Contacted Trent 5 years ago when needed the roof evaluated for hail damage…he was honest enough to say it was fine. Present day, it did need to be replaced…it looks great! Trent is easy to work with and stands behind his company. The crew worked a very long day to complete it in 1 day. Very happy with the results.

Competive price. On time and on budget. A few minor and I do mean minor issues that were resolved immediately. All the work was professionally done. Best compliment I can think of is that it came out exactly as we envisioned it.

1800 Sq ft basement finished, 9 foot ceilings, full bath, wrapped columns, maintenance room, sewing room and storage room. Cleaning person at the end to finish the job. Turn key.

I had roof damage that occurred Wednesday, April 2nd. On April 3rd I called, and they were able to send someone to check my roof. He said it would be close to a $1000 repair. Afterwards, it went downhill. I heard nothing, so I sent a message on Sunday, asking about if he could send me an email so that I can get a file created and get paperwork started. I heard nothing back until Wednesday, April 9th after I called the company. They didn't even have my contact information in the system. He said that he would send me an email with paperwork for me to fill out that evening. I got nothing. So, I sent another message to him on Thursday, April 10th, asking about the email. He said that he would send it to me that evening. I didn't trust him to follow through, so I called E3 to notify them of what has been happening. He then sent the email with the paperwork after that. I have decided to go with a different company who won't ghost me. The new company that I found, Indy Rooftops, got to see my roof today and quoted me $400. They will schedule another appointment when they get the materials. They also have me on file and already sent the paperwork for me to do. I will be letting my insurance company know of this experience.

E3 Roofing was exceptional! The crew was fast and efficient. They did a great job protecting our property and cleaning up. Thank you Trent for a great experience. We appreciate all that you did to help us with our project!

We had the not-so-fun discovery of several leaks in our roof during the last round of storms. Trent was quick to come give us a quote and even walked us through what was causing the issues with photos and thorough explanation. He also found several issues with our chimney and coordinated that being repaired prior to the roof install. His crew knocked out the roof in a day and did a thorough clean up after. (They even moved our plants and patio furniture back in place.)
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had interior damage from roof leaks. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, the workmanship was great and the results were beyond my expectations. I am very happy to recommend them for any maintenance needed on anyone’s home. I also plan on using them again in the future for other projects around my home.

Recent storm had my insurance saying it was time for a new roof on our 7ear old house. I talked to 6 contractors and decided to work with Trent Smith and E3. Trent was the last of my phone calls and came recommended by a guy I know. I am glad I called him!

From the initial phone call, Trent's demeanor was great and very professional. I was upfront and told him I had talked with a few places, waiting on quotes etc and was doing my homework. He was understanding, educated me and answered even my most dumb questions about the process since I was working through insurance.

When I asked what their timeline was he initially told me 2 weeks out. Once I decided I was going with E3 (about 2 days after talking to him)...materials were in my driveway 5 days later and the crew was onsite at 7a the next day. Job completed and cleaned up.

If you are looking for a stand up guy, give them a call and talk with Trent.

Trent and his company "E3 Roofing and Remodeling" have become our contractor for everything.
My wife and I are retired and where new to Greenwood Indiana. We were not aware of Trent and E3 in the beginning and had others do work on our home. The quotes were high, and the work had to be re-done in some cases. We fortunately came across E3 due to some extreme storm damage. They replaced our roof and gutters, painted our home and fixed interior ceiling issues. All of the work was done with quality, in a timely fashion, and at a fair price. Trent even helped with the insurance company. We could not be happier with the job E3 did on our home. I do not typically take the time to write reviews, but felt compelled to express the extreme satisfaction my wife and I have for Trent and his workers. If anything goes wrong with our house Trent is the first call I make. I trust his prices and his workers to do quality home improvement and have never been disappointed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND E3!

Overall, the price and work was better than the competition. I had 2 noticeable issues. One was that the covered gutters were filled with debris, i.e. water bottles, shingle wrap, etc. (had to tear the gutter covers to remove the debris in one section)--probably from worker oversight. The other was that a section of gutter pulled away from the house and will need to be repaired. The E3 rep came out and decided that it was not E3's responsibility.

E3 replaced all the windows in our home. Trent was very professional and prompt. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns about getting new windows. The installers were very kind, polite, and professional. The job was completed in one day. It was a great experience from the first appointment with Trent to the finished job. Very happy I went with E3 and Trent and I love my new windows.

Trent and the guys from E3 took care of our roofing project from top to well, top -- it was a roofing project. They answered all of our questions and we are pleased with the results.

Excellent customer service. Made sure job was completed in timely manner and helped out getting everything squared away with the Insurance company. Highly recommend!

They went above and beyond and we're very professional. They actually fixed a couple things that were not part of the bid because they knew it needed to be fixed anyway and they did not charge me for it. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Trent is professional, accessible and honest. He's the best part of the company. Honestly, not the fastest company. You have to have patience. Many times a whole week or more would go by with no one on the job. That aside, pricing was fair and I appreciated that Trent insisted everything be done correctly and redone when it wasn't. The flooring guy was the best. All in all I would recommend Trent / E3 to friends with the caveat that I would not rely on their initial timeline. My new laundry room (a 6 week project) is almost done (week 17) and it looks good.

E3 remodelers (husband and wife team)
did a great job on remodeling two of our bathrooms several years ago. However, we were not as happy with the actual project manager. He was not attentive with details and dates which caused some issues throughout the project. When this was brought up to the owner, he listened and said he would deal with the issues. Overall we were very happy with the outcome of our bathroom remodeling projects.

diagnosing the roof problem and then a plan to fix it was super fast and i received a lot of detail knowledge. they scheduled me quickly and was done right on time. plus it was less than i expected it to be. I will use them again.
