painted house with two new colors. The crew did a great job cleaning up, and I am a pretty picky person. I would recommend the El Paso Paint Kings with no hesitation.

One last thing... out of three estimates, El Paso Paint Kings came in with the lowest quote. I am a very happy customer.

El Paso Paint Kings fixed our stucco and painted the entire outside of the house (including parapets and wood trim) They worked efficiently, professionally, and did great work. Job went more quickly than we anticipated and looks fabulous. The communication was great from the time the estimate was done until the job was finished. HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing work done.

El Paso Paint King were great. They were very professional and clean. They did a great job in painting my home. I would highly recommend them.

The Paint Kings put Elastomeric paint on our old stucco. They patched a few areas in the stucco and plastered around some windows we replaced. We had to cut into the stucco to replace the windows and they did an excellent job of fixing and patching. They high pressured sprayed the walls first to clean them and put on a primer coat and then two coats of the elastomeric paint. The crew included Nicki and Ron for the cleaning of the walls and then Daniel's crew of Felipe and Carlos handled it from there. What a super conscientious crew and very friendly and attentive to our requests. I highly recommend them. Albert checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track. I will post a

Paint Kings painted our stucco house, trim and doors. The crew did a great job! We had previously used another contractor that did a very poor job about 6 years ago and we were determined to make sure this job was done correctly.
Albert gave us an estimate with a reasonable price and a good start date. We contacted some references prior to the job and received good reviews. He used his experience to help in our paint selection and has great experience in stucco repair. They use Behr paint and supply the paint receipts, in our name, to allow any future warranty protection.
On the first day the team arrived (Daniel, Filipe, and Carlos). We reviewed the job and expectations prior to the team starting their work. They quickly worked on the stucco repairs and preparation for painting. Each day they cleaned up the site and secured the materials. They were very professional and answered all of our questions. They were very respectful and were very pleasant. They showed up on time each day and informed us when they started work and ended the day.
The painting went quickly after all of the detailed preparation work and using their impressive sprayer. When complete they cleaned the site including washing the windows. We did a final punch list prior to them leaving (small list).
We would highly recommend this company and this crew. Thank you for the quality job.

I'm trying to post a one-star review, but it automatically posts a 4.1 review. That's scarry since it shows that all good reviews shown are possibly less than the higher star reviews posted. CONSUMER BE AWARE...

I contracted my house for stucco and two coats of paint (double painting) and agreed payments to be paid in two payments. The 1st half amount paid when he started and the 2nd amount after he was finished and to my satisfaction. Albert stated it would take 7-9 days to complete. (I also had the exact same issues that the other reviewer gave (Rose R. Review).

I then started to have horrible issues with Albert and his workers cutting corners by NOT "double painting", covering the windows, floors, tile, cement, etc, etc.. Two months later, it's still not complete to any satisfaction. His two workers started to cut corners immediately and damaged numerous items, plastered or painted numerous things, all window screens, tile, cement, lights, locks, and patio furniture that wasn't even close to my house and even broke a two Paine window. Every day the workers just left without saying they were leaving so I could lock my gate for my puppy to go outside and take care of his business. I asked the workers to at least shut the gates when they left, but they would just leave and not even shut the gates. They even removed a rock speaker from the back yard and hid it in the front yard by the street for whatever reason they thought to justify that action. (Good thing for surveillance cameras)

I kept notifying Albert about all issues, but he always seemed to disappear and not return calls or texts. His excuse was he was "out of town". I guess calls and texts go out as local calls only? Albert only showed up every now and then and the days he showed, the workers knew, and they always covered the things up to show the boss they were doing the right thing.

Towards the end, I asked Albert to give me a name of a company to fix my broken window and redo my screens and he again disappeared. We agreed he would reduce the damaged amount off the last payment, but towards the end he accused me that I wasn't going to pay the balance, so he was going to place a lien on my house if I didn't pay him that day. He didn't care that they still hadn't completed all damaged items nor even finished cleaning up the damages they created. He also stated he was going to remove his name off my warranty.

Currently he left me with parapets not sealed or totally painted, certain windows not sealed, painted lock not working since they painted over it, missing window screens, stains on my tiles and sidewalks and patio, painted outdoor lights, balcony not sealed and more. I also know a good company would stay on top of their workers and not leave it up to the owner to always supervise them. Albert became angry with me because I didn't allow them to walk all over me and he needed to direct his anger to his workers and not against me.

My house just got a facelift! It's an old stucco house (built in 1958) and needed some TLC. The Paint Kings were great from start to finish. The crew was polite and what hard workers! I was amazed that it only took one week.

They repaired the stucco where needed. on all the parapets, cracks and loose old stucco. Albert explained the process from start to finish before we contracted with them. They were always on time, ready to work and finished the job in a timely friendly manner. They used quality paint and primer for a really great looking job and durable finish. The price was quite competitive and for all the work they do preparing the surfaces , priming and painting we could not have asked for better. We would definitely recommend them to everyone . Had numerous cracks in the stucco and over the years due to the extreme heat the sun had faded the color of the house. So we obviously needed repairs and a paint job. Saw a commercial on TV for the El Paso Paint Kings so made an appointment for an estimate. Met with Albert and after touring the house together was given an estimate. I felt very confident in the procedures that would be done and comfortable with the estimate. After picking our colors the job was started and completed five days later to our complete satisfaction. We couldn’t be happier. The lead contractor Albert and his crew were very professional. Do we recommend the El Paso Paint Kings? Yes we do.

My mother-in-law recently used this company for some paint on a building on Fort Boulevard... She was extremely happy and pleased with the professionalism of this company.
