Austin was so great! He was easy to schedule with, arrived on time, found our problem right away, and fixed it quickly. Would highly recommend making him your first call if you suspect an issue with your roof.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Easton Roofing. We had our roof replaced last year by them and a tree fell on our house a few months ago. Just our luck. Dan and everyone else I worked with at Easton Roofing has been great throughout this whole process.

I had estimates from several other companies whose sales people were pushy and gave me ridiculous quotes. Thankfully I found Easton Roofing. They did a great job both times, gave us fair pricing, and our new roof looks great!

We had overall a very good experience with Easton Roofing. TJ was persistent, patient and very responsive in dealing with our insurance (they were difficult!) and kept us up to date on each adjustment - loved that! When we were impatient, TJ was encouraging. The office personnel were equally patient and responsive with our questions (this was our first re-roof) and reached out to us regularly through the insurance delays to ensure that we had the information that we needed. Most often a person answered our phone calls and IF we had to leave a message our calls were always returned in a timely manner - (we were very reassured). Our roofing crew worked efficiently and returned to address any clean up concerns or adjustments that we had. I would definitely recommend Easton Roofing. However the "Foreman" of the crew left a bit of a sour taste with us as we found him to be dismissive of our questions and unprofessional in his very open viewing of "pornography" while on the job. Certainly, no judgement in his personal viewing choices but please save this for after hours.

Austin was incredible. Came out immediately after our phone call and looked at our roof. He assisted with our immediate need, and helped put our mind at ease going forward. Will definitely use again for future roofing needs.

Austin Boller from Easton Roofing was just here to look at our roof. We’ve experienced leaking into our garage during recent rainstorms.

Austin found the problem right away where some nails had missed the nail line for a couple of shingles, where we had our leaking to occur.

Austin applied some sealant in those areas and then looked at the remainder of the roof where he found a couple of more shingles with the same issue and applied sealant there.

One of our second story gutters completely fell off due to the large snow and ice accumulation. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, come provide an estimate, and finish the job, all at what I thought was a reasonable price. We will be using them again in the future!

We worked with Easton Roofing and Steve. We hard an excellent experience with the roof replacements after hail damage. We had trouble up front we our insurance company and they helped us through the entire process. They were very punctual and considerate. Everything was timely. The quality of their work was excellent. They worked with us on several buildings. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to re-roof their home and property.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Easton Roofing and would not recommend them to anyone looking for professional, honest service.

1️⃣ Unauthorized Charges
I was originally quoted $13,416.52, but the final invoice came to $18,600.25—over $5,000 more than what was agreed upon. At no point was I informed about or approved these additional charges. Unexpected price increases without customer approval are unacceptable business practices.

2️⃣ Extreme Carelessness & Poor Workmanship
The flashing installation was sloppy and looked completely unprofessional.

My home's shakes were damaged during installation, which they acknowledged but have not fixed.

They were extremely careless throughout the entire job, causing unnecessary damage that could have been prevented with basic attention to detail.

3️⃣ Property Damage & Broken Promises
Despite multiple conversations about protecting my landscaping, they failed to take proper precautions and caused significant damage.

They did not set up the promised protective measures, even though I raised concerns beforehand.

Multiple outdoor lights were broken, and they have made no effort to fix them.

My satellite was not supposed to be reinstalled, yet they ignored my instructions and put it back up anyway—doing a horrible job in the process. The wires were left unsecured, and the installation was sloppy.

4️⃣ Ignored Complaints & Broken Guarantees
Easton Roofing promotes a "satisfaction guarantee," but they have ignored my concerns. Instead of resolving the issues they caused, they sent aggressive payment demands for a disputed invoice.

Taking Further Action
After multiple failed attempts to resolve this directly, I have formally disputed the charges and am pursuing all available consumer protection options, including filing complaints with the appropriate agencies.

If you value transparency, quality workmanship, and professional service, I strongly recommend choosing a different company.

This company is the most honest roofing company you are ever going to find today. We had 15 bids from supposedly the most reputable companies and Easton was the only company that was not trying to get all of our insurance money, but was actually trying to help us fight the insurance company and do the best job. We liked them so much we had our parents roof, gutters and sunrooms completed by Easton and we have not had any issues. They are a company of their word and they did a fine job! We dealt with TJ and I cannot tell you what an angel he was for us and our parents! We got not only quality work, but it was also the best quote out of all 15 contractors. Thank you so much!

