We stopped in at Ed Corley Ford in Grants NM. We test drove a few trucks and fell in love with a F250 4 wheel drive superduty. The staff were outstanding, very nice and very helpful. Celeste Delgarito and Ed Montoya went above and beyond to help us with our dream truck. I would recommend this dealership to anyone out there if your trying to purchase a vehicle. The slowest and most inattentive customer service I have received.
This most recent visit, I am the only customer there, I had to seek someone out, who didn't acknowledge me until they were finished with whatever they were doing, to help me find someone in the parts department, only to find everyone on their phones and had a bothered attitude by my presence.
We have also brought a truck in for regular maintenance, oil change and fluid check and they have failed to check coolant levels, it was a gallon low.
The service at this Ford in recent years has become terrible.
I would highly recommend avoiding this service shop.

Excellent and great customer services! Everyone at the dealership made you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. They work with you, give you options and make you feel at ease. I am glad I went with them.

I bought a car cash, they threw in 2 extra oil changes totaling 3 free oil changes. I went in for my second oil change and the sales representative never put it in the 2extra. Not a surprise after having to come to the dealership three times to sign more papers after purchasing the vehicle. I was told by 2-3 different staff members (One being the owner) they would call me about the oil changes and never received a call. I ended up paying for the oil change ($140.00) insane price for an oil change. Then they stated they rotated the tires, my wheels are numbered and they were never rotated. All they did was air them up. I asked the service representative if they had cameras to see if it was done, and all they can do is assure me that it was done. The follow through after the purchase is very poor. Still have not received a call for them to try fix their mistakes

Hats off to Ms Faye and Mr Dominic yall were incredibly welcoming to my family as we apply for a great vehicle it wouldn’t have been possible without you guys. Walking out with a 2022 ford escape for my family an I to enjoy yall went above an beyond to get us this ride no words can’t explain my appreciation to yall but highly recommend yall go in an get you or your family a vehicle.

No pressure sales! I just moved here from Texas. All dealers there I have dealt with use pressure tactics to get you to buy a vehicle and add ons in finance. It was frustrating. This was a complete opposite of my experiences in Texas. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the process by all involved. Florence was a treat to work with in finance! Ed Montoya and the sales manager were equally great! I thought it would not be possible to get an acceptable deal due to finance rates and prices. The staff made it happen and exceeded expectations! I highly recommend this dealership! That is high praise as I have been buying and trading vehicles since I was 18. I am now pushing 60 so I have a few years experience under my belt. I must note that I showed up after a medical appointment in sweats and a ratty old hoodie but was never judged for my appearance. Dealers in Texas would not really bother with me if I showed up looking like a pauper. If in need of a vehicle, I urge you to give them an opportunity to win your business!

Kevin was an excellent salesman; he was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I didn't feel like I was "just a number" like most other dealers make me feel. I will definitely get my cars from here and use the other services they offer for maintenance. I recommend Ed Corley Ford because they are very professional.

We took our truck to be repaired on July 30th. Today is August 16th & it's still not repaired. They are waiting on bolts...it shouldn't take this long to come in. Also the Dept Manager was very rude and not helpful. If I had known all of this before, we would have taken our driveable truck to Abq. We plan to buy a new truck soon so we will definitely be looking in Abq or Los Lunas.
