Efficient Roofing

Justin and his team did an amazing job on our detached garage roof. They overcame physical obstacles to get 46' long steel panels to our remote property and safely secured them to the roof. Their attention to detail on the flashing, skylights and drip-edge shows in a quality finished roof. Team members let us know when they'd arrive on property and always let us know when they were done for the day - courteous. This is our second Efficient Roofing project, they reroofed our primary residence 7 years ago. The entire project team was professional and a pleasure to work with, not minding questions.

We couldn’t have asked for a better roofing company. We recently bought a house built in the 80s where it was discovered our underlayment was way past its life. We worked closely with Spencer through the whole process who was patient, professional, and made everything easy to understand. He came over multiple times providing pictures of our current roof and how it was going to be repaired. I was thrilled to see how large the roofing team was when the job officially started. They took the time to make sure balconies were covered and trash was fully collected. The team’s quality of work was exceptional making sure everything was done correctly. After the job was complete, we noticed the small shingle section we have did not fully match the tile color of our roof (our roof being all tile except where our AC is). Efficient Roofing was more than accommodating in redoing this providing new shingles for the team to install and there was no debate on if this needed to be redone. This is the type of quality and professionalism in a business I rarely see these days. Spencer and everyone at Efficient Roofing, thank you so much for everything. I chose Efficient Roofing after getting a couple estimates on my roofing project. Everyone I interacted with in the process of replacing my roof was friendly - from scheduling the estimate all the way to getting my completion documents. The crew that did the work was very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They finished the project a day earlier than scheduled, and they were thorough with protecting vehicles and cleaning up the yard after the project was completed. The roof looks great and I'm glad I chose Efficient Roofing. :)

We were pleased with the crew who redid our roof, they removed tile, replaced underlayment, flashing, slats and vents. They were polite and hard working, they cleaned up everyday at end of shift. My experience with Efficient roofing was spectacular from the first time Justin came out to my house for inspection and estimate. Then I was kept informed on the entire process. The office staff was great. The guys came out early and were ready to work. The foreman on the job kept me informed all day on the progress of the roof and called to tell me when it was completed. The crew was very professional. I was updated on progress throughout the project. There was a possibility of rain in the forecast and supervisor let me know they would begin but ensure they would be able to seal the roof if it did begin to rain. The completion of roofing job was a total of 3 days start to finish and crew did an excellent job of keeping area around the house clean.

they did a great job on the roof , I thought they did a great job cleaning up until I looked in my gutters and saw where the staples and broken shingles were put ! for hours later I filled half a 5 gallon bucket with broken shingles and staples it is only a 33 foot gutter ! so make sure you check your gutters. can’t figure out who would think that would be a good idea!

Courtney came to give us an estimate, and did a terrific job. She came off the roof with pictures and an explanation of what needed to be done, and answered the MANY questions we had. We made our decision and scheduled an appointment to have them do the repair.

He spent a lot of time answering questions and explaining what to look out for in the future. Efficient roofing was an incredible company to work with. My parents place needed a new foam roof and they were amazing. I know why they call themselves Efficient Roofing! The entire process was absolutely seamless. I submitted my request, Cortney was out that very same day to inspect and had my quote ready by the end of the day. The roofing job itself was just as fabulous. They showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me updated along the way. They left no nails or debris in the yard AND they did a great job on the roof. Their pricing was super reasonable too! The next monsoon isn't going to worry me as much now. I am definitely going to keep this company in my life!

Efficient Roofing was great. They took care of a leak in my mom's roof gave me piece of mind. I live in Washington state and my 80 yr old mom is in Glendale. A few tiles blew off of her roof during a storm and she noticed a leak around her fireplace. Cortney from Efficient Roofing came out and gave me a very competitive quote to find the issue and check the entire roof. I have been a GC for over 20 years and am proud of the way this company performs and behaves. I am sure this was not a big job for them but after hearing my story and completed the work the owner of the company went to my mom house and told her he would be there for her if she ever needs anything. When you live 1700 miles away this is the kind of treatment you hope to get for the ones you love. Great company I cannot say enough great things about them.

Process started out easily enough. Timely estimate, deposite half up front and schedule of work to come out. job ended up requiring more money because they had to remove 4 layers of tile on a 2 day job that they still did in 1 day and a morning. They charge per piece of plywood they need to remove and replace, somehow 7 they told me became 12 when the work was completed. They even used my spare plywood but i didn't get a discount for those sheets. They say they clean up but there is foam pieces all over my back and side of the house i have to painstakingly pick up so my dogs don't eat it and die. There are most likely better companies out there.

From receiving a quote to observing the completed service. The team at Efficient Roofing made the tile roof replacement an easy process. I was able to manage the service remotely and was kept updated throughout the actual installation. The service and quality was excellent.

Gave estimate for $2500 to fix leaks in attached Arizona room. After first visit and work completed and paid in full...still leaked in all same places. Came back a 2nd time and foamed whole AZ room saying that would take care of ot. Still leaks in all same places. Had come back 3rd time and they wanted us to pay an additional $3500.00 to foam whole car port! Which has zero to do with leaks. They gave me a 5 year guarantee. I'm $2500.00 out and same leaks. Not a satisfied customer!!

My project was pretty complex, replacing the entire 20+ year old asphalt sheet roof with a new foam system on a ~4000 square foot two-level house, upgrading skylights, and removing / replacing rooftop AC units and swamp coolers. The work crew was very efficient, just like the name of the company. Everyday after they were finished with working on the roof, they would walk the perimeter of the house looking for any debris that might of fallen onto the ground. We were very impressed from start to finish.
