Customer feedback is mixed regarding E&L Diamond's services. While many reviews commend their promptness, professionalism, and quality of work, several serious complaints highlight significant issues with service execution and customer communication. Positive remarks often mention quick response times and effective problem-solving, while negative reviews point to problems with billing and job completion. The inconsistency in service quality and customer interaction raises concerns about reliability, especially when issues arise post-service.
- They were prompt coming out and providing a clear path forward for replacement.
- The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful.
- E&L Diamond gave me a reasonable quote and did a great job of installing a new Carrier system.
- They arrived when promised, gave us a very reasonable price on replacement, and did a great job on the install.
- The work was excellent and the prices reasonable.
- I would leave a 0 review for this company if possible.
- Their prices are way out of range and if they do not get the job done right the first time, they will charge you again.
- I wasn't going to pay a bill for what boiled down to incompetency.
- They drug their feet severely when it came to getting the information over to the warranty company.
- I still think their prices are high.

E&L Diamond was excellent when we found out our furnace was basically broken beyond repair, naturally in the middle of winter. They were prompt coming out and providing a clear path forward for replacement and estimated costs, as well as reached out to us to install earlier than initially expected. Installation was quick and efficient, and on top of it all we were impressed with their integrity and work ethic in not only doing quality work, but also billed us for slightly less as they did not need as many materials as they initially expected. We will gladly use their services again and would highly recommend!

Called them and the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. Sent 2 guys out same day and they were very professional and knowledgeable. Got it fixed same day and at a very reasonable rate. Need a electrician call them I will again very satisfied

I would leave a 0 review for this company if possible. We remodeled a 125 year old house. They wired, plumbed and did all mechanical with 2 units . So a lot of money spent. The wiring was a disaster, outlets not where we specified. Plumbing was ok, Mark Brady has morals. But he can only do what they let him do . My contractor did most of the finish plumbing and hanging lights. We just got moved in and no air coming from ductwork on one side of house. Told they have a 1 year warranty and I guess I will have to pay a 2nd time. Upstairs unit condensation line wasn’t ran outside. So water ran through new ceiling and ruined it, had to redo at my expense. Told me I had 10 year warranty on both units.Never sent me any paperwork, who knows? Now, cannot even give a timeline when they can fix ductwork. We are building some spec houses, I know who will not be doing them. I will repost when they get current problems fixed. Run, don’t walk before hiring this company. They used to be really good. Any questions you can email me if need me. THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.BUT WILL DO SUBPAR WORK. You really need to find a better company to spend your money.Had another company come out today and they had cobbled up a damper and installed it. It has collapsed, this no heat or AC to 1/2 the house. We have a new damper ordered and will replace one they Jerry made and replace. Probably too sorry to make right part even after money we spent. All companies we talked too said it’s the way Diamond does work now.Ask around , most people agree.Never again after this 30000.00. I would not use them if free. The best part is we get to pay another company to straighten out their trash work.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
