I needed someone to remodel my bathroom and didn’t know who to use so I looked up companies in the area. Based on their years in business and the reviews of their work, I chose Pierpoint and I’m glad I did. Their work was outstanding. They worked with me to design the bathroom I wanted. Ashley worked with me to make sure I had what everything I wanted. Mike, the master carpenter, did a fantastic job building the bathroom. Both kept me apprised of what was coming next. The last thing Mike said every evening was “Are there any questions?”. The work was carried out with as little disruption to family life as was possible and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Materials were first rate. I can recommend them wholeheartedly and would definitely use them again.

We have completed 3 renovation projects with Pierpoint Construction in the last several years. We completely renovated two bathrooms and more recently, we had all new windows installed, the front door unit replaced, and the back landing and steps replaced, as well as several additional projects. Pierpoint completed all projects with excellence. They patiently answered all of our questions, offered excellent suggestions, and made adjustments as requested. We unexpectedly had to be away from the house for much of the latest remodel. The project continued during our time away with a high level of expertise and attention to detail. The end results were first-rate. We are so happy with our updated house!

Finished an unfinished room in our basement to create a fifth bedroom in our basement. Framing to finished room and it looks amazing! (Pay no mind to the mattress. We haven't started using the room yet.)

The entire staff is extremely professional, starting with our initial in home consultation with Todd Pierpoint. Ashley was our main point of contact helping with the initial design phase and then stayed in constant communication with us when scheduling all the different team members. Every single person that walked through our doors was respectful of our home and ensuring that the project stayed on task. We are absolutely thrilled with the way they took our vision and made it into a reality. We highly recommend Pierpoint for your projects and know we will use them in the future.

Pierpoint did our master bath and kitchen this year, and they were amazing to work with. From the planning stages to the last finishing detail, they listened, made good suggestions, and took responsibility for every detail. If something wasn’t quite right, no matter how small, they often had a plan to fix it before I even noticed. Even though the kitchen was a huge project that ended up involving almost all of the house, they always kept us informed about where things stood and what was next, and tried very hard to still give us space to live in our home during the remodel. We will definitely use them again for future projects!

We could not be more pleased with the work from Pierpoint Construction! We had our master bath remodeled. From the start, the consultant team was very helpful and spent plenty of time with us advising and helping us make decisions for our new bathroom. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. During the remodel phase, Ivan, the team leader, led a very professional team! Worth noting was the exceptional communication, the punctuality, the follow-through on commitments, and the quality of work. Ivan consistently met with us to ensure our satisfaction with the smallest of details. His aim to please was evident! Ivan and his team were very respectful of our home--making sure to protect their work environment. They even made friends with our dogs so that they would not be alarmed with their presence each day. My wife and I, while excited to have our bathroom redone, dreaded the inconvenience of daily workers. Our dread was unwarranted because this whole ordeal was very pleasant and not a hassle at all! We plan to have our kitchen remodeled next. Without a doubt, we will hire Pierpoint to do our project. I would highly recommend Pierpoint Construction, especially if Ivan is your lead!

If you need any renovations done to your home or additions….Pierpoint Construction is the company to call. They have been our go-to experts who have helped us with wall demolitions, to kitchen and bath remodels and even screened in a porch addition. The biggest project was a 27’ by 18’ den addition. They added an extra 1 1/2 garage expansion and reconstructed the entire roofline. Never late and always professional. Cannot say enough good things about the owners Todd and Kim Pierpoint.

Small plumbing snafu ended up fast-tracking a bathroom remodel. Pierpoint Construction, Inc. absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were able to quickly get us on the schedule and worked with their suppliers to deliver excellence in a short timeframe.

Have delt with Pierpoint Construction for a number of years and projects. So when it came time to renovate and update I had no problem calling on them. Every time I have delt with any of the fine staff, I have been more than satisfied. Great local family owned business.

We contracted Pierpoint to do a master bathroom remodel and they did not disappoint!!!! Working with them was so smooth and easy and communication from everyone regarding next steps and who is coming was fantastic. I was worried about how stressful this process would be, but was pleasantly surprised at how stressful it wasn't! We had Pierpoint enclose the furnace and water filtration system in our basement. About a 11x14 room. They had a very reasonable estimate and did a very good job in completing the work. I some cases, they went above and beyond in some of the work, very professional and much better quality than the builder of this home.

From start to finish, the staff and crews were true professionals. During the planning phase, the staff was professional and covered all the details. So, when the work began, there were no surprises or issues. All the crews were professional, polite, and most importantly, patient and more than willing to explain everything they were doing. As I had special needs for some of the installation, nothing was done without my consolation, ensuring everything was installed the way it is needed, not the way they thought it should be. I am a very satisfied customer and will defiantly use Pierpoint in the future.

I highly recommend Pierpoint Construction. Everyone in the company that I can into contact with were professional and took the time to listen to my needs and responded with care. They were timely with the work and the quality way above standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to us them in the future. Personal experience – I had a water link in my basement on a Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I called and left a message and got a returned call as soon as they opened. Within a few hours Todd came over to take a look at the issue and discovered the link was a damaged water main break. Early the next morning work started which included digging a 6 ft deep trench in the front yard. Broken pipe was found repaired and dirt put back all by mid-afternoon. Work also included removing a couple of trees in the front yard.

