I had the pleasure of working with Dynamic Home Restoration Co. after my roof sustained hail damage, I couldn't be more impressed with their service, Erick (the adjuster) went above and beyond to help me navigate a complicated insurance claim. Dealing with insurance can often be frustrating, but Erick made the entire process smooth by advocating for me every step of the way.. He was patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable, ensuring that my claim was handled properly.

Once the insurance details were sorted, the roofing team came out quickly to complete the work. The installation was top-notch, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. The crew was professional, efficient, and the final result exceeded my expectations. My roof looks great, and I feel confident knowing it’s been installed by such a reliable company.

We had a contractor up on our roof that noted significant hail damage. He mentioned that he had another customer that used Dynamic Home Restoration and they had a pleasant experience. We made the call. Steve was better than we ever imagined. The team at dynamic handles all of the insurance claim paperwork, dumpster, removal, permitting, phone calls and left us with nothing to do but pick out the colors. Our insurance covered our roof, gutters, our garage roof, gutter and siding. Our home has old impenetrable asbestos siding, so none of it was able to be replaced, unfortunately. We knew that walking into this project as our siding is so tough there is absolutely no damage. However, after our amazing experience, when we do replace our windows and siding Steve and the team will be our first choice. The roof was done in one day, the garage siding was done in one day. Steve kept us updated through the process but not once did we feel pressured. The job was completed in less than 3 weeks from our first phone call to final inspection by our local permit guy. The team was clean, friendly, professional and quick. I can’t wait till we get ready to use Dynamic Home Restoration again. By the way, I’m writing this almost two months after we completed this process. Everything is still fantastic, and we have not found a single rogue roof nail! Thank you Steve! -Kate and Bernard

Dynamic Home Restoration Co installed a new roof on my house in 2021. Very happy with their work. Yesterday I noticed some aluminum flashing around the base of the chimney had bent somehow. Probably due to high winds. I contacted them to come out and inspect the issue. Well, within 24 hours they came out and fixed the issue by installing new flashing around the base of the chimney. The new flashing looks great, and it only took about 1.5 hours to do the job. I might add that weather conditions were rainy and 59 degrees when they did it. Despite the weather, the job was done with alacrity and the problem solved. This repair was covered under their 5 year warranty. I am very happy with their work, and quick response to my issue, I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs, or a new roof.

My husband and I shopped around and had a few "prominent" roofers inspect our roof, only to tell us we had no case. Pair that with probably the worst company (Allstate) to deal with for legitimate damage to our roof, and we were wondering how we'd afford a new roof since it was old (paper thin) and people telling us we had no case. We found Erick and he was very patient and professional from the start. My husband is kind of skeptical (to say it kindly) and took a while to shake off the other roof scammers. However, after answering numerous questions/scenarios (and I think my husband went really over the top sometimes with his questions and paranoia), Erick stood patient and professional the whole time and really earned our trust. He took everything on his hands and fought Allstate (I think 3 levels deep) and was able to prove our case. As a result, we got a new roof, gutters, and there were also many wood planks which were rotted out which he replaced. And he got Allstate to approve and pay for the entire project. The materials used were very high quality, thick and durable. He stands by his work and honestly if Allstate didn't cover it, I would have wanted him to do the roof anyway. There are many crooked roofers out there, I get it. But don't hesitate for a minute with Erick (and his father) to go to bat for you. They're good people and we highly recommend them.
