James Sweezey at Eads provided excellent customer service. On a Sunday afternoon for a leak and they came out within the hour. He communicated with our insurance company and got our roof covered in full. Extremely helpful and thorough - highly recommend!

James was fantastic. Knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. I had a branch fall on my roof and he quickly had someone from his team come out with a temporary solution. James then took the time to create a permanent solution that solves the problem for the long-term...and the original roofer didn't even address it. I didn't know about them years ago when the roof was put on, but I wish I had. Would have saved me thousands and an insurance claim. Thank you, James and team!

Went with Eads Roofing from Angi's list. John came out promptly to look at our project and gather information for an estimate. We have 2 dormers on our roof and both were leaking. One area had even caused damage on the ceiling interiorly which needed repaired. We also had a couple spots on the ceiling in a bathroom from old water leak where the plaster was in need of repair. After finally getting an estimate, we went ahead with the work. Out of the blue one Saturday evening we arrive home and there are guys unloading their supplies to work on the roof. We were not aware they were coming. But that was fine as we were now home for the evening. After repairing the first dormer and replacing shingles, they were gathering their supplies. My husband asked what about the other dormer and they responded that the work order was only for 1. After contacting John, we were told that estimate was only for 1 dormer and the interior work. We were never told this when given the estimate. When he was initially out to assess the job, we clearing stated both dormers needed repaired. So what we thought was a fairly reasonable estimate now seemed way overpriced for the 1 hr of work and less than 1 bundle of shingles it took to repair the dormer. We were told the inside work would be done over 3 days, 5:00pm to 9:00pm, as these guys do this after their regular jobs (not ideal). The completed bathroom work was satisfactory. However when sanding the plaster, they didn't shut the bathroom door therefore plaster dust covered everything in the master bedroom and even set off the smoke detector in the hallway outside of the bedroom. All of which I had to clean up. The more extensive ceiling repair in another bedroom cracked in less than 24 hours from completion. They had to come back and redo and has since cracked again. They did not match the plaster pattern of the rest of the bedroom very well at all. It is VERY obvious what part of the ceiling has been re-done. We had to constantly initiate communication with them in order to get things moving along. Having other dormer repaired by different company.

Clay Biggerstaff and his team with Eads roofing knocked my siding out of the park! As a realtor, I am picky who I refer to my clients. I have trusted Clay with all my clients for years, but having him do my own home was very special! His attention to detail and all of the contractors were excellent. From the person dropping off materials, to the very last clean up, everyone involved on this project was professional, courteous, and timely! Thank you guys! We love our "new home"!

Kris with Eads Roofing was wonderful! He came out quickly, and worked hard to get what we needed for a new roof. Once everything went through, the roof was complete within 2 days (including all new fascia, gutters and downspouts). We recommend him to anyone needing exterior work done.

I had a leak in my house no one could find it. Kris came to my house inspected my roof and I had a lot a wind damage and my insurance took care of it. Kris put a tarp up so it would stop leaking he found the leak. When the roof was being done, I had a huge hole in my roof. Kris did a great job. I felt he took great care of me and made the process so easy. I’m so glad he was here for me. Thank you, Kris

Clay and Travis are a dream team!!! I had water coming in my living room from around my chimney caused by a failed repair from another roofing company. They were able to come out, diagnose, and repair the area within a few days and came in way under budget for such an invasive project!!! Highly satisfied!! While I hope to never need them again, they will be my first call if I do!! Thanks guys!!

Honest company. I had them out to inspect roof. They determined that I did NOT need a replacement. They could have sold me a roof I didn’t need and they chose to be honest. Refreshing. .

Would highly recommend EADS. Worked with Travis on some raised shingles and he fixed the raised shigles and didnt try and sell me unnessacry services and gave some things to look out for.

Eads Roofing did a great job on a recent project for me. We were under a very tight deadline and needed work completed ASAP! Travis was great to work with and he made sure everything was completed in time.

A friend referred me to Eads and I am so happy she did! We had a leak in our four year old roof and that company went out of business. Another company said they would need to rip out that section $3,000. Travis Summit with Eads fit me in on a busy day and found a popped nail and a soft spot. It is now sealed and waiting for the next rain storm. Even if it isn’t the solution (crossing my fingers that it is) the fact that Travis found this problem and offered it as a potential, very inexpensive fix, they have clients for life! I will post follow up after the rain.
Update! Major storms came through yesterday, no leak!

We had a leak in our roof and my neighbor recommended John Crume at EADS Roofing. He came out and worked with our insurance company and we got a fair settlement. All the work was professional, Workers were courteous and cleaned up the jobsite. John came back 2 more times to make sure we was satisfied. would recommend John Crume. EADS replaced roof, put on new Gutters and gutter guards.

We had a leak in our roof and had a few estimates. One company wanted us to contact a restoration company to have them come and move the window up 2 inches?? We contacted Eads Roofing and Landon came out and assessed the issue and found the previous company had not put flashing that acted as a small gutter between the house and the roof for water to stay away from the house. They took off the siding, re wrapped the window, reshingled this part of the roof and made the new irrigation trench. It has rained so much over the last 45 days and not a drop of water inside the house!

Travis with Eads was fantastic to work with. Personable, professional, reliable, quick to respond to questions, and EXTREMELY helpful. Insurance didn't want to pay for much of my roof and he and his team worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. Would highly recommend Eads and Travis specifically in the future.

