He’s a con artist. Showed up to my home with no tools and just asked for a deposit and left. Never return any calls or performed work. The day he came to my home he had a list of other homes that he went to collected deposits and did not perform the work.

Terrible experience. Schedule appointment from 3:00-8:00pm. Get a text around 2:30pm from Elwood “owner/operator” asking about a deductible from warranty. Replied and let them know what the warranty company said. I get a response saying “My email didn’t say whether or not. Thank you”. So then he decided to cancel the appointment at 7:30; 30 mins before 8:00pm. Ridiculous customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. IF WARRANTY COMPANY SCHEDULES ASK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY! It’s been almost 4 weeks without AC not to mention I have 4 young kids and pets.
