Sean and his team delivered for our family. Our property is among the oldest in town and had suffered from a lot of low bid work that led to a hodgepodge of roof ages, appearances and improper details. When one surface started leaking this winter Sean came right away to improve my initial tarping and ensure it lasted until the proper roofing season. In discussions about the job he said all the right things giving me confidence it would be done as good or better than I would do it myself. On the day of the job the team was in constant motion and completed everything despite encountering a lot that needed correcting. Proper soffit and ridge vents were added to a cathedral space. Rotted plywood was replaced. Some older surfaces got a layer of plywood to ensure full nail coverage and another needed a thin layer of ply to align with an adjacent surface and ensure a smooth transition. All the surfaces were expertly prepared before the actual roof went down yet they still did it all in the time they planned. Sean updated us every step along the way and despite the buzz of activity he was managing always took the time to answer any questions. I know it was a ton of work and it all came out great. We will definitely call again for any future roofing needs and would trust them to expertly execute any service they offer.

We needed our roof redone quickly and thanks to the schedule and weather permitting, it was completed before winter kicked in. Talk about a great local business. If you are looking for professional and quality work, look no further. Sean was extremely responsive to setup a quote on my new construction roof. He took the time to review the entire job with me, answered all my questions, and spent the time to really help me understand what he would be doing. He worked extremely well with the other contractors on the job and was willing to field a few phone calls from us for off the cuff questions. His Wife was very quick to send us our quote/materials list and was a pleasure to work with. When his team arrived, they arrived bright and early, were clean and orderly, and were very nice. They worked quickly with a great attitude. I was amazed how quickly the were completed. Sean kept me updated as they worked. When they left, the job site was better then they left it with no nails or other debris left behind - even cleaning up messes that wasn't theirs! After the crew had left, Sean remained and walked me through everything that was done and why it was done. He educated me on how to care for my new roof and gave me guidance on an old garage roof that will need repair in the future. Sean went above and beyond for my project. Sean and his crew just completed a roof replacement for me and I couldn't be happier with the experience. When I reached out for a quote Sean promptly returned my message and offered an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and prepared and broke everything down for me. I already knew I needed to replace the roof and Sean understood that and focused his time educating me on the products and process he uses and guided me into a roof that will be reliable for a long time to come without breaking the bank. There was no high pressure sales and after providing me with the quote I was free to take time to evaluate my options. Once I was ready I called Sean and we scheduled a tentative day for the work and then he sent the contract over promptly. On the day of installation Sean and his crew arrived on-time and prepared. The materials had already been delivered the day before to my home and the crew got to work quickly and efficiently. It was clear Sean and his crew have worked together for some time as they were all on the same page and the job went very smoothly. During the striping process Sean informed me of the recommendation to replace some decking due to significant sticking of shingles to the old ice and water barrier. He clearly explained why it would be best to replace the decking and once approved we moved forward. There were no surprises and Sean kept me informed of any challenges the crew hit and how they were solving them. They completed my 22sq of roof in one day, they were efficient and detail oriented and it shows in the finished product. The crew also did a great job cleaning up.
