Great price and when they say they will be here there on time and get the job done fast and looks great

Company was great! The only thing that we did not like was that the installers wanted us to sign a waiver form for the installation which released them of any responsibility with the installation. The form was completely blank and they wanted us to sign it. I asked if they knew what this form ment and they said yes, I then asked why they were making me sign it since the company had a 10 year warranty including installation. He did not answer this and then said I did not have to sign it.
Everything else is perfect!

Great company to do business with. I will be calling them for another project we are wanting to get done.

Jose Durin was in charge of the install of the carport purchased from Eagle Carport. The crew was on time, very efficient, professional and competent in their work. We would definitely choose them again for any future installations. The whole process from ordering to delivery was seemless.

This is my forth buildind with Eagle carports and I'm very pleased with the buildings and the crew that installed them.

The staff was helpful, responsive and when the approval was delayed, they held the building without additional charges. This was a blessing for a small nonprofit as ourselves.

Quality is excellent, and they checked their work as they went along to make sure everything was in alignment. I was very impressed with how quickly my carport was built and everything was cleaned up around where they worked. I got the reinforced beams and feel good about how strong and sturdy this structure is. I’d recommend Eagle Carports to anyone needing a carport in this area. My only drawback was how many times they canceled and rescheduled my appointment, but weather was a factor so I’m not taking away from my review for that.

These men came just after 1pm and did not stop until completion. Over 8 hours. They all were respectful, courteous and friendly. If I do need (bought a camper, need another?)another carport, Eagle Carport Company is first on the dial.

Andy is a valued representative of the company and products. I was pricing several structures and options, and he was quick and accurate with the estimates. Hernandez and his team did a great job, the building looks fantastic. They battled the intense heat, the heavy rains that included some pretty intense lightning, but they weathered through and completed the job. Thank you Eagle Carports. Sorry I didn’t think to take pictures.

The crew doing our carport install were very professional and did a great job. In just over 2 hours the job was completed. Should I need them again Eagle Carports will be my source.

Juan Ruiz installed my Carport and he did an excellent job with the installation, it’s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his work, he took his time to ensure the carport was square and level and everything was perfect, with a carport as big as mine (35x45x15) getting it wright is required to ensure longevity, When completed he cleaned up the job site. Great Job, Very Satisfied

This business is a joke.
They took my deposit after measurements and 30 days later, I had to call them. They didn't have a contract for me even though they took my deposit money.
Then on install day (45 days later), they sent contracted employees that couldn't do the job. The contracted installers suggested I remove a light fixture, leaving an open hole in the house and expose live wiring if I wished to continue.
I do not recommend this business OR USA BUILDINGS that are the initial sellers and measures for Louisville KY.
Not a present or future customer and my family and friends will not be either.

Great heavy duty carports! They came and had carport up in 3 hours! Local Auto Sales in Candler is local dealer for Eagle in Western North Carolina!

Our experience in the Suffolk office was great. They had everything my husband Thomas Brown wanted. We ordered our new garage on May 23rd 2025 and it was delivered and put up by June the 6th. 2025. Jose Duran And his crew did a excellent job, they were here at the time they said they would be here,6:00 a.m., and by 3:00 p.m. had completed the work. They also made sure that they cleaned up everything. We were extremely happy with the whole experience. If you ever get anything from eagle carports I would definitely request Jose Duran and his crew.

The 20'X30' garage building quality is excellent. We purchased the 26 guage siding upgrade and I highly recommend that as the building is very sturdy. The installation crew was hard working with great attention to detail. We are very pleased with this building.

Eagle Carports are easy to work with. They helped me with my design needs for a 30x25 2 sided closed carport . The crew showed up as said and in about 6 hours my carport was done. Jeff Hernandez in Lamar was a huge help, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about everything! He seems to work 7 days a week because he was willing to meet with us at any time and even met with us on a Sunday! He is a very hard worker and we appreciate him! I had a great experience with Eagle Carports Inc. The gals I worked with when finalizing my building were very helpful. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is my local salesman wasn't helpful at all once I made the initial transaction. As a matter of fact I never heard from him again despite several calls with some last minute questions and to button up some loose ends. Oh and also an important thing to mention is that the install crew was great. I had a positive experience and am happy with my building.

Eagle Carports were terrific to deal with. They answered all of my questions, and I had many, as I was replacing a 2 year old junk carport that blew over on my boat. I was looking for a quality carport with quality people running both the sales portion and the manufacturing portion. I found both with Eagle Carports. Eagle Carports, Inc. installed an 18 x 40 RV cover for us. The installers were on top of their game and did an outstanding job on the installation. Very hard workers, tore down old cover and installed new cover the same day. Could not be more pleased with the product quality, installation, and price.

Matched price of a cheaper competitor, Carport delivered in a reasonable amount of time. No screws left laying on ground after installation, quality anchors and rebar used to anchor carport to the ground! Well it took a little while to get everything all together, as far as paperwork goes which I totally understand. Being I don't own the land. But once that was squared away, things moved quickly. 3 men showed up at 8 am, and were completely done by 4 pm. There work was impeccable and very efficient. They worked independently when needed, as a crew when necessary. I was impressed by there system of work and courtesy towards me and my partner. Friends and family have come to look and compliment us on our covers, and I did recommend Eagle carports on cost and superior construction. I thank you all and especially thank those 3 men who did a fantastic job.

Great crew did the install. They even spotted a problem with the doors before they installed them and got different ones. Very polite, on time and busted their butts to get it done. Thanks guys!

The crew that they sent was very professional. They arrived when they said they would and when they were done had cleaned up the area. I had a single wide and a double wide garage installed, and I would recommend them if you were in the market.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new carport. The workers were fast and courteous. We couldn't ask for better quality workmanship. Would definitely recommend.

Update: 7/13/25-we thought this issue was resolved and they agreed to send a crew to make the necessary roof changes / repairs BUT all we have gotten since is missed appointments and non-returned calls. I just cannot believe that a company this size operates this way!

I’m currently helping a family member deal with serious issues related to a building. We’ve had two separate inspectors sent by Eagle come out due to a persistent roof leak and visible problems like screws popping up. Both inspectors independently confirmed that the roof was improperly installed and that repairs would not resolve the issue — the entire roof needs to be replaced. This person was supposed to receive a call from the company and still has not heard a word.

We’ve reached out to the company multiple times, and most recently sent an email on Monday addressed to Ms. Darissee and Mr. Hernandez, giving them five days to respond. So far, we’ve received no reply.

We are extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and accountability. Has anyone successfully pursued a civil suit against this company? If so, how did you go about getting them served, especially if they are out-of-state? Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
