We had Nick and Tristan out today to clean the roof, gutters and windows and super happy about how great everything looks and the way the work was completed - everyone I have interacted with at this company has been so kind and professional- we’ll see you later this year the our next service

I got several estimates for moss removal and solar panel cleaning. Eco Clean was the only service that actually did a full inspection with a drone. They were on time and very professional.
As others have mentioned, they aren’t the cheapest and you get what you pay for.

Did a great job. Nice professional crew, they even fixed my downspout strap. I had my windows washed, house soft washed, and gutters cleaned. My neighbor was being petty and turned on his oscillating sprinkler right at my window after the crew just finished and as they were driving off, they stopped and got out of their car and redirected the sprinklers. Will definitely call them again when I need to be serviced.

Crew was professional and efficient. Got the job done quickly. Even help us move some heavy plant back into place. Will use them again.

Excellent service, reasonable prices, and speedy work! I had them do a whole house clean, gutter clean, windows inside and out, and power washing my fence. They even included before and after photos to show the improvements.

I highly recommend Eco Clean Northwest. James, the owner and Eric and TJ, the technicians, were very professional in every way, arriving on time, introducing themselves and reviewing the project with me before hand.
They cleaned our roof, gutters and tiger wood deck. Intense pressure wash and bleach are not recommended for tiger wood so they used a “soft wash” technique and the results are amazing.
I’ve added Eco Clean Northwest to the list of professionals I trust for home maintenance.

Eric and Nicholas at Eco Clean Northwest did an outstanding job on my home’s exterior. They left my windows and screens spotless with their environmentally friendly cleaning solution and were incredibly thorough. Even tricky spots around shrubs and trees didn’t slow them down! On top of that, they pressure washed my driveway and sidewalk, making everything look fresh and pristine. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set them apart. I originally contacted Eco Clean Northwest because I had a large amount of moss built up on my roof. Dan and his crew came out and did an incredible job—they were able to kill and remove all of the moss completely. On top of that, they cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which I really appreciated.

Their services didn’t stop there—they also took care of gutter cleaning and brightening, exterior window and screen cleaning, and soft washing for both the house and the roof. The whole exterior looks fantastic—like a full refresh for my home!

One thing to keep in mind: the first appointment is just an assessment. After that, they’ll schedule the actual cleaning for a future date. It’s a smooth process, and they were very clear about what to expect once we got started.

Dan and his team were professional, communicative, and finished the job within the timeframe they promised. The only small hiccup was that they arrived more than an hour earlier than scheduled without a call or text. It didn’t affect the overall experience, but a heads-up would’ve been nice.

With the weather warming up, I imagine they’ll be busier, so it might take a bit longer to get an appointment—but they’re absolutely worth the wait. I highly recommend Eco Clean Northwest for any exterior home cleaning needs!

These guys are awesome. Their enthusiasm is contagious and they make roof cleaning almost sound like fun. They did a great job on my roof and moss covered retaining walls. Their pricing was good too. I'll definitely use them again when needed.

I had a great experience with Eco Clean. The were very professional and efficient. They constantly kept me up to date on scheduling and process. The quote I got initially was very detailed with pictures and their assessment of what work was needed. They cleaned moss off my roof and flushed the gutters & downspouts. All looks good again and the gutters are clear. I recommend them for sure and will use them again.

We had Ecoclean do window washing for a 35 unit apartment building. A lot of other window cleaning companies didn’t want to touch it but they did it efficiently and at a reasonable price. I plan to use their services again in the future

Roof is 3 shades lighter. Filled 2 very large tarps spread under the roof. When Joseph started washing down the roof I was so surprised at the amount of debris that came off. And the patio roof’s have not looked their real color since many years ago when they were New. He did an amazing job with a smile. I highly recommend ECO to do the exact same Awsome job they did for me.

Generally not a big fan of sales people/estimators but I do appreciate that they flew the drone and did a full report and offered a decent price. It wasn't the cheapest, but they were the most thorough. They weren't too pushy and were able to come out sooner than expected when they had an opening. Communication was great.

Danny showed up on time and the crew were very thorough and extremely nice. While they were up there in the cold wet cleaning, I was glad I decided to hire this job out.
They also rinsed off some debris on our atrium window at no charge that had been bothering my wife.

This crew is the best. Danny is a consummate professional and very cheerful. The moss and deep woods detritus on my metal roof is a constant nuisance and do such a great job and never leave a mess behind!

4/7/2025 Update (Driveway/walkways cleaning)

Danny and TJ came out and did the job. Showed up on time. Polite and professional. Communicated before and after about the job scope and results. Driveway was black and covered in slippery moss ect… it’s all gone now. Can’t go wrong with Eco Clean Northwest and their crew. Appreciate you all!

When I received the estimate for my roof and gutter cleaning from James, I was shocked. It was the lowest price and most detailed estimate I had received among all of the estimates I had. (My house has seven gables, and several are very steep pitch.) He also emphasized they do not pressure wash asphalt shingles, which pleased me.
When the crew came, they went over what they were going to do, conferred with me, and asked my preferences. They not only cleaned my roof and gutters, they cleaned off the leaves and debris from my patio furniture and deck! I've never had any company do such a thorough job! The price was exactly as James' estimate with no surprises.
I'm recommending Eco Clean to my friends and neighbors, and to anyone reading this review.

Don't let just anyone on your roof. Eco Clean NW's Jake came for a second cleaning and got a large amount of gunk off our roof-and we have covered gutters. He also found a clogged downspout and cleaned it out. We will have Eco Clean NW come yearly.

I cannot say enough about how awesome James and his crew are. We have used Eco Clean for many projects and have been extremely impressed every time. Originally James and crew did complete tile roof cleaning and prevention with extra care for our tiles and landscaping. We called them back for additional services to clean garage roof and gutters and found out they clean whole house so we included that. We were very pleased and James is a perfectionist for details.
