The sales team was kind and not too pushy, they assessed the damages And had somebody out within two weeks! Great service. The one guy who did the roof was such a hunk.

Tony and Erik were in the neighborhood doing an estimate for storm and wind damage. They came to my house to see if they could give me an estimate to provide to the insurance company. A date was set for an inspector from the insurance company and I was told to let them know when I got a date because they wanted to be here for the inspection. Someone was supposed to be here but was a no show no contact. I called Tony and let him know his guy didn't show up or call. He told me that someone would be here the following day and apologized.
The insurance didn't agree with the 1st inspector so I asked for a second one. Again eagle view roofing wanted to be here for the second inspection. No problem I called Erik when the second inspector arrived and he came straight over. The second inspector gave me an estimate and said the contractor could go different route so I agreed. Erik explained as best as he could what would happen next which was to contact an attorney. I waited 3 weeks without hearing anything so I messaged Tony. He did not reply so I messaged Erik and he said he would contact his boss to see what was going on. 2 days later still no answer so on the 3rd day I contacted Tony and still didn't get an answer from him. Erik did send a message stating that the attorney didn't think it was worth going through. I don't understand why it took so long to get back to me and why Tony didn't I my messages.It plainly states in their services that they would talk to my insurance. They did not speak to my insurance and I have my doubts that they spoke with an attorney. I feel they weren't going to get a big payday so they didn't bother calling me. I was approached by them and they were confident that insurance would cover it. I will not contact them again and I really don't recommend them. If you decide to use them I hope you have better luck than I did! Thank you for reaching out Eagle View but to little to late. Nothing I can do now. Reaching out sooner would have been better but leaving someone hanging and not knowing what is going on doesn't make for happy customers. As I said before your company reached out to me not the other way around. I raised it to 3 stars but at least I didn't wait 3 weeks! You didn't get any money from me. But now that I think about it it was kind of like an ambulance chaser. You know when a storm is in your area and roofing and siding people come out of the woodwork wanting your business? Like attorneys call constantly when you have been in an accident.

If i could rate 10 stars i would… My experience with David, and Eagleview as a whole was amazing. I could not be happier with the professionalism and quality workmanship from David and his crew. I will always recommend Eagleview Roofing!

Andrew and his team were truly wonderful. I didn't know the outs and ends of having a roof replaced,but he made it so simple. I pray that you go far in this business Andrew!!!

David knocked on my door to let me know that I had a missing shingle and offered me a free inspection. I didn't even know it was missing or that my roof had hail damage. He tarped the missing shingle and helped me file a claim. My entire roof was replaced through insurance. The process was smooth from start to finish.

Eagleview roofing is awesome I run a solar panel company and use them on every job! Looks super awesome, always make sure the wood is in good condition, great looking ridge vents, and even puts ice and water shield under where the panels go! Wouldn’t use anyone else
