Steve is very good to work with, very helpful for our roofing and roof vent needs. All of my questions and concerns were well answered, all steps of the job were explained. Honestly, Steve is a pleasure to work with. It is so hard to find good contractors now days, but he is one of the best I have ever dealt with. He gave me options on roofing, with very good recommendations for the best products (mold / stain resistant, the best warranties). I asked him about Workmanship guarantee on the installation, because most other contractors would not go more than 1 year. He provided the perfect response, which is exactly what I give my customers in my business: "if it's my fault, I will fix it, I guarantee that, and I will cover it for many years." I was so happy with my roof I told my parents and they had Steve replace their roof. I wish Steve would start an Electrical and plumbing business, I'd be all over him for upcoming projects.
