Had some roof damage due to Hurricane Irma and needed a full roof replacement; they moved really quickly and did a great job. But the real reason I’m giving this such a good review is Chris Hill, my contractor. He went above and beyond to advocate for me as the customer and make sure things were done the right way. If you need a roof replaced ask for Chris Hill to make sure you’re taken care of. I didn’t know much about this process but he was really approachable and answered all questions I had.

Called several roofing contractors to give me a price to replace my roof. I was very impressed with Edge 2 Edge Roofing from the beginning. They answered the phone...didn't have to leave a voicemail, they lady on the phone was very professional...they worked around my schedule to come look at my roof. After the phone call I got an email to confirm the appointment with a picture and bio of the sales person. When Kolby came to my house he went over the roofing process using a power point on his ipad (very professional), explained everything to me. I received 3 other proposals, none of which were as professional and detailed as Edge 2 Edge. Edge 2 Edge was one of the highest price out of the 4 estimates (that's why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5), but I felt extremely comfortable that they would do the job right so I decided to go with Edge 2 Edge. They scheduled the job, showed up when they said they would and finished the roof in 1 day. The roof looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier. When removing the roof they damaged a couple of plants in my garden. They immediately made me aware of the damage and sent their landscaper a couple days after the roof was completed to plant new bushes. They over exceeded all my expectations.

I had to get some repair work in a timely manner, Edge 2 Edge was referred to me from a friend who says she only calls them and no one else. After the repairs and customer service Edge 2 Edge provided, I will also recommend their services. The work was neat and done just in time.

My roof has been leaking for sometime now and a friend of mine told me to call Edge 2 Edge Roofing. So, I called Edge 2 Edge Roofing and they sent someone out to meet with me immediately. They were very reasonably priced and very professional! I couldn't have asked for a better company to help me in a time of need. Highly recommend!

We had a tree limb take out part of the roof during a storm last week. They came right out and tarped and were out the next day to repair the shingles. Very professional, didn't talk down to me because I am a women!

We had some damage from a storm and Edge2Edge came out immediately to look at it. Very please with the customer service, quality of the job and timely manner it took them to complete the project. Very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

If “Experience and Education is our difference,” then Edge2Edge failed miserably in Siding Studies. We hired the company to install premium vinyl siding in March of 2016. As of today, they still have yet to finish - inexcusable for a job that should have lasted no more than a week, let alone required two separate subcontractors and a world of headache. The first crew did such a terrible job, that the second crew had to remove and re-install the siding. The result of their work was equally as bad as the first; so much so, in fact, that yet a third re-installation is needed. The second crew was led by a handyman that the owner uses personally. The owner has yet to provide us with the handyman’s credentials, despite our repeated requests.
To top it off, there is a defect in the premium vinyl siding product. Edge2Edge sought siding materials from the manufacturer, Alside. Alside has verbally approved the claim; however, like Edge2Edge, has disappeared. We currently have siding which includes sloppily-cut and unmatched J Channels, along with crooked mounting blocks. The siding is uneven, warping, bubbling, and missing panels. During installation, damages were caused to the windows; window sills; front porch; and now foundation, due to lack of gutters. Gutter installation was included in the contract, yet the company is refusing to install: a breach of our contract. Gross negligence resulted in such safety hazards as siding installed over the dryer vent and extension cords left plugged into exterior outlets during rainstorms, which occurred on more than one occasion.
Edge2Edge did not pay the first crew, Sol Roofing and Construction, which somehow allowed them to place a lien on the house, despite us not having a direct contract with them. Edge2Edge has refused to finish this job and make the necessary corrections. They stopped work in September of 2016, yet another breach of contract.
We filed a 9-page complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The owner of the company has blamed everyone from his subcontractors, to the BBB, to Alside, and even to us in his highly unprofessional responses. Excuses have ranged from wrong materials being ordered (incompetence); a delivery truck catching fire; subcontractors having other jobs to first complete over ours; and the owner being on vacation or out of town for business, avoiding a meeting with us to right the numerous wrongs. The owner, who we have not heard from since our first and only meeting in January, has been provided with the hundreds of pictures we have of their work.
We are currently in legal action. The process has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. We would very strongly discourage anyone in the market for siding in considering this company.

E2E is not a high volume roofer which means a more personalized experience for the customer from start to finish. A+++ roofing company!

Brendan and the rest of the team at Edge 2 Edge Roofing absolutely stepped up and helped me out in a very time critical jam. Within one week after I contacted them, they had installed a fantastic roof on my home, which was critical for the sale of the house. Professional, friendly and very timely, I wholeheartedly recommend Edge 2 Edge!.

I chose Edge 2 Edge Roofing out of three roofing contractors to replace my 78 year old mother's roof in January 2016. They did a fantastic job. Cleaned up behind themselves and were always prompt and responsive with both phone calls and emails. They use quality products and provide a great warranty. I will use them for my house the next time I'm in need of a roof.
