I would highly recommend Milligan Construction to anyone. I am a loyal repeat customer and will be for years to come. The carpenters craftsmanship is incredible. No reason to leave the Northshore for quality work. Milligan Construction really is the one stop shop. They are professional and clean with great respect for your schedule and home.

Absolutely love my home that was built by E.J. Milligan Construction! The home has great quality and detail in everything from the fixtures to the flooring. I was even more impressed once I moved in and really explored my home. They were also quick and great with communication throughout my entire process and my home was built in a reasonable time frame, actually sooner than expected. I would recommend E.J. Milligan to everyone!
