Jake was so unprofessional regarding the process of my roof. I contacted him several times on different occasions and he never responded. He was more focused on how much money he can get out of the project instead of being professional with the client. When my house insurance company finally approved my full roof replacement, he stated that the job was “underpaid” and he needs to reach out to someone who can do my siding for cheaper. Who would really want a contractor to work on their house with this type of mentality? I don’t want cheap material for my house because you feel the project is underpaid. It was all about what Jake can get out of this project. Do not let this roofing company do your project. When Jake finally found out how much my insurance was paying, all communication stopped. I decided to go back to crown exteriors who did a full roof replacement at my old house. Kent is professional, reliable, and put me on his schedule in 24 hours. Please make sure you choose a better roofing company.

Great work. Fast, great workmanship, fair pricing and very personal service. They did roof, facia, soffit, and gutters. All after I had them come to do a minor fix and the owner showed me roof damage that had happened in a storm, that I was totally unaware of. After asking about the other things I needed done I was given fair bids and superior service.

Good evening all! I located Eagle Exteriors from many referrals online. Military Veteran owned Business and they took great care of me. They worked very well with my insurance company and provided them extensive information when asked! On point, great communication, answered all my questions and helped educate me about my house. They did a new roof, siding and Soffit installation. Worked with Jake and he's very sharp. Highly recommend them and I'll be using them again in the future!

Eagle Exteriors worked with my insurance company for me and got me the best deal possible from them. They really advocate for the homeowner against your insurance company whether the insurance company recommends them or not!

The work happened way quicker than I thought it would too. It seemed like I had submitted the claim to the insurance company, met Eagle 2 days later, then 3 days after that I was getting a new roof! The actual roof took only 1 day to tear off the old one and replace, and they took as much care as humanly possible to get every last nail that popped off the roof during clean-up that afternoon, and they even came out the morning following to sweep the yard and driveway AGAIN to look for nails. Then two days after that they came out and replaced the gutters.

Every time I called Barry he picked up the phone or called me right back, he responded to all of my text messages, they turn around work quickly, and don't ask for payment until the work is complete. Next time I need roofing work, I know who I'm calling. What else could you ask for in a roofing company?

Barry was amazing despite me going through a rather painful insurance claim process on my roof. Before they began he was the person contacting me and updating me on my Allstate claim and timeline of events. When his men made it out for the job they knocked it out in a single day. At one point it looked like WW3 and I became nervous that I would have a decent sized mess to clean up the next day. Fast forward 2 hours and everyone was gone and the place was spotless. I couldn't find anything left behind. Barry and his crew were extremely efficient and responsive throughout the entire time. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you!

Barry is so amazing. Always so responsive and as honest as the day is long. I've used this company for years for projects ranging from minor repairs, adding shutters, to full roof replacements and upgraded gutters. This is a company you need to have in your contacts for yourself or anyone who asks for a referral.
