Removed debris from invasive birds trying to nest. Installed preventative barriers under both eaves. Very responsive, efficient (less than 2 hrs) and reasonable rates. They cleaned up everything and offered education on signs to look for any other wildlife invading. I called to schedule and they set up an appointment the next day. Local company!

Zack came out the same day as I called! We had a hornets nest in our retaining wall next to the public sidewalk and I feared for the kids walking to and from school. Within minutes of the treatment all signs of the angry yellow jackets were gone. Will definitely call Zack again for any other needs.

We live in a forested area and had a problem with insects. We attempted to call other providers and didn't even receive call backs. I contacted Structure Pest and Wildlife Innovations and got a call back immediately from Zack and discussed our problem. Zack and his team came and did a thorough inspection of our home and property and gave us detailed information regarding the pests and types of control. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. Zack gives detailed estimates as well as very detailed reports!
This company is VERY affordable, professional, courteous and thorough. We will be utilizing their services quarterly indefinitely!

We had a really bad problem with stick bugs this spring. Zack came to our home and sprayed for bugs we haven't had a problem with them since. There are even less mosquitoes and spiders.

Structure Pest and Wildlife sprayed around the perimeter of our home for pests for a very good price. After the spray we noticed there were no spiders or other pests crawling around and we could sit outside without being eaten by mosquitos. After that we had a Mama racoon with 2 babies move into our owl house that is approximately 20 feet from our front door and patio. It was so cute watching them but we have 2 big dogs and 2 small dogs that we were concerned about getting into a scuffle with the mama someday. Zack came and used a pole to reach the owl house with his phone on it which made the mama uncomfortable about having her babies there. She moved her babies all on her own to our gulley. This made the situation safer for our dogs, cats, mama & baby racoons. He told us of other ways he can safely and humanely relocate wildlife if they don't relocate on their own. I can't express how happy we are with the services we've used with Structure Pest and Wildlife, their professionalism, and considerate mannerisms. Highly recommend

While our old pigeon coop was serviceable, it was unfortunately very vulnerable to rats, which all of the Portland area seems to be having a problem with right now. The one constructed by Structure Pest & Wildlife Innovations is not only rat-proof and raccoon-proof but spacious, good-looking, and exactly what we needed!

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
