A different roofing company re-roofed our house in Springville several years ago but wasn't able to stop a leak at our chimney where a low slope roof commonly called a "cricket" met it. Being an architect, I understood that It was a difficult area to fix that required a combination of membrane roofing and metal flashing; however, they were unwilling and unable to even try to fix it properly. Out of frustration, I called the insurance company that handled the hail damage claim to get someone else to fix the problem.

The next day, Rigoberto showed up at my house. He climbed on the roof and assessed what needed to be done. That afternoon, he went and bought the materials that he needed and within a couple of hours fixed it himself. He assured me that he'd be back if I had any further leaks, but I had not further problems. I was so impressed by his professionalism that I asked for his business card and made note that I would use his company, Eagle Roofing and Construction the next time I needed a new roof.

Over the course of the next ten years, Eagle Roofing/Rigoberto has re-roofed two more houses for family members of mine including my mom's house and my aunt's house. My aunt's house was difficult to re-roof because it was an older home that was built using asbestos shingles. Rigoberto and his crew took care of it and handled another difficult chimney/roof flashing condition that would have likely cause other roofers problems.

Zach Robinson and Roberto from Eagle Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof March of 2024. I called Zach after a recent storm came through for a peace of mind inspection to where Roberto came to the house and did a full inspection with us to make sure everything was good. Great people great company. I would recommend them 100 % of the time.

I am currently waiting for some decent weather so our roof can be redone. I cannot say enough about Alfonso Arias and Eagle Roofing! This adventure began last DEC and it has been a nightmare trying to get our insurance company on board, their initial response must always be NO and Alfonso and I were not going to take it without a battle! He has worked with us every single step of the way and 5 mos later we finally got the insurance to do what is right. Alfonso even called us during the night of a bad storm to see that we were ok and if we had issues and boy did we! The roof over the porch was leaking like a sieve and he came the next morning to tarp it for us. I know this is a long review but IF you need roof repairs or a new roof, we cant reccommend anyone any better than Eagle Roofing! Please give them a chance, doubt you will be disappointed...come on dry weather so we can get our new roof!

Eagle handled a large insurance claim for me, when my home was damaged by a Tornado.
Roberto was at my home to asses damages with the insurance agent.
Once repairs were approved.
Roberto had our home repaired quickly.
There was structural damage that was repaired, new roof, new vinyl siding, new double pane windows, an entire secondary garage, new front porch.
I was kept updated by Roberto during the entire project.
The repair work done was of high quality.

My name is Dom Infantino, my wife and I are new to Alabama and we were in need of some work on our new home. We were referred to Roberto by a friend of his.
I contacted him, he came over, gave us an estimate. We wanted ceramic tile in the entryway, and replace our single door to the back yard with double french doors. The estimate was reasonable, so we hired him. His crew showed up on time, they masked everything to contain the dust, and his crews were in our house for 3 days until they completed all of the work. Our entryway looks great, and our new french doors look amazing. Everyone was very professional and personable. Great experience overall. From initial roof inspection to filing claim with insurance company, to actual roof replacement it was a very smooth and rewording project. Sales Representative Rey Martinez was very helpful and attentive, always available to answer questions and provide requested info (prices, materials, etc.). Eagle Roofing crew managed by Alfonso did a very good job, a few minor post-project issues were promptly addressed. Very clean. Good trustworthy team, quality materials and labor, reasonable priced. I would certainly do another project with this company and recommend them to others.

No communication within the company or with the customer. It has been like pulling teeth for a month trying to get a quote for a deck roof from this company. When they finally sent someone to look (after I called three times asking), they showed up 6 hours late and thought they were quoting a damaged house roof. Never got the quote, and am not getting any replies via text.

I had the opportunity recently to have a leak repaired on my home, and didnt know what needed done. The team at Eagle came out and treated me with respect, class, and professionalism making sure that I knew what was needed, what could be done, and helped me to make the best decision for my home! At all points of the process I was kept up to date on the details, informed of the schedule, and supported in a process that I thought would be stressful. My experience was stress-free, friendly, and above expectations in all matters. If I have future projects, I don't have plans to consult anyone else. (Not to mention the fact that they treated my family and pet with just as much if not more respect.)

Based on my experience with Eagle Roofing, I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. They replaced the roof on my house. My house has a 3 dormer roof with a somewhat steep pitch.
