I would highly recommend Milligan Construction to anyone. I am a loyal repeat customer and will be for years to come. The carpenters craftsmanship is incredible. No reason to leave the Northshore for quality work. Milligan Construction really is the one stop shop. They are professional and clean with great respect for your schedule and home.

I used this company for building an outdoor living space including a full kitchen and bathroom. They provided Excellent workmanship. They were easy to work with through the entire project. They were honest and open regarding all details. I Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely love my home that was built by E.J. Milligan Construction! The home has great quality and detail in everything from the fixtures to the flooring. I was even more impressed once I moved in and really explored my home. They were also quick and great with communication throughout my entire process and my home was built in a reasonable time frame, actually sooner than expected. I would recommend E.J. Milligan to everyone!
