Brian, the owner came to give us a free inspection. He called 30 minutes early, which surprised me he was available so fast!
After a careful inspection, he advised us that our chimney was clean and did not need cleaning! I asked about a couple of blocks that came loose and he advised to remove them, since it would still be up to code.
We couldn't believe it! A very nice man who did not want to waste our money! In this day and age, you don't expect that anymore.
Chimneyz llc is a company with nice people that care! I would trust them to do our chimney if it ever gets dirty or blocked!!!

They are very professional and did a great job in installing my gas line to kitchen. Would recommend them for any chimney and gas line needs.

I can't recommend this company enough. they have worked on two of our houses and were very honest and fair price. They were professional and always on time. Most of all, when cleaning the chimney, they really took the time to put down protection and clean up after. We had one house that needed two new chimney caps and they could have sold me one that was custom at double the price, but made it work with the two caps and clay risers. Sam is wonderful, professional and very respectful of our home. Thank you very much!

He was honest about what needed to be done because I had a leak and cracks!! He did a demo in great time and then sealed everything up!! His customer service was outstanding as well!! This company is beyond excellent! They repaired a 30 year old gas fireplace that 3 other companies said could not be repaired! And they did an excellent job. It was difficult, they had to order parts, they made 3 trips to work on it, cleaned it anll out out from debris and dead birds and cleaned up after themselves. The price stayed the same as the original estimate even though there were unexpected labor and parts. Then the supervisor, Brian, , came to inspect it at the end, answer any questions and certify the work for 3 years. Brian knew every detail of the repair and the challenges. Not only were the young men who worked on the project professional and knowledgeable, Brian and the owner are top notch professionals. The company is simply the best you will find!

Our chimney cap came off during the cyclone wind storm. Sam and Bryon were here on time. Had the repair done very quickly. Would highly recommend Chimneyz Llc. The are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also very reasonable.

Overcharged us from the original quote to rebuild our chimney crown, then they did not deduct our down payment, and did not provide proof that the work was even completed. Also they do NOT clean your chimney for $99 it is a lie. They charge your $500 to $600!!! Beware.

I scheduled for our chimneys to be serviced. The expert was incredibly honest and told me that they looked great. Just should me how to take it apart to clean with no charge. I appreciated his courtesy and honesty.

TL;DR - Super impressed; did a great job with my chimney sweep; affordable, professional, and exceeded expectations.

I was looking for a chimney sweep of a rather difficult to clean chimney and fireplace insert. I got a quote from another company that said they had to remove the insert to clean the chimney and wanted $1,000 just for the removal. They also quoted me $350 for the sweep and were very pushy on other services. I said no and called Chimneyz.

David from Chimneyz came today. His communication was excellent. Contacted me in the morning and we texted to ensure the time he'd arrive would work for me. He pulled the fireplace insert out from the wall just enough to do the sweep, didn't charge for that part (cause it only took like 5 minutes), and then charged less than "the other guy" for the actual sweep. David shared other recommended services with me, but pushed none of them and was very respectful of my decision to decline. I could tell these guys are more focused on building trust with their customers than getting quick deals signed. Very refreshing and I will absolutely call up Chimneyz for any other chimney services I need.

I inquired about getting a chimney cleaning done and was lured in by a current $99 special! Come to find out, that only vacuums out your fireplace and doesn't actually sweep the entire chimney. For that you have to opt for the "deep cleaning" for $499! That seemed astronomical but I was way over due and figured I probably needed a little extra cleaning. Unfortunately, 35 min later and Josh was done after a quick brush and shop-vac. He spent more time trying to sell me on crown repairs, flashing replacement, water proofing and a new chimney cap. I should have known better.

Not a fake review. Your technician's name is Josh and he's referenced in other reviews. I have attached photos of the original email promoting the $99 "special" along with the quote I received for all the other "services" that you now claim not to offer. I had to drop you down to 1 star after trying to discredit my otherwise legitimate and honest review.
