I was on site each day from 10am- 2pm
They Started on a Tuesday with the roof tearoff / 3 layers of shingles and replaced all bad/ rotting plywood.
Foreman took pictures and created file / sent to email of bad wood.
They covered all landscaping around entire house with tarps.
They finished at 7pm on Tuesday after extensive cleanup of our house/ neighbors property, spotless. Neighbors were extremely happy with the crew.
Very friendly and professional.

Wednesday morning they started siding/ soffit/ facia tearoff/ install.
They Finished by end of Thursday.
Again great job with clean-up ours/ neighbors.
Friday they finished with new gutters/ guards/ down spouts.

We had three estimates. One man did not get on the roof and sent us an arbitrary amount later the same day. Definite NO. The second man got on the roof and then emailed the estimate and it was an extremely high amount so I thought I’ll keep my current roof. Never heard from either one after sending us the estimates via email. My neighbor and I felt that Todd from Eexteriors was personable and trustworthy and the estimate was a fair amount. He took the time to meet with each of us to go over the estimate. The personal touch made a difference.

I was kept informed and everyone I dealt with was professional. The crew did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

I did use this company again to replace my mother’s roof.
My mom’s roof had active leaks and Jenna came out to document the leaks and she dealt with my sister. My sister said Jenna was helpful and very nice.

What can I say about folks at Eenigenburg exteriors??? we started using them in 2021 when we purchased a Lake House and needed it completely resided. The house was only about 15 years old, but the cement board siding that had been installed by the builder was never put out correct and I wanted this house that we were investing in to last us a very long time. Eenigenburg reps came out and got us set up with LG SmartBoard, we were able to pick a custom color to our liking and they did an amazing job.
Fast forwarding to 2024 we were doing a remodel at our Crownpoint house and found our self again in need of a siding company, of course I went right to the people who I knew I could trust, Eenigenburg!!
Again their reps came out, discussed our project with us and met every expectation in a very timely fashion knowing there was a time restraint in getting the project done. The project came out beautiful and we get lots of compliments from our neighbors on how great the house looks.
Now here we are in 2025, back at our lake house, and we developed an extremely bad water leak due to the fact that we did not replace custom wood trim around some windows, which was totally our call, and now we had to address it as quickly as possible before it caused extensive damage.
Once again, I turned to Eenigenburg and again The Representatives met with me, ordered all the materials that were needed and arrived on time as scheduled to make the repairs. Of course with like with any repair project, you never know what you’re gonna run into, and that’s exactly what happened. Here we started opening up a wall and found extensive water damage, the crew quickly shifted gears, rounded up more material and in a one day period of time were able to get everything torn apart, repairs made, and everything put back together by days end. This was pretty important because it was scheduled to rain the entire next day..
In closing, three major projects, my family have taken on with our homes and in each project our expectations were met and surpassed with not only price but workmanship and personality. Something that sometimes is hard to find nowadays.

My husband and I was very impressed with our roof replacement by Eenigenburg Exteriors. Jeff came out and gave us a quote on the roof. He was very thorough and provided us with his observations and backed it up with pictures he took. Jeff supplied us with extensive knowledge regarding roofing material. Once we signed the contract and the down payment was made, Marie was very communicative. She let us know she received the paperwork for our project and the material was ordered. She kept in contact weekly until the material came in. It was very reassuring to hear from Marie weekly, so we knew our project was a priority. After the material came in Bill was helpful in getting a date scheduled and working with the town for a permit. Unfortunately, the town did not have the permit as promised, but Bill personally went to the town and worked it out to make sure the project was not delayed!

Install day- The crew did a fantastic job from protecting our landscaping to install and clean up. I could not have asked for more. The showed up early and didn't leave until everything was picked up and put back in place. They were meticulous when it came time to clean up! The Foreman, Hector was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly informative and hands on. When the material arrived he was on the truck verifying we had everything we ordered. When it came time to install the skylights, Hector came in the house and covered the area below the skylights to protect the interior from damage. He also made sure they were placed properly and the remote shades were working as intended. One shade was not working properly and Hector made adjustments to the shade until it was working smoothly.

Jenna came out before the project and spoke with our neighbors to give them a heads up that we will be having our roof replaced and there will be trucks and equipment in the area, then she stopped by during the project to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything. Once the project was completed, she stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with the process and the end results.

This is a very professional company, and I am very glad I went with them. I needed to replace my siding, and got multiple different quotes. I ended up going with Eenigenburg Exteriors, because they had good reviews, and offered a warranty which they explained (I was thinking about going with Terrys for a moment, but every time I asked the sales person about a warranty, he changed the topic). My sales person was so accommodating, even finding a different siding after I figured out the one I originally was thinking about was not the dimensions I wanted. The workers did a great job putting up the siding, and only took 2 days. Afterwards, my sales person had a walk through with me, and I noted a few things I thought should get fixed. He was quick to get things fixed to my specifications, and only after everything was to my liking did he collect the final payment. Was pretty anxious when things got started. When your removing 2 layers of old roof there's lot's of debris. Worker's were careful and respected our property. End result we are extremely satisfied with their work. They even got on their knees to pick up nails, scrap, etc. from our landscaping. We would highly recommend their services.

If you want an HONEST knowledgeable opinion about the health of your roof and attic ventilation ASK THIS COMPANY! Other companies tried to tell me that my shingles were bad, the ventilation was poor, and that the plywood was too thin. One tried charging me 38k for a new roof on a small ranch house. Eenigenburg told me that everything was fine for a 5 - 7 more years AND SHOWED ME WHY! I will wait a couple years and return to this company because I truly value their honesty and straight forward approach.

Todd Lenting was very knowledgeable and did a great job fixing our roof. Had a patch job repair go south with some additional moisture issues that we did not know about. Him and the team fixed both and now I’m confident we won’t have anymore issues.

The receptionist that answered was vey knowledgeable of the issue and very professional to deal with. They had a service guy there, Todd, within a half an hour. He repaired the damaged piece and replaced and secured all three pieces. The quick response insured the pieces were not damaged beyond repair.

I was in search of a company to repair our gutters. Eenigenburg Exteriors does not provide this service, but they provided me with a referral which we used. I appreciated their prompt response to my inquiry. There are many companies who do not take the time to respond to online inquiries.

She was patient with me and my indecisiveness with color swatches not coming out quite as I had hoped. She wanted us to be happy with our decision and didn't rush us.