In March our home received extensive Roof, siding, window, and property damage. Easton Roofing to the rescue! They not only replaced our roof, but our siding, sky lights, and gazebos roof.
We received communication every step of the way.
Our insurance company (Which we love) came in a bit lower than the estimate. Steve contacted the claims department on our behalf and arranged to meet the adjuster at our home to discuss the estimates.
I happy to say our home is as good as new with less than we expected out of pocket.

Their motto is 'where integrity matters' and they certainly lived up to that motto. They installed a a beautiful new roof for me several years ago. However there were problems with the product from the manufacturer. After completing multiple warranty covered repairs, ( no cost to me), Easton got the manufacturer to replace my entire roof. That's what I call standing up for your customers. Their staff is polite and responsive. They're just great. Nobody else is touching my roof now.

We hired Easton to replace our 30 year old roof at our own cost. A few years later we had a hail storm and the roof needed replaced again! We had no questions who to call, so they have done our roof twice! Both times were great experiences. Professional management and employees all the way around. After a major hailstorm I started searching for a roofing company. I researched the Better Business Bureau and Google reviews and I decided to call Easton Roofing for a bid. TJ came out and gave me an estimate to replace the roof. TJ was very knowledgeable and personable. I had two other estimates and Easton was right in the middle price wise. I went with Easton Roofing because of their pricing and the ease of working with TJ. There were negotiations with my insurance company and while I was getting frustrated with my insurer, TJ worked through it and got what was needed to replace my roof. The communication was great with the entire Easton Roofing Team. The day of the roof replacement went perfect and the roof looked fabulous. The roofing crew was very professional and efficient. The yard around my house was left in perfect shape with no signs of debris. I don't think I could have asked for a better roofing experience!

Easton Roofing is AMAZING! I had an issue with my roof and they were prompt with the appointment, very proactive and fixed my issue with ease and they had amazing communication. I was out of town when the wind showed up and caused something (not a roof person) to blow off my roof. They fixed it the day off and made sure I knew it was taken care of. We have had major rains after the repair and have zero issues. Austin handled the repair and was Best in Class!

TJ with Easton came out shortly after I called the company about possible hail damage. He found we had hail damage to the roof and gutters. He sent his report to my Insurance company and then met the inspector/adjuster from my insurance company and he agreed the roof and gutters needed replaced. The process was explained to us and the work was scheduled and a crew came out and replaced the roof in one day. The whole process was professional and was made easy by Easton. The best thing was it was no stress on us whatsoever. I highly recommend Easton Roofing.

I had them repair and replace some gutters at my previous home and they did a great job. They communicated well what needed to be done and were very professional. For my new home, they replaced the gutters and again did a great job. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

We've had a fair amount of 'bad' contractors do work for us but this company is by far the worst yet. We chose them not because they were the cheapest (they weren't), but because we like to help out smaller companies instead of large monopoly businesses. Lesson learned, we'll just stick with the large companies, they grew to be that large for a reason I guess.

Our roof took 3+ days to complete. A week later, the gutter group showed up without notice, at 7pm. They removed ALL gutters before they told us the wood was rotted and they could not replace them or hang the old ones back up. We were forced to spend a large amount of money to get ALL of the wood fascia replaced. We were told this needed to be done soon, so that gutters could be hung before it rained. We had no time to shop around on the price of the fascia work, we were cornered into paying their cost.

The fascia work was done a few days later. After about a week after this, I started asking when gutters would be hung as rainstorms were approaching. I was told we had to be put back on a list. Several rainstorms happened during the time of having no gutters on our house. Easton did not care.

Their communication is terrible. They did not show up when scheduled and different people would give me different answers on when they WOULD arrive. A few pictures attached are also THEIR work that afterwards. They call this work good and were content to leave it as-is. Other things like this I had to ask to get fixed and they did somewhat fix them. It's not my job to quality control their work though, THEY should be inspecting stuff before calling it good. They acted irritated at little things like these pictures, as if I was just being picky. You decide - Is this how you want your finished product to look?

I just worked with this wonderful company who was able to find the leak that other companies had not found and told me that my roof at this time did not require replacing which allows me to save for this future expense. I am very thankful. Austin is the best!!!