I am a returning customer. Had a hallway bath remodeled/updated. Very happy with the quality of the build, communication, timeliness. Every individual (tile person, plumber, painter, porcelain repairman, quartz team) was polite and professional. Workspace was cleaned at the end of every day. The primary team, Mike and Tim, were the best! The office team kept us up-to-date via phone and email. Very easy to deal with. Already planning next project.

Pierpoint may not be your lowest bid, but the quality is worth it, and you get what you pay for. A local company that’s been around more than 30 years.

I am writing this review after having my appointment to get an estimate cancelled for the second time. Twice I made appointments to get estimates for a remodel, both times I got appointments more than a month out. Then the week before the appointment Pierpoint called or emailed me to cancel stating that they could not do this remodel(can't fit in the schedule/don't make a profit on those jobs). I don't know what their job selection criteria is, but I will not be using their services in the future nor will I recommend them.

I have had Pierpoint Const help me out five times in the past 20 years. They have done everything from adding a 1000-foot addition, roofing, electrical work to misc. projects. The people are always friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. When they leave all that is left behind is their beautiful workmanship. I can’t imagine working with any other building company. Pierpoint Construction Inc. recently remodeled our master bathroom for us. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Not only will we be able to enjoy it, but it will be a desired upgrade when it comes time to sell our house. Even though there were material availability and supply chain challenges common to industry because of COVID-19 impacts, Pierpoint navigated through that extremely well and kept our project on schedule. And when there were just a few minor challenges along the way (as nearly all projects have), the team was flexible, quickly suggested a sound adjustment, and was great to work with, showing the character of the individual team members and the company. The team combined excellent design support (with many options to choose from), effective communication, and talented craftsmanship to completely transform the look of the room. From initial contact though the installation of the final elements of the bathroom, the team was friendly, courteous, on time, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pierpoint, and would use them again for other projects!

Pierpoint installed tile and backsplash in our kitchen. Results were better than expected. Very professional. Customer service was their number one priority. Highly recommended. I would use Pierpoint again for my home construction needs.

The owner of the company showed up to give us an estimate on an extensive home project, he had a bad attitude from the start(and was late to the first appointment of the day), like we were wasting his time. In the 40 minutes prior to me asking him to leave, he mentioned no less than 3 times that his business is about his customer service and making connections. This guys was far from professional....beware and forewarned

Pierpoint Construction completed a 4,000 sq ft home renovation for my wife and I. Todd and his crew transformed our recently purchased foreclosure home into a beautiful new home. Their integrity and attention to detail if refreshing! If you are looking for a home remodeling company that provides the best quality, look no further!

Spent about $40,000 with them. All the jobs were done professionally and on time. If anything arose after the fact they sent someone out right away to address it at no extra charge. Would use again.

We have NEVER had any experience even remotely close to what the previous reviewer reported. Their review sounds like a completely different company. We use Pierpoint Construction for pretty much all of our larger projects around the house and they have consistently went above and beyond in not only making sure the job was done correctly, but that my wife and I were happy with the results. The crew sent to our home have always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and ensured the site was clean after completion. They even go out of their way to explain what they are doing and even give me tips for other projects around the house. We will always only use Pierpoint Construction for all our general contracting needs.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This has been the worst experience! Pierpoint Construction and RJT Industries are not interested in customer satisfaction. We paid $16,000 for the best product line and service they had to offer and got far less than what we expected. During this entire ordeal, we never heard from anyone from Pierpoint Construction except for the calls and emails wanting payment before the job was complete. RJT Industries came out six times to replace 25 of the 40 windows, often times not even wanting to install the replacements because they were worse than what they had already installed. After the 4th time of sending RJT Industries to replace broken and scratched windows, Todd Pierpoint, the owner of Pierpoint Construction called us and accused us of “spending [his] money” and “not having the money to pay [me]” because we refused to pay the balance until the final 6 windows were installed without defects. There are still two remaining windows that have scratches inside the panes they refuse to replace. Their installers showed up after lunch each day, stoned and with an odor of marijuana on them. We started this project in February when there was still snow on the ground, it was almost August before they finally said they were not going to satisfy us with two remaining scratched windows. Their premium product is flawed and grossly misrepresented. The demo showroom windows we looked at did not have any scratches in them, yet, a majority of the ones that made it to our house and even many of the replacement windows that followed 6 times were flawed. This consistency in delivering a flawed product tells me it is a pervasive problem. Stay away from Pierpont Construction and RJT Industries, they will take advantage of you.

Pierpoint Construction is a first class company from the owners to all of the employees in the field. They have done numerous projects for me from building decks to refinishing basements and kitchens.
There pricing is very competitive and they are true professionals.
They respond quickly if you have any issues and they use top notch contractors.
I highly recommend Pierpoint Construction if you are every having any work done to your home.
