EcoClean Earth: House Cleaning and Office Cleaning Services

Could not have been less satisfied. This was a move in/deep cleaning. The house was relatively clean already. Cleaners didn’t wipe out the empty cabinets. Didn’t wipe the entire refrigerator (turns out there was some mold on the seals, cleaners didn’t mention it because they never actually opened the doors. I get that mold is an extra fee and specific folks may need special gloves/breathing apparatus- but they never even mentioned it. Never opened dishwasher to wipe down the top of the door. Perhaps we didn’t get their best folks, not sure. But for over $500, wouldn’t recommend.

UPDATE: The good folks (owner) at EcoClean did in fact reach out and offer to send a team back to my house to take care of my issues. The timing didn’t work out but they did provide a credit which I found to be fair and a great example of superior customer service. I upped my review from ⭐️to ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you.

I wish I had booked them sooner. They are wonderful, they work with my schedule, they always leave the house pristine, they’ve made my life so much easier (and made my house look great!) they’re very fairly priced, and every employee I’ve encountered is so pleasant!

I gave this service to my working daughter and son in law for the holidays . They are hosting 5 family members for the week and the team came thru on short notice. They were so happy when they got home to a house that not only looked great but smelled so “clean” and fresh. The best gift of the holidays as they said ! Will use them again

Really pleased with how the team cared for my home. I can keep my home tidy but with a toddler making messes all day, it was nice to have the team get into all the nooks and crannies. I'm signed up for the every 3 week clean and already looking forward to the next one!

I'm very satisfied with EcoClean. Anna is a hard-working person who is a pleasure to deal with and she is my main cleaner. The scheduling has been easy. We took a few sessions to work out some kinks with what I wanted but I have no complaints overall.

Missed parts of multiple rooms (bathroom sink, mirror, shower and the floor of one room). They left burn marks/melted carpet fibers on my stairs, and there's no way I can find to get it out. I found a lot of mopped pet hair, as if the floor had not been vacuumed thoroughly but it had been mopped. Lots of pet hair on the basement stairs as well. Overall just very unimpressed, especially for the high price point. It was $534 for a 2700 sq ft house (paid extra for pet hair, garage sweeping, and baseboards) so I expected that I would come home to a sparkling house. I notified the team of the issues, and they came back to clean the major misses. They said they would come back to "touch up" the melted fibers on the stairs, but no one ever did. I have a regular local cleaner but wanted to try out something new. It totally wasn't worth it.

Conor was professional, thorough, and efficient! My windows have never looked this clean! I highly recommend Eco Clean and I will definitely use them in the future!

Stay away. This is a sorry and very expensive excuse for a cleaning service in the area. Paid for deep cleaning and my kitchen floor wasn’t even mopped, my toilet wasn’t wiped down, and the blankets folded on my couches. The owner said he would refund and never did. STAY AWAY.

I got behind on cleaning due to health problems so I scheduled a deep cleaning. It was so good! My apartment hasn’t been this clean in so long! The cleaners were polite and very thorough.

OMG Liana and Lille came in and took over. I never thought they would do as much as they did and it was awesome. I did pay ror a few extras but it was well worth it. Definitely ask for them again.

Love eco-clean! Sustainable, Reliable, approachable, and responsive. They clean our Burlington vt office spaces! Well technically Charlotte vt and shelburne vt ;). The also do our house cleaning.