My personal experience with Easton roofing was EXCELLENT!!! I had another company out a roof on my house 3 years ago . The experience was horrible. I've had more damage to my property since they put my roof on 3 yrs ago than what originally started. I have mold on my wall behind a mural coming up my as your enter into my house. The other company neglected to find the reason for my issue. I called my insurance company to find out how to further pursue the matter and she sent my a list of roofers. Easton roofing was their #1 choice. I called and made an appointment and Mr. Boiler wasn't in my home a good 10 min. before he found the problem that the other company never bothered to. He fixed the issue without charging us a penny. He was extremely nice and friendly as well. I wish I had known about him 3 yrs ago. I wish I could give him a 20 rating, He was just that good. After getting a few bids from other companies, and not being real happy with the bids. We talked to our homeowners insurance agent and they gave us the names of a couple other companies to call and highly recommended Easton. So glad they did! Also asked me if I was getting a discount on my insurance because of the high impact roof we had put on two years ago. We ended up getting a lowered rate and a refund for the overpayments. Austin Boller with Easton Roofing was the 3rd roofer to come by and was able to seal the leak within a few minutes while others were giving +$1,000 estimates. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Initially worked with Dan - he was extremely responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. He provided me a bid on new vents, removal of non used gas vents and repairing the roof in those spots. It got this quick and great pricing.

After the job was completed, the roof still leaked over the replaced vents so additional associates were dispatched within 48 hours. They met my needs with the first appointment time and were up and fixing the issue by 8:05am.

Completely repaired the issues from the first service and now no leaks. Taylor, office staff who helped process payment, was extremely kind and professional.

The most honest and professional company I've had the pleasure of working with. When we looked for a roofing company to redo the roof on our commercial building I got 5 estimates. Easton was the only who shot me straight and didn't try to take us to the bank.
Since then we have called on them a few times for what we thought may be leaks (they were actually due to other issues not related to the roof membrane or their work). John came out almost immediately to inspect, which was impressive all on its own. Not only did he do that, but he also fixed the issues, issues he wasn't responsible for......AND did not charge us a thing!! He just smiled, shook my hand, and said " Just leave me a good review".
Now, if that's not good customer service I don't know what is!
If you want professionals who do amazing work, and have customer service that goes above and way beyond, pick Easton Roofing. If you could give Michelin stars for a roofing company they would get all 3.

I can't comment on the quality of the job but had the following concerns leading up to and after the job.

1) I was not notified of the date/time for the job. I was gone and when I came home your guy was at my house. I had no idea he was coming and he commented the same thing happened at a previous job that morning.

2) They left the back gate open after they left. I have a dog and luckily caught it before something tragic happened.

3) They left a pry bar in my yard. Luckily I saw that before mowing over it.

4) Lastly they left the five or so rows of shingles they replaced laying in my yard instead of taking them with them which is what I would have expected.

I emailed them about my concerns and received no response back.

I understand things happen and no one is perfect but four of these is a bit much for such a small repair job.

Easton Roofing is who you want to call for any roofing needs. Joe and Austin fixed a flat roof issue. All of the people who came out and worked on my project were professional and personable. If I have any Roofing needs in the future it will be Easton Roofing that I will call.

A+ customer service! I received the contact information for Jon Woods from a friend and I called him out of the blue. Not only did he answer on the first ring he was also able to get out and inspect my roof the same afternoon. After walking the roof, he generated a detailed inspection report, emailed it to me and then called to report his findings within hours. You read that right. My initial phone inquiry to his inspection report and explanation took place within a matter of hours. Although he didn’t recommend any repairs he will be undoubtedly be my go to for future roofing repair or recommendations.

Easton Roofing was very professional and fair. They did an honest inspection of my roof's condition, citing only the real problems and not inflating the estimate/cost with fabricated issues. They found and repaired a small leak by a vent pipe on my roof and sealed around other pipes before they became leaks. The work was done quickly at a very fair price.

A hail storm in March of 2024 totaled our roof and gutters. We immediately contacted Easton Roofing. They worked with our insurance company and replaced our roof and gutters in timely fashion. We’ve used Easton in the past for a minor roof repair and the service was great. With all the fly-by-night roofing companies out there, we are comforted knowing we will always know who to use—-Easton. They are the best, hands down!

Fabulous service! We had a tree limb pierce our roof this evening. At the suggestion of our insurance agent, we made several calls to places with no answer, and no return call. I spoke with Heather,she took my information and promised a return call. She called back quickly telling us someone was on the way! A lifesaver considering the current forecast! The repairman had the branch out and the hole tarped and secured in no time! They will schedule the repair as soon as the rains pass.
