He inspected my roof and promptly gave me a quote and explained what was needed to fix the issues that I was having. He went above and beyond to work with my budget and find solutions to address my problems. He was always available to answer questions and help. Just a great overall experience. Eagle Revolution is everything you would want. From the moment my salesman, Matt Williamson knocked on my door to the moment my roof was completed, he was First Class Service all the way! He initially explained everything and answered ALL of my questions. This company ALSO offered financing. But it was everything else that amazed me!
Matt kept me informed daily with timing, what would happen and when and checked with me every step of the way. He checked on the crew and made sure all deliveries came and made sure they arrived timely and took pictures before, during and after. Was on site during application AND supervised during cleanup and walked with me after to see if I was satisfied and made one adjustment that I questioned immediately before sign off.
In many years I have not received this quality of service on this level and I recommend this company a thousand percent. Thank you for an excellent job!