It was simple. I contacted Eads, they sent Clay out and that’s it! I couldn’t be more relieved thanks guys!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had some siding and roofing damage from the tornado that hit Johnson County in April. They were quick to come out and give an estimate and said the job would not even take a day. After giving them the deposit, I didn’t hear anything from them for over a month. I followed up with them and kept getting excuses. After trading several emails (yes, I have the emails that prove all of this) I called them and was told they would call me back, spoiler alert they didn’t. They didn’t even come out and wrap the exposed wood. After another couple weeks they came out and did half the roofing job (replaced shingles but didn’t seal the loose ones). I was told the rest of the job (siding and sealing loose shingles) would be completed in less than two weeks. After two weeks I followed up and didn’t hear anything from them except they want the rest of the money that I owed them. I told them no the job was not done. They threatened to put a lien on my property. After calling them again they did stop requesting payment for the time being. Finally, they put a new person on my project in October. Travis came out and looked at the siding saying he would find a piece that would closely match the color. I figured I wouldn’t hear back for a while. In a week Travis was able to find a color that matched the siding (old siding so this was not easy to do). He came out and fixed the roof also.
All of this to say it took 5 months to get them to do a 4-hour job. Except for Travis (who is great) I would not recommend this company to fix a doghouse. There is no excuse for the job taking this long. They didn’t offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience. If you need roof or siding work, I would try another company. God knows how long it would take if you needed them to replace your roof and siding.

From the first phone call to Eads Roofing, I knew I was in good hands. We called them to assist with a hail damage claim for our roof. Our Project Manager, Nathan Halsmer, took the ball and ran with it. He made the whole process easy to deal with by fielding our questions, keeping us informed every step of the way, and keeping the wheels moving in a timely manner. He took personal responsibility for not just our satisfaction with the work, but for meeting his own high standards as well.

I'm not a roofing expert, but from this engineer's perspective, it appears that the crew did a fantastic job. They worked from sunup to dark and finished our large, multi-surface roof in a day. The gutter crew came a few days later and installed the new gutters like a well-oiled machine. They even made a small modification to one of our downspouts at my request that turned out great - solved a long history of water infiltration problems at our garage wall.

Don't hesitate to give Eads Roofing a call for your next roofing or gutter project. You'll be glad you did!

John Crume was easy to work with and very helpful from start to finish. The extremely hard working 10 man crew did an outstanding job, and finished in one day! Impressive! Eads was responsive to a couple fixes after project completed and followed through with complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend; the roof looks stunning!

A representative of Eads came out promptly to give me an estimate on our project. Talked about it, took pictures and measurements. Then said he'd reach out with a quote the next week. Nothing. I even texted his number after 2 weeks and got no response. It's been over a month since he came out.

The inspector, Nathan was very thorough and took his time to explain what he was doing. He pointed out some things like moss on a section of the roof and a suggestion on how to treat it. He was not aggressive and shared that our roof is not critical to replace and left it up to us on what to do with the information he shared. This encounter left my wife and I with a positive impression of him and Eads. So when the time comes for a new roof they will most likely get the call.

Due to the winds in my area, my 25-year old roof was flaking and breaking off almost weekly. I would spend an hour picking up loose shingles that had flown onto my neighbor’s property. Had Eads come out and give me an estimate which at first I thought was a bit high. So I had two other companies come give estimates and found out that Eads was in fact the lowest! They communicated well and scheduled the roof replacement and everything was done in one day. After they left, the only evidence they had even been there was my new roof that looks amazing! You won’t be disappointed choosing Eads. John Crume was fantastic to work with!

Many thanks to Jimmy and Travis at Eads Roofing, LLC who came to my rescue when a possible tornado hit my in-laws house this afternoon in Fortville. Roof was covered with tarp and yard cleaned up from all the shingles and gutters that were ripped off the house in less than 4 hours after the storm. Neighbors couldn’t believe we had a crew out so fast. Well, I knew who to call!

Gino DeAnda called me right after I texted him with some questions regarding some loose shingles. As soon as my availability opens up in the coming weeks I will be sure to schedule my roof inspection.

The sales rep was working with a client across the street and recognized that our shingles might be a candidate for roof replacement since the shingle brand had discontinue. Upon inspection there was damage and a lot of it. Even though roof never leaked I just assume you don’t have hail damage.
Fast forward they basically took over and worked with the insurance very seamless. Communication from the scheduler and follow up was excellent.
All companies are probably just as good but in my experience the measure is how they take care of issues after the sale.
A hiccup… during a power wash by a painter we found a leak. Once they were contact they came out to review and back to repair ( appears a piece of flashing dislodged )
We’ll use them again and recommend them highly.

Due to multiple wind storms over the years I had points of damage to my roof that I had patched several times by other roofing companies. I contacted Eads because most of the other houses on my street had already utilized Eads for their roof replacements. Rob was great and worked with my insurance to get a full roof replacement. We started the process in the spring but once summer came and the temperatures rose we decided to postpone the installation until the weather cooled a bit. I was traveling and had a busy schedule through the summer so Rob checked in with me regularly and he completely worked around my time schedule without rushing me. The roof was installed in early September and they did an excellent job! I am thrilled with the result and would definitely use Eads again for any roofing repairs.

David Young was very professional to work with. One of the most important things to me is a persons integrity and quality of work. It was a joy to work with him and I will keep referring him in the future to all my friends and family.

Worked with Eads after wind and storm damage to our siding and roof. They did an awful job on the siding and made it worse than it was originally. It took forever for them to consistently respond to us in order for it to get fixed correctly. It took almost 2 years for everything to get completed correctly. Horrible communication, poor work, and a very very frustrating 2 years. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

They did not arrive at the agreed upon time. I had to send a message several hours later to find out why they didn't show up. No explanation was ever given. When the sales guy did arrive, he did not bother getting out a ladder to take a look. He called me 3 minutes after arriving and said it all looked fine. I hav other companies who have given me a quote to replace the roof and have taken the time to do a full inspection.

If you don't want the job, please don't waste my time.
