Team was prompt, polite, professional and attentive to detail. Project manager was a pleasure to work with. We had our deck and fence stained and results were amazing. We then remodeled our bathroom and closet and results were incredible. I highly recommend E.L Construction for any home improvement projects. They stand behind their work and they are great people to work with.

Extremely professional and efficient! We hired them to paint our kitchen island and they were extremely responsive and easy to book/ work with. This was a four day job and they arrived exactly on time each day and efficiently worked to accomplish what they needed to (then left for the day, so probably only in the house about 4 hrs/day) - two days of prep/ painting, a day to dry and final day to ensure everything looked great and reassemble the island. They were meticulous about ensuring anything around the painted area wouldn't be damaged (ie: counter tops, floors). They also took our cabinet to be paint matched so we didn't have to worry about it.

The team was incredibly kind and so professional, would absolutely hire again!

Rafael and his team did a fantastic job finishing our basement! After meeting with my wife and me, Rafael was able to take the amateurish floor plan I drafted and turn our vision into a reality that surpassed our expectations. From the blank canvas that was our basement, Rafael and his team created a beautiful fitness room, home theater, wet bar, rec room, bedroom, and bath that our family will enjoy for years to come.

My deck was 24 years old and needed to be rebuilt. The crew did a great job. They were prompt, efficient and pleasant. The old deck material was promptly removed from the yard and everything was left very clean. Rafael was easy to work with and he communicated well throughout the whole process. The bid was reasonable and we are very pleased with our new composite deck with aluminum railings. Definitely recomment E & L

Rafael and his crew did an amazing job on the exterior of our house, deck, detached garage and shed. They repaired wood rot, replacement of exterior doors, deck and shed repair, new shutters and complete exterior painting. Rafael was very knowledgeable in all the work that needed to be done, along with suggestions and options regarding the repairs. The floor in my garage was crumbling and pitted due to snow and chemicals. I contacted E.L. Construction to have it resurfaced. After roughing up the entire surface, they added concrete filler to smooth it out, put down the epoxy that I chose, and finished it with a coat of sealant. It took two diligent workers nine hours and it was finished in one day. Completely durable and beautiful. The job went just the way Rafael said it would. He, Jasmine, and his crew are wonderful to work with and I'll call them again for future projects.

We had our house painted and some wood rot replace. I had two estimates done, they were the cheapest but even more importantly with the wood rot he only discussed fixing it not covering it up like the other company. During the process everyone was very professional and nice. Any questions were addressed in a timely manner. At the end of everyday the guys cleaned up everything. I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of their work.

Rafael and his team did a great job on the requested repairs. Also, and this is even more important to me, they were RESPONSIVE! I have requested bids from at least five other contractors and either received no response or got the runaround. Not true of Rafael - very responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns. They're a keeper!

We just had our house painted last week and the crew did a great job! They were quick and took care of every detail! Rafael worked directly with me to make sure our paint colors were exactly what we wanted and was so flexible when we made a couple of changes to our plan. We are so happy with the job they did!

E.L. Construction, LLC, owned and operated by Josh Toye, has done work at my home on three separate occasions and each time the results have been first-class. The costs have been fair and competitive with the market. The crew was always on time and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe. They crew works quietly and efficiently and are detailed and they clean up thoroughly at the end of the day and the end of the job. The first job they did was to paint the entire interior of our house before we moved in; the second job was months later when they painted all of the oak-stained trim off-white; and the third job was to re-tile the kitchen backsplash. Our house feels new and up-to-date. I highly recommend E.L. Construction.

Like all good service providers, they're often busy so you may have to wait a short time but it's worth the results when the work is completed.
